I was served by an amazing lady by the Name of Viviane who come down out if her finishing time abd saw me waiting in the bed abd sheets area and served me as the lady who was on her own was busy. As she normally works in the perfume area upstaits . I had asked were do u normally work she saud the perfume area but she saw that her vo worker was so busy and that the line was getting too long so she was finished work but still helped the customs that we're waiting there which I find amazing and a dedicated staff member then I went to the perfume area yesterday and I saw her there she didn't recognise me as I had my mask on the first time I saw her but I remembered her I told her you're the leader served me last time downstairs in the bed area you came out of your way and help your coworker and served the customers she once again served me with a smile respect and beautiful customer service I highly recommend her and she is a keeper for the company. As there are not many people in customer service they're actually happy being work so Viviane thank you for your amazing and beautiful customer service I will be returning to you soon.

Everyone EXCEPT the store manager is friendly. I approached and greeted the staff (which happens to be the store manager) politely, to which I received no greeting from her. I then asked if she could price match with David Jones. Without questioning anything from me (e.g how much DJ was selling it for) She very bluntly said no - without apologising or even explaining the reason to why she was unable to match their direct competitor. Once I mentioned that the pricing policy isnt considered, she then said "well then i have to call management to approve". Management! PLEASE review the "store manager's" customer service skills. Being more polite and empathetic towards a customer goes a long way even when something like price matching is out of your control. I do have her name if it helps lol. Other than that - I will definitely be taking my money to David Jones as I have not had a problem with them regarding price matches with Myer. This is not the only time I've had an issue with this store - so I am now willing to drive a little further to be treated more fairly and correctly.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Lovely Lucy and Tyri from sunglass hut were absolutey amazing! From the moment I walked in they were so pleasant and helpful. They spent time with me helping to choose an amazing pair of sunglasses. They went above and beyond showing me different options, listening to what I liked and assisted with giving an honest opinion as to what suited me. Tyri was so pleasant and kind that she even asked Rosa one of the myer staff who was an absolute sweetheart to give me her opinion. I have never been to a myer in all of Sydney and received this treatment. I don't even live near Bankstown but this will be my go to myer from now on. Happy to travel the extra distance to be around such pleasant staff. Thank you ladies for making my experience such a pleasure. I wish you all the best and will see you again soon.

My work colleagues got me a gift, a shirt I already owned, I went to swap it, the service people directed me to men’s wear and told me to pick out something similar price to exchange it. I found a pair of shorts cheaper then the shirt and went to swap. The lady at the desk then told me it was up to her managers discretion. She called her manager and said I didn’t like the shirt and wanted to swap it (not true). After spending 20minutes looking for a good item that was also cheaper I’m told they can’t exchange (contradicting what I’ve already been told). If you want good clothing just buy online or at an independent retailer. Myer is a rip off and the staff aren’t trained or helpful.

today I went to try the terry mughlar alien perfume, me and my friend both wanted to try different perfume he went and found a customer service rep, she got both of us a sample but when I was asking question related to the perfume she said in a very rude tone that sorry already with a customer even though she wasn’t, that being said, she should really find another job as she doesn’t know how to do customer service, if anyone else get this service during visit at the perfume section make sure to report as I am sure this isn’t the first time she has done it. Lastly, even though it’s a local Mayer I won’t shop there ever again as these people are pure rude.

Juliana in fragrances! Her customer service strength, product knowledge, patience generosity and understanding is the highest I've seen by any industry standard. She picked what I was describing after months of searching elsewhere. She went through her hidden samples and found a fragrance so distinct luxurious and adventurous that I cried right there in the shop. It is now the only fragrance I use and I am on the way right now to order more through her. Thank you Bankstown for keeping superstar staff like Juliana, they sincerely care about our customer experience and know what we need (including Atkinson's. Bansktown needs Atkinson's:):) )

Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried a few perfume testers including aDior tester and went back to purchase it, lady was busy. About 4 staff members walked into the back and did not acknowledge me or bother asking me if I needed help. Myer’s has a staff shortage and needs to hire more people and not 1 person for half a department. Decided to buy another perfume instead and they did not have it in stock, and no one offered to tell me where I can find it etc. garbage service. And they missed out on a $240 sale. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service, nowadays they are too busy with their own personal conversations.

Really hit or miss depending on what you're trying to buy. Can find same items online on Amazon or other vendors for cheaper, unless they've got sales on. Had one terrible experience at men's clothing when I was returning a Polo I got as a gift and was not a good fit. The lady on the counter told me she can't do it as she needs approval from someone who was on lunch break! Quite disappointing considering the premium price. Generally however, service has been positive, and great to shop when there's good sales. Otherwise, I just browse and buy the item I like somewhere else!

I was there recently to get some samples for a new skin product as I didn't want to buy before I tried. The cosmetic section was understaffed so I was given 1 sample to try by a worker woman of Asian background. I asked if I could have a look at other products and she said the woman in charge of the brand was not working today. She could have directed me to another brand or helped in another way. My young son was with me and screeched, as children do, and she gnarled at him in disgust. Horrible customer service that made me feel so uncomfortable.

It's ok. Staff push to hard with the service , within a 2 meter distance at the perfume section I was asked by 5 ladies if I'd like any help. Yes it's nice right?! that they doing the job well, but extremely irritating when I'm having a conversation with the person shopping with me. Just stand around at your sections so when we really need you , we can find you! And when you say "no thank you we ok" , they insist on trying to sell you something better than what you were looking at. I did say "no thank you".... to 5 of you and all done the same.

I’ll give credit to a young Asian girl who works at the perfume section, didn’t get her name but she was a wearing a red top and she was amazing with her service. Now what I don’t like is this old staff named Viviane, I find her to be very rude to this girl ordering her around with her sign language and also very controlling tone. I feel sorry for this girl however I would recommend her to be the face of Myers as she is effecient, young , kind and very patient. She doesn’t need to work with this lady , it’s just too uncomfortable

Oh man!!!! Good luck finding anything in this store, very unorganized, most of the clothing section looks like a clearance center, perfume section over staff, and you struggle to find one in other sections, if you know the specific item that you want, get in there grab it and leave, otherwise it's not a nice experience to shop in a mess, and no assistance. It's quite disappointing :( I use to enjoy and love every myer visit, but the stores and service are just going downhill.

Always terrible service. I had made a click and collect order online which took 3 days before they got back to me, only to tell me they cancelled my order because they were out of stock of the item. I had received the email while I was in the store. I walked over to the section where my item was from and saw 6 or so sitting on the shelves. Clearly someone didn't try hard enough or wasn't bothered to have a proper look. Most of these people have no real work ethic.

Myer is the best place to find everything whatever you need in one place. I went to buy a shoe that I could not find on the shelf. Talked to Greg in the shoe section. He was busy with the other customer. I waited for him, and he got the right size shoe out for me later. He is the best man to talk in that area. He knows what he is doing and very good service towards customers. Happy with his service. Should be rewarded.

The staff add a great experience to being in the store. I am always in the cosmetic section and I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing beautiful staff they have. Nothing is ever a bother to them, and they sometimes give a few samples with our purchase which is kind. I have always had a great experience and love shopping in Myer and you always know yourve purchased top quality. Good work Myer. Thank you.

Waited 15 min for 2 staff to look at me and walk past me! I was looking at the clinique range. Instead, ive gone to priceline and within a few minutes, i got some samples and even did a few test patches. Guess priceline will be getting my money now! Makes me wonder, was it my tattoos?was it my unbranded clothing? Did i not look nice enough to help me with a skincare range? Shame on you myer!!

I never had good impression with Myer in Bankstown as the store was always crowded and hard to find stuff you wanted but this time, I had to give the store and staff 5⭐️ for their excellent services. I went there to buy gifts for my parents and one staff called Sasha was super helpful. She was friendly and communicated very well. I was quite impressed with her!! Thank you Sasha

This store has come a long way. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The variety is moderate and the prices are standard for a Myers store. In my experience the staff at the perfume counter have always offered gifts with bigger purchases and have always helped me decide what to get, even sometimes directing me to another store if items were out of stock. Would recommend.

Always difficult to find sizes & the same styles of fashion or fragrances that other MYER stores offer. Always difficult to find an associate to assist. May times I’ve ordered click & collect & my order after being paid for was cancelled & refunded due to not in stock. I no longer order online for pickup at Bankstown. If I could give zero stars I would!

Bankstown myer ladies clothes section there is a beautiful humble women named fatimah and she honestly is the best vibe in that place. Her service was amazing her smile is amazing and honestly sometimes I now enter that section and walk around just to say hello. Been in Bankstown my whole life I've never come across a women working in myer like her.

Absolutely shocking place to shop. Probably 4 staff on whole floor for all departments. Wanted some help with sizes..no staff. Wanted to try something on fitting rooms locked no staff to unlock. At least 4 customers walked away one lady had 6 items to try on. Disgraceful. Any wonder retail trading is going down. Shocking experience & won’t go back.

Was there today to buy some Gift The Girl at The Hub (amira) I think she was a trainee. I have not seen so much attitude in my whole life in customer service She was on her phone. I went to check if she could wrap a gift for me She has the worst attitude and was so upset that she had to answer me and keep her phone in her pocket.

Staff attitude is very unfriendly, the Indian lady with the mask is so judging even when I do buy a set of estee. She doesn’t want me to touch the product, as if I will damage it, she literally prevent me to touch them, I just want to read the description on the box! Not happy i buy perfume i spray but the smell only last for couple of hrs but the tester that i try i can still smell it in my hand and its the same perfume so i think the tester is real but the one i buy is fake . Visited perfume and women’s shoes department on 10 October 2023 and received exceptionally kind and professional service from Juliana, Judy and Alice from those departments. The staff at Myer Bankstown are always very kind and professional whenever I visit and the store is always very nicely presented.

Very bad click and collect delivery time as I had a Myer registry collection for a bridal shower and did not receive my order in time. Poor bride was left without a gift. Do not recommend picking up from Bankstown as they should prioritise for Myer registry. Will not go through with them in future.

You need Clear Directions Displayed for Click and collect Orders. You State" next to Priceline Pharmacy", but do not indicate which level of the building to locate it via. Very frustrating for someone who is not familiar with this department store.

Lots of variety and a few sales going. Handy to use your Commonwealth bank credit card points to purchase items in store too instead of paying with cash or credit. Ladies were quite helpful getting different sizes in the change room too.

Myer always over charges for perfumes. But the clothes etc and Myer branded stuff are quite affordable. Staff is excellent, if they don't know they ask. Cashiers are quick despite the busy-ness. Always a pleasure to shop there.

I always find Mayer store is the best place to buy child clothes, bags, sunglasses and perfume at Bankstown, it isn't big enough compared to Mayer Sydney city but it's good enough. Especially they have variety of kids swimwear.
