These ladies are impatient and judgemental. I came in looking for anxiety aid for crate training. I had questions about the products, and was interested in knowing if anyone had used them - that worked in the store. Instead of helping me find someone or something, she insisted I sign up for their training programs. Even though I told her I stay out of town. The second time I came back, it was 10 minutes before closing and I was greeted with a huff and puff. I get it, as I've worked retail. But I needed the tick solution for back home, which is 2 hours north and in the bush. I knew she wouldn't be helpful, so I rushed into buying whatever I could get. There wasn't much to choose from. The one I chose wasn't even available in the case, and that got her mad too. Even though it wasn't my fault. Sheesh. My bad the second time, but the first? Just terrible customer service. Great selection and decent sales, but know what you're coming here for before you get here. Product knowledge was low both times I went.

If I could rate a 0 with my horrendous experience today I would. Extremely unprofessional rude staff with attitude problems. Staff ignores requests and needs of costumer when it was clearly explained prior. No one on sales floor and had to wander the store almost every aisle starting from the front of the store to almost the back. Found 3 staff all upfront including manager and store wasn’t busy enough for no staff on floor. Out of stock on almost everything I came in for. Slim pickings on selection. Pet id tag machine out of service and they have the nerve to charge over $20 for a id tag. I expressed my disappointment and made it aware my disgust with my overall experience, no apologies or anything offered. No greeting or acknowledgment. Was a horrendous experience overall!

I went there today at noon, the lady working the front desk was so incredibly rude. I walked in to get my dogs nails trimmed which is a walk in service and you can’t book for online. She asked why I was there I told her she said okay rolled her eyes and walked into the back room with the dog she had on a leash. I proceeded to hear her yell no at the dog followed up by the dog whimpering and yelping as if it were in pain. I there heard metal cages slamming and this continued on for a couple minutes. She came back annoyed and plastered a fake smile on her face, once she got back up to the front she was ready to get started but I said no thank you and just left. I don’t recommend coming here especially if it’s that lady working.

The DISCRIMINATION at this store is disgusting. JOCELYN, HEATHER, TIFFANY AND JEFF should all sit for an employee review and use the testimonies of us, the customer, to determine how well they are handling their jobs. A quick read here and it seems as though at least one of them should be let go. The scowl and disgust that shows on Jocelyn's face every time I see her in the store keeps me questioning why I even bother subjecting myself to that. I cannot wait for the next survey so her "10" isn't a 10 anymore. The other managers of the store are not helpful when approached and completely deflect any issue onto other floor staff. Management needs to be dismantled and re-built from people who actually care.

I ordered some dog food/treats/toys for my 2 dogs on a Saturday. Didn't get same day delivery as promised, but I set up the delivery for Monday, April 3 at checkout. So, today, Monday, I get a text from doordash saying they canceled my order and to talk to the store (they didn't refund me anything either). I called the store, spoke to Heather and she had no idea what I was talking about. Spent about 10m on the phone with Heather, and she took care of the entire thing!! I didn't have to talk to doordash (thank god). The order was delivered within an hour of getting off the phone. Heather, you're fricken awesome! Somebody give her a raise!

If you have a cat or a dog then this place is for you. They do sell animals and they say they come from the humaine society. I have a hamster so that's what I was there for. They did not have a great selection of food, bedding or toys. It was only one small section for "small animals" "reptiles" and "fish" You can purchase a wide range of fish there. I asked the cashier which food is best out of the 2 I picked. He had know knowledge of hamster food or even hamsters He had to ask another employee. Maybe he was new or something. They were nice staff, but I won't go again only because of poor selection for my Hammy.

To your employee, Jocelyn. You racially profiled my father today in your store. My father is a very respected man in his community. He is calm, loving, wise, and understanding. The ugliness he had to deal with from you today isn't going to change any of that. But you will forever be a stain in society. You are very lucky that I live in Texas and that I wasn't home in Winnipeg with him on this trip today. I hope this reaches you. And I hope you have the life you deserve. Shame on you PetSmart for hiring her and allowing this disgusting behavior in your store.

Came into the store and had asked the worker with glasses, I believe her name was Maddy for help about the best kind of kibble to switch over to for my dog. When I told her it was a cheaper quality she instantly lectured me about not caring for my dog and for being irresponsible with my dogs bowel and how that certain dog breed mix is sensitive to diet changes. I understand the concern but it was entirely rude and made me feel bad. Would rather shop at Petvalu where they VALUE their customers. Extremely dissatisfied Petsmart!

So miffed rt now! I had an appt scheduled the following day for my dog all set. This morning around 9:30 I get a call from there from “Katarina or Katrina” saying my dog’s rabies file isn’t up-to-date. Excuse me?! It’s my day to sleep in, my dog’s appt isn’t until 1:30, and YES she damn well is so current with her shots. Smh so I called to reschedule/leave a complaint and that went nowhere. I hope the lady I spoke with who knew my dog Bella’s history at Petsmart calls me back because my dog needs a good clean-up.

I had a very creepy experience with a man following me in this store. After being very aware and stepping aside at check out for the man to leave. I informed the staff and they were very receptive. The man waited for me outside and the staff kept attending to customers, while also keeping me safe. I was walked to me car and they kept the man's number to give to police, which I later made a report. If you see "Blenda" at the front cashier. Say hi and give her a big high five!! She GOLD!

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Every negative review is unfortunately true! Today for the first time in his life my father who is a honest, gentle, kind, and hard-working person was ACCUSED OF STEALING by a staff member (JOCELYN). He was then followed around the store until HE LEFT. This is ridiculous and very telling of how the store treats its FAITHFUL customers. We have shopped at this PetSmart for YEARS and I have even adopted a cat from this location. PETSMART: TRAIN YOUR STAFF. BE BETTER.

I have been in the store twice this week worried about my daughter's boarded dragon. She wasn't eating. Becky was the associate who helped me tge first visit, and I can't thank her enough! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This evening, I went in again to get the horn worms she suggested and she was SO RIGHT! This little girl was smacking her lips! Taller girl with long hair helped me tonight, she was pretty good as well. Thank you ladies!

This is my second time ordering from this store and the service is amazing. I love the next day delivery option and the fact that you can follow your door dasher to the exact time of delivery. Also, the Empress Team left a note for me to say Hello to my pets haha. Us pet parents really do appreciate these kind gestures :D I look forward to ordering again, THANK YOU!

My 3 dogs and I love PetSmart the stores are always fully stocked with new and exciting products along with everyday items us pet parents need. The stores are always very clean and organized so things are easy to find. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable able all the products carried in their store and never hesitate when asked a question.

My dog Earl is anxious in new, loud situations. Angeline at the grooming centre is a miracle worker, 100% will be booking her again! Often times people can’t get him to cooperate, but by the end of their session he’s his usual puppy self. She can get him calm enough to where I can leave him alone in minutes. It’s impressive.

August 29,2023 We got an excellent service fromTIFFANY. We bought fish and my kid wanted a specific fish and Tiffany was very kind and patient enough to get the fish which is kind of hard to catch. This Location is our store. But today in particular Tiffany made us very special. Thank You Ever So Much!

Thank you PetSmart for being open and available compared to other pet stores. I had a great first visit and shopping experience since my last time to a pet store many years ago. Getting a Beagle puppy in the next week, and am happy to have bought all of my needed and wanted items in one visit. I'll be back ;)

Good selection of pets and pet products. Lots of toys and food to choose from. I would recommend staff asking if anyone needs help if they notice them kinda roaming aisles searching for something...it took me awhile to find the pet food I was searching for. Other than that the shelves were well stocked.

PetSmart customer service - store front/side - the Empress and Regent locations are fantastic! Friendly and helpful, and the stores often have sales/promos going on, which helps tremendously. Large variety of food, treats, accessories, etc., and they have an excellent refund policy as well.

terrible location. do not recommend. sold my boyfriend two tanks with missing parts. tons of dead fish in their tanks. when i told staff they did not move or seem to care. tried to return a product and they didn’t even have it in their system, even tho i had been there the day prior.

My furbaby smelled so good after his grooming. He does get anxious every time we get him inside a carrier for his grooming sessions, but it seems he likes the brushing part more than anything. The staff there were super nice and accommodating when there was a slight problem before.

Alex in the grooming salon was so great. So much patience for a new puppy and you can tell she cares about their future. Gives socialization tips and how to de-senitize the dogs even if bringing them in to get used to the workers! Store is clean and always has inventory.

Experience was very good! When in to get some kitten supplies, and staff were very polite and asked a couple times if i had any questions and if i was finding what i was looking for. Quite odd these days to find courteous staff!

Took my dog in for de-shedding one of the grooming services here last Saturday. Avery did a fantastic job even got my dog's nails which are not easy to do! Very happy with the results. Will definitely be back!
