I don’t know where I would be if I didn’t start going to Align Physiotherapy. I saw several physiotherapists/healthcare providers prior to coming to this clinic and I was not getting anywhere in my injury recovery. When I went for my initial assessment at Align, Parag did not just assess my injuries, but he assessed my body movement as a whole, and he was quickly able to diagnose the root cause of my issues. With his support, I was quickly able to return to my active lifestyle that had been put on hold for over a year. He is a magician! This clinic focuses on a return to function for its clients, rather than prescribing band-aid solutions or rest. I have also received physio treatments for Mujeeb and Gwen at the clinic and they are outstanding as well. You will not find such a skilled, compassionate, and professional group at any other clinic!

Have taken both my teen children here and the therapists have been able to quickly find and treat their issues. One was a pinched nerve in the back causing numbness. The other was a hip alignment issue causing pain in the knees. They dont just treat the issue they also give stretches and exercises so you progress fast. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and they all seem to care about your wellbeing. You dont need a referral to go see them. Good for all ages.

My family and I have been treated by Parag and members of his team for a variety of issues over the years (back, hip, shoulder, wrist/hand) with excellent results. Parag is an intuitive, knowledgeable physiotherapist who truly cares about his patients and will spend time to answer your questions. His staff is amazing as well - the office is efficient and appointments run on time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great place with extremely qualified physiotherapists. The sports doctor I see went here too and loved it so she recommended it. Jenn is fantastic! The only thing I don't like is that they don't take insurance. It's a pain for me to submit the receipts. Most physiotherapists I have visited take insurance and you pay the difference. I would go elsewhere for other services because of this issue.

I had a good experience from Align physio. I love to recommend other people. I had a low back pain for a long time, so I tried so many things such as acupuncture, physio, massage and Osteopath etc. I still have my low back pain, however, I can tell my back's condition is much better than before. Thanks Marcus for helping my pain to feel better. Really appreciate it!

Mujeeb is an honest, caring physiotherapist. He constantly went above and beyond his duty in order to help me get back to an elite level. If you are looking for someone to help you recover post surgery, or aid in a chronic issue, this guy is the man. Caryn is the office manager she’s sweet, and brings a smile to your face! A great company with kind people.

Parag and his team are true detectives. Their goal is to find the source, fix it, teach you how to rehab it, and send you on your way. Not a single therapist on his team has ever said, "ok, let's see you every two weeks for the next year." Align is the embodiment of integrity and I recommend them to everyone I know who needs physio or massage.

An amazing all around team of professionals, from booking the appointments, welcome at reception and physio. I'm being treated by Amanda who is a professional knowledgeable therapist. Amanda treatments target care of root cause and teaching of rehab home exercises, results are quick! Amanda is wonderful.

Just back from my first Physio session with Marcus after ACL surgery and I am shocked at how well it went. Walked in with lots of pain and sensitivity and walked out feeling much less pain and a lot more secure. I’m so happy that I went to the right place. Marcus was amazing!

Great physiotherapy! I went in with a very sore knee and Jen Haywood not only fixed that but fixed my back in the process as well, since that's where the problem was coming from. She's a tiny thing but don't let that fool you, she's strong and she knows what she's doing.

I have been seeing Dr. PARAG SHAH now for 5 years. He has helped me with pelvic and back alignment, so that I could get back to running lifting, playing sports and the never ending task of being a mom. I am so grateful for his expertise and quick problem solving.

Parag and his team are simply the best. I drive over 100km to see them and wouldn’t think of switching to another physiotherapist. I suffer from a chronic muscle issue in my back and everytime I visit it is treated and fixed instantly. You guys are legends!!!

I've been to countless different physiotherapist and noon of them seemed to help with my lower back problem's. Just two sessions inn with Dr. Perag and my back problems seemed to have disappeared completely I could not recommended this institution more.

Having back problems and Marcus was able to zero in on cause and start treatments (ouch!) That immediately helped. Now have home exercises that will continue improving my strength & hopefully stop further incidents.

Can you imagine a physiotherapy clinic that is not wheelchair accessible in 2018? Well here it is. Align physiotherapy will not cater to clients that are in a wheelchair. How ironic! …

My sons and I have been coming here for a while because of hockey, baseball, and other injuries. Treatment is excellent but educating us on exercises and such is also a key benefit.
