First time ordering live plants online and definitely will be ordering from ABC again if I have the space when my order grows out (I went a little overboard from all the selection and sales lol) I accidentally messed up my address and ABC called to help get it corrected and promised to make sure things were okay! I bought a LOT of plants and it’s only been shy of a week. These plants are already going nuts, they start as just little baby plants but already I have some plants really starting to take off! They came super healthy, fast and I got a wonderful email offering to help with any questions I may have. Definitely an awesome experience with this small business and I will recommend/continue my purchases with ABC!! If you’re questioning at all, this company is amazing to deal with, amazing communication and they’re so nice. Even had a thank you note on my order sheet when I got the package. 100% my go to for live plants.

The plants were healthy and free of algae as advertised. They started growing as soon as I planted them in my aquarium and I was able to observe significant growth in only a week. Thanks to their website, I was able to look up the specific needs of the plants I purchased and make sure to buy ones that were compatible with my current tank set-up. Overall, I highly recommend! ------ 4 MONTHS EDIT ------------ Here is a picture of my tank roughly 4 months after my first ABC Plants purchase. The plants (every single one of which is an ABC Plants purchase) are growing wonderfully fast and the in-tank CO2 system is simple and easy to install. I'm a customer for life!

Great service! Shipping was quick and efficient. The plants were in excellent shape and easy to divide and plant. Loved the small attention of adding an older cup for free with the inscription "Save me" on it, this made the freebie even more special. Will definitely order again in the future, and of course recommend the place to anyone looking for quality plants and service. All I could hope for would be additional plant care products, more particularly fertilizers, so I could buy everything related to planta from a single source while being confident of the quality. A great shopping experience all around. Website was easy to navigate and there’s just about every aquatic plant to had. My order arrived packaged to perfection with every detail covered. I commend the staff on this and it shows they care about theirs customers orders from start to finish. They will even provide discounts for future purchases in their emails too once you join up. If I had to dock a point with the cultured plants they sell , mine were quite small in size. I expected a bit more growth. All in all I look forward to my next purchase.

Wow! This is my first experience with tissue cultured plants. I have to say that I am very impressed. The plant came very quickly, they were packed carefully, with heat pack. They were healthy and I received a very good quantity. The fact that these plants are grown right here in Canada is a no-brainer! The environmental impact is greatly reduced. Which I love. I will post more pics. If you are looking for aquarium plants or supplies, I believe this is your best option. Will be purchasing co2 system from them in the future. Thanks.

Excellent products and customer service. I have placed two large orders with them. Their plants are very good quality and are growing healthy. Being TC, they are free of pests. Their CO2 equipment is incredible, super high quality. Definitely worth the investment if you want to have a healthy planted tank. They helped me in every step of the process to select the right plants and equipment based on my tank and needs. Being a very involved customer that spends hours doing research, I definitely recommend ABC.

Beautiful, healthy and generous amount of plants were sent and well received. There was even a little surprise included, special thank you for that. ;) Packaging was perfect and every plant was well labeled. I have ordered elsewhere and received only clippings of plants… ABC sent plants with complete root systems and no snails . The website is also very straightforward and simple to order from. ABC was absolutely amazing when it came to my order! They were super helpful as I missed the note saying they ship on mondays and even with the majority of the team out sick, they were incredibly helpful. We got an unexpected snow storm the night before my plants were to be delivered and I thought FOR SURE they’d be dead, but they showed up beyond healthy! This was my second order but the first time it was delivered to my house. I was hesitant but gave it a shot! I was pleasantly surprised when I received my package. Everything was neatly packed and properly identified. Plus, they gave me 2 "rescue me" plants for free. I appreciate the initiative of finding ways to avoid wasting products. Overall, the plants look good and it took 5-6 business days to receive. Thank you abcplants!

I put in two orders for their plants. Got the first order today.They got a little tossed around but they look good still. They also tossed in a freebie :-). The ferns were a bit small, But there are tons in there so with some diligent patience I will have lots !!!! I definitely recommend them and checking in often as I see their stock changing and new and interesting things being added.

I have to say my experience was very good! Made my order online and it was ready to pick up the same day. Even if the store was closed you can still pick up your order in a huge range of time. What i loved the most was that i got an extra plant that i did not order but was dying and they gave it to me to try and save it instead of throwing it away. Very very satisfied!

Great service and very helpful! I reached out with some questions on the co2 setup and they were quick to reply and helped me with my purchase. Website is informative, easy navigation to order, expedited shipping and my order included a gifted rescue plant that is going to be a perfect edition to my aquarium. The plants did get dislodged from the jelly so they were slightly wilted but I think that was a mail issue. Very happy with everything! I can't wait to see them grow. Thanks again

I had issues with UPS. My fault but they helped get my plants here. They arrive and I was impressed- some yellow leaves but for the amount of time they were in transit, they survived :) def will order again and share with others. Thank you to whoever it was responding to my email- def A+ in Customer service. Please let them know.

all plants arrived a live , next time I will be sure to ship anything other than Canada post. that could be just my local chapter though cause the package wedged into my mail box upside down not to the door in December . Happy with the plants , excited to get them growing in my tanks !

I ordered my first shipment of plants from ABC on Friday, product shipped Monday and arrived Tuesday morning from Montreal to BC! Very fast service. I had several questions to ask and their CS department was very helpful and quick in response. A very good shopping experience!

Great company backed their product well after purolator froze the first batch. They some rare plants and they are tissue cultured no algae no snails and they didnt melt at all when planted in good substrate with good lighting. 5 stars all the way Justin is great.

The plants came quickly and were in great shape when I recieved them. They are convenient to separate and spread around the tank and since having them for about a week I can already see them growing! The goo they are packed in is very easily caught in a net :)

Fantastic customer service and it’s great to have high quality plants grown in Canada. Some plants in my order transitions to growing submerged or emersed better than others but all plants were very healthy when they arrived. Will be ordering again

Plants arrived safely! It is a shock to see all of them in tiny pots (not just the ground covers) but I’m hoping to have good success with all of them. So much nicer than worrying about snails, etc coming into my tank. Thanks ABC!

The pickup was really easy, the plants were beautiful and healthy. They've also adapted to my tank really quickly! Only planted them a couple of days ago and the AR, crypts and ludwigia are already showing growth.

Great experience overall, the plants were delivered quickly and in pristine condition. If you are unsure of how many plants to get just ask them, they gave me a very good estimate for how many I would need.

Incredibly overpriced compared to other Canadian tissue culture labs. Slow customer service that wont honor their DOA policy more then once. Do yourself a favor and check out TPG in WPG.
