This place has many fish selection, accessories, food, plants, but notice that is not only for Aquariums, they have dogs and cats stuff too. Is a small place compared to others but they have a very friendly way to serve you, and I consider them one of my 1st places to look before going anywhere else if they don't have what I need. The owner really knows about the Aquascaping hobby, but unfortunately they still don't have ADA products, which is a real bummer, because it could turn to be my favorite place if they will ever consider to have their products. And as I always say, it's a good place to start but if you need more specific needs try to look on the other stores in Montreal or outside. (I couldn't found what I was looking for in Montreal). I recommend also watching GreenAqua YouTube channel, this guys Rock with they crazy setups. They participate on the AGA international contests.

Bought 2 large orders of aquatic plants here. The first order they sold me a bunch of plants and two of those that were picked for me were yellow and rotting. I am a new into the hobby and when I put the plants in my tank they were already wilted. Within a few days The plants melted away. I wish they would throw away plants that were alrdy dying and cannot be saved instead of picking them and selling it to someone who is new to the hobby. The second time I bought aquatic plants here within a week I noticed dragon fly nymphs in my tank which wiped out a couple of my shrimps. It's been 2 months every now and then I see a adult dragon fly or a nymph it has been a nightmare trying to get rid of them!! It seems like the plants are not quarantined and come with pests so beware..

Bought 50$ worth of fish and while taking the fish out the guy injured one of the fish and it happened to be one that he gave us. Called back to explain three of the fish are doing good but one is injured and is dying. The guy kept saying it's my water that's not okay. How come the three other fish are fine then? No answer. The guy also told me your three other fish are probably gonna die soon. Very bad service. Once they sold it to you they don't care even if it's their fault. And by the way, my three other fish are fine so it's not my water. Very bad service never going again. How can the owner of a pet shop not know how to handle fish, ridiculous.

One of my all time favourites to go. I went recently and they have a lot of variety of aquarium plants, supplies, decorations and fish. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with my friend who is currently setting up his planted tank. Aside from fish, they have birds, reptiles, cats and dogs for sale there. They have an abundance of supplies for other animals there as I perused the other sections for cat stuff as well. They have a lot of tanks for sale. A must see if you want to stop by for any animal supplies you may need!

I absolutely love this place. Although its decor is not modern, the help and extremely friendly customer service more than makes up for it. I like my store like I like my women, smart, friendly and play hard to get. The employees there are very knowledgeable and unlike some other pet store I've been to, they do not come across as pushy. Every single time I have walked into the store, I have felt like I have come up on top, learning something new along the way.

Much more than just an aquarium supply store! The family who run this business are friendly, eager to help, and generous with their time and smiles whenever we stop in for items to take care of our fish, kittens and dog. My dog adores the dental kibbles they provide as treats when we visit (so does his tummy, as they are lower cal), and we especially appreciate their free water testing service. Say hi to Mario the African Grey Parrot when you stop in!

I passed by this shop to check if they have Discuss. I found a very beautiful collection also they have the red Marlboro Discuss The man who helped me I think he's the owner was very nice and helpful. They have a large collection of pet accessories and they're friendly, the girl explained to me everything about adopting a dog or a cat even if they don't have it! Very patient and friendly! Thank you all!!!

The place to go for your aquatic pets! A local business that has great staff who will cater to your needs and answer all of your questions, and with patience! I have 2 turtles and every single one of them as helped me at one point with advice and guidance. So glad to have had their knowledge and service when i needed it the most. The only place that has made me feel like family. Thank you!

This place isn't easy to get to but i highly recomend going.the service was excellent even though they were french they tried hard to speak english they were kind and knew the products they were selling.they have fishes with lots of fish supplies. They also have other animals and animal products. So if you are looking for.good service and many products this should be your next stop

The staff is amazing, they're friendly and very knowledgeable about the animals and products, they will come to aid you right away as soon as you come in the door (unlike other places. don't wanna give names) . I live about an hour away (by metro), but this is my designated aquarium place, and would still be even if i live 2 hours away.

the guy (not even the owner) spent an hour with me and gave a detailed and honest answer to each of my questions (and I like to be specific). 100% going back when I need more supplies. My questions have been answered very exhaustively by whom I believe was a manager of the store. Clearly passionate about fishkeeping, and eager to provide any useful information. Large and specialized selection, at very affordable prices compared to other places I've shopped at.

Family run business with people who care about the animals wellbeing. They take their time to educate the customer, even if they are buying only 4 little fishes. It is not a zoo so they don't want people who just come to watch the animals in the store (especially during Covid).

Great place! I am too Far away to buy fish but they look healthy. Service is great! They have lots of foods that you can’t buy in the United States. They sell driftwood at a good price too. I highly recommended going.

Friendly and helpful staff, good selection for all types of pets. The animals look well taken care of and healthy. I got my second female rat from there and she is doing very well! Definitely my favorite pet store.

Service is excellent. They know what they are talking about. I strongly suggest to go see Basile if you have any fish questions/issues as he is the best i've found in montreal so far.

A wonderful pet store. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I brought a budgie a couple of months back and they experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this store.

Small place, but good selection of fish and good prices. Staff are reasonably knowledgeable. The store is often understaffed; during busy periods it's hard to get service.

Frankly horrified that they still sell Betta fish in those awful little plastic cups… Who does that anymore?? Those fish need at LEAST 5 gallons of space each. Barbaric.
