It was pretty easy getting a car here, everyone was pretty nice AT first. The Carnote is pretty high but of course I got it bc I was tired of looking. So I'm looking at about 235 bi weekly for a 2013 plus You have to pay the title loan fee which is an extra 800 which the broke down into for payments so for the next two months (could have sworn you normally pay that after you own the car) I will be paying 600 something dollars on a car... Not to mention full coverage insurance. I was effected by Covid a few weeks after putting a 1500 payment they do absolutely nothing to work with you. All they care about is money. If rough times comes up need a extra week or anything.... They will not HELP in anyway so keep that in mind. All about money here .. super expensive and just seem like a rip off. Go else where for cheaper cats, payments, and good customer service.

These guys are awesome. And they will work with you. We couldn't afford the whole down payment and these guys let us split what we couldn't pay into our first 4 payments, and we got to drive off the lot with only 600 down. They are very cool and aim to help you get a vehicle. I've been to so many places that just say NO. No credit check. Just have proof of steady income and they will try to get you into a set of wheels. Another plus... We had a problem with the brakes and the check engine light coming on. They did a smoke test and it turned out we needed a new gas cap. Plus they replace our brakes, rotors, and everything free of charge. They'll do that if it's a problem the car already had and you notify them quickly after you buy it. Anyhow, I highly recommend you check this place out. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Very friendly service.

I co-signed on a lemon that broke down in the first month... They had rigged a part with glue. The car wouldn't start and after I told them I went to an actual mechanic to find out the issue and they told me that it was rigged, they acted friendly and said they would tow it and fix it. They wanted me to make a payments early before they would do anything and I refused when I only had the car for 2 weeks. They towed it and they blocked my calls and kept sending me to a voicemail when I tried to resolve the issue. I had A-1 credit before I went here and should have never took the referral and went to an actual dealership and got a way better deal!!! I'm assuming their customer service is the reasoning behind the bullet hole riddled windows...PLEASE, Do Not buy here!

Easy to get a car but the car note is way to high, I went to put 1000 down on a Kia Soul and when I left the paperwork said my car note would be 300 no more than 400 a month but when I went in the office the lady said they told me the wrong quote and for the first month it will be 700. I went ahead and paid the 700 even though I knew that was fishy but then the second month they wanted another 700 what the hell, its like they were trying to get over on me. I hate I ever signed a contract through 123 Texas Auto because that was straight bs. I went and bought a cash car. Thank god I didn’t pay them anymore of my hard earned money.

123 TX Auto, is a place to be when you are looking for a car to buy, their customer service are great and they treat you good and make you feel comfortable. They do have great cars at a good price and their cars are very reliable and I will advise you guys to check it out whenever you are looking for a good and reliable car to buy then 123 TX Auto is a place to be. Whatever your credit good or bad, they are willing to work with you.

Great/very nice cars...my car still hasnt givsn me any problems but Interest rate is RIDICULOUSLY high! Your better off buying a brand new car elsewhere. Paying $24,000+ for a 2012 Malibu after all PLUS they require you to keep the highest insurance at all times (which if you were to buy a car from Nissan, Toyota or Chevy, they don't make it a "requirement") There's a $5 fee for paying through the phone as well.. Just not worth it!

I went to a couple places before stopping here and I have to say this was the first and only place that did not bs me or make false promises. I said what I could afford and I didn't have any credit and they helped me get into my lil pt cruiser I have today and I love my car. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We totaled our car after hitting a deer. It took them over a month so far to process our claim and counting....Just found out they are closed for a week. What kind of business does that? Save your money. Shop elsewhere. Buyer beware.

The guy sitting at desk is very nice but the interest to be paid is very high set at at 18-24 percent even with my excellent credit,wont be purchasing car her. And car payments every 2 weeks most are about $420 per month and these are NOT new cars.
