*DON’T BUY A CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A PROBLEM* Tony is a nice guy while selling you a car, after that he’s cold and doesn’t want to talk to you (not his problem). Bought a SUV here and within a week the A/C went out as well as the alternator. Took it to the service department (which was free for the first 30 days). Asked them to fix the A/C and alternator. They kept the car for 1 day called me and told me they fixed the A/C valves and changed my water pump. (Where did I ask them to look at the water pump)? Picked up my car and within 2 hours the battery light was back on saying it was having charging problems. Tried calling them no answer. The next 2 days went by the A/C went out again. Been trying to call the service department they aren’t answering the calls. They don’t fix anything just patch it up till the 30 days is over so you have to pay. I’ve asked to talk to mangers and Tony said he would have them call me back (which never happened). DON’T BUY A CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A PROBLEM.

This company is horrible! Their car that i purchased was in need of repair. They had it in shop for 1 month. I asked for a loaner and they offered a payment delay. However, this was never completed and was never notified. They don't hold up to their word and communication is horrible unless it is in regards to their money then they are all about communication. Figures. This is BY FAR the most horrible place I have experienced! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Save yourself the time and effort! I have also watched them first hand with other customers! They are all about how they are willing to tell you ANYTHING to get you in the door but end up rejecting you and wasting your time! RUN!

I was in desperate need of a car as I was promoted and relocated to Frisco. Alex at Auto City got in contact with me, gathered my information (with the help of the other reps) and pre-approved me before I even stepped in the building. The guy I spoke with was very off Standish. He wasn't so polite once I told him what kind of company I worked for. I feel like he has some type of personal issues with the company and that has nothing at all to do with me. He treated me very poorly. I had Money and more than one way of income. But apparently my employer isn't good enough. Oh well life is life for sure . I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. Also the 500 down is only on select cars of the sellers choice.

I came here a total of 3 times. the first time was a good experience. These last 2. Well, let's just say if I owed this place I would clean house. Because the sales rep was extremely passive aggressive and had a snobbish attitude. As a principle ill never stop by at this car lot again. Customer service has alot to do with sales. This one sales rep should do some retraining before she loses more business for this company.
