We have 5 dogs all different breeds, they ALL LOVE the raw food! Their coats, eyes & teeth are so much better! We add frozen blueberries, fresh apple & carrots even though we buy the + series. Not 1 bowl has food left in it! Staff are amazing! Delivering sometimes within hours when we run out of food by mistake. So glad I found PetToba on Instagram! Fantastic service and products. Ordered their new ice cream products and smack variety pack for dogs and was pleasantly surprised it came to my doorstep the next hour. PetToba is amazing for treats and premium food that is all natural. This is really important to me as I want to make sure my pups are healthy and getting the right nutrition. They are one of the few stores that carries beef cheek rolls which so long lasting and not messy at all. My pups are heavy chewers too and this takes days to get through. Prices are very fair and they offer citywide free shipping! Amazing service. Owners are very nice and knowledgeable. They have certifications in pet nutrition. Can’t recommend PetToba enough

Continued* We were told originally that it would just be a free bag so it was quite misleading in my eyes. We bought one cheap item and then our cats changed their diet and we have bought 11 more expensive items... Just doesn't seem right and the reason you lost me as a loyal customer. Has a misleading loyalty system and wont keep to their word. The owners were quite rude to me and claimed they had fired all of their staff because of issues they had with them but the staff seemed very knowledgeable on all their inventory.

I came across this ad on FB, so I gave it a try. I love their excellent service. Prompt replies from Bijal Patel. Any queries that I had were handled very well. I just an issue with regards to some items I ordered; however, Bijal took care of them. And that same day, the items were delivered well packaged. Overall, I can give them more than 5 stars ❤️ My rottweiler pup loves their icecream (vanilla & cheese flavors) plus their bully sticks. Their prices are okay. I will definitely order from them again.

Your SMALL pet food business fills my Dogs BIG stomachs..Your concept is great and by the empty bowls everyday, the food is too..I really like the Instagram ordering option also..It is nice to know in Advance if the food will be available before I come to pick it up.. This was my first time ordering from PetToba, and it was the best experience. I ordered a large box of frozen dog food and 2 bags of frozen necks online and I received the delivery in just over an hour! The customer service has been excellent, they even threw in some treats for my pups and wrote me a 'thank you' note on my purchase. The best part - THE PRICE. Lowest cost I have paid for these same products at any other store, and delivery was FREE.

Love this store.. was so happy when I found it and was able to have high quality dog food and chews shipped to me in my remote northern town.. (12 hrs north of Winnipeg). However...now the shipping costs have gone up so much that a $90 bag of dog food turns into a $130+ bag of dog food.. not sure if this is the stores doing or postal services but I am really upset about this cost and may be forced to buy my food from somewhere else.

I have ordered from Petwants and Pettoba since September 2020; starting at Kleefeld farmers market. The company is literally a couple who love pets and have all the requirements to keep your pet happy and more importantly healthy. All the bully sticks, and duck necks help keep my girls teeth clean and chihuahuas are nitorious for getting teeth pulled. Not with thier food her second year vet check up a clean bill of health. Grateful

Great service. Fast shipping. My dog LOVES all flavours of the dehydrated Smack foods. Loves it! Better than any of her treats. Super healthy ingredients and since she's been eating the Smack foods her breath smells so much better. The food is a nice consistency. Not hard or tough to chew. PetToba even sent samples of other treats to try. Very nice. Nice to see Made in Canada, and made in Manitoba wholesome ingredients!

I read about PetToba online and went to go visit the store to have a look at the products. Prices are very good ,so I decided to pick up several bully sticks and some large YAK treats. Also noticed that they have the Acana dog food brand I use. I was pleased with the curtious service I received. I will definitely be returning here to buy products for my dog in the future.

My furbaby absolutely loves her elk antler & her 6" jumbo bully sticks. I love how long they last ( 20 mins to finish bullys and antlers has only a few scratches) The price was really reasonable and the delivery was surprisingly quick (4 hrs after ordering it was delivered)

My dog loves the Yak Cheese more than any other chew, and it doesn't break down like bones and make him sick. I love that when it gets too small for him to safely chew anymore, we pop it in the microwave and we don't waste any of it!! Love love love!!!!
