I always had Kmart Casula at a 5 star rating..but now, I can only give a 1 star. Absolutely terrible customer service,from a staff member in homewares.(Saturday). I know the procedure of checking stock,as a former employee. Not only did this staff member,not look for the stock at the back(as she declared,she did.. which she didn't), and I pulled her up on it over the phone (as she didn't realise,I had someone there listening to her,whilst I was on the phone) she started ranting and accusing me of calling her a liar. In which case she unfortunately was. Then before hanging up on me,told ME (lol) not to call the store EVER again .. really!. Well I did. To the manager. Worse still,she followed the person,I had there,to pick up the item,out to the front of the store,yelling at him (while their staff members looked on and laughed.. ) totally unprofessional,by all team members,that engaged in that conduct.. The funny thing is,she said they had 6 of the items in stock.. but she couldn't find anything out the back as they weren't on the shelves. Maybe,she didn't know where to look.. And maybe,she should of asked another team member or supervisor,to assist her. Maybe customer service isn't the job for her! I will be going the head office about this girl,as I wouldn't want anyone else to cope the disgusting behaviour from a team member like this. For me back in the day,it would of been instant dismissal.if I had of engaged in the same behaviour as her. I hope the Casula manager takes this review on board. He gave us the opportunity and listened.. but his actions and head offices actions will speak louder, with the way they handle these staff members. Apparently,there's other team members in there with the same attitude..A sad fact. I can only share my latest experience and hope that will change in the near future. Ive been shopping here,when they opened it up to a Super K back in the day.. maybe now I'll take my money elsewhere. And I'll also advocate to friends,family etc,that Kmart Casula don't adhere to great customer service nor stock availability,as their staff can't he bothered to look properly.. So very disappointed..and saddened that you can only hire abhorrent staff members now..

I like going here, it's a 24 hour store and there is a huge variety of things that they sell. The store is packed with stock, fairly clean too. There are 3 problems, one is that you pay for what you get with the quality of most of the products aren't that great, so they don't last that long. The second problem is the bagging area, they used to give you large bags but the self service machine we went to had small bags there and they haven't upgraded the bagging area. If you put something that doesn't weigh much it doesn't register that you've put it in the bag and if you slightly move the bag went packing the item in the bag you need to wait for assistance. Unfortunately the last time we went we had to call over the staff member 3 times and they were super annoyed at us for doing so. The third problem is that there is a lack of customer service, trying to find staff at night time for help can be difficult and some of the staff members seem like they don't want to be there at all. Edit 2022: There was a lot of empty shelving and not many things on the shelves. Especially in clothing, there are no small sizes for ladies which is the main reason I don't shop for clothing here anymore, for several years. The staff have improved, more friendly but there are a lack of staff around hence why there's a lot of stolen and broken products on the shelves because customers are just stealing it and opening things and breaking things and leaving them around.

This place is open 24/7, located within a shopping plaza. Parking easily found just outside the venue. Stock availability is good, staff ensuring shelves are always refilled. Self serve machines available as well as staffed registers. The downside is, really young employees who hate their job, will not provide you with the assistance needed, example, I went in to ask for a pair of stockings and the two workers were chatting away, so I asked for her and they both seemed to be listening, which I thought was great, however then one winks at the other and say we’ll check the backdock for you, and they never came back. I asked another worker there to assist and they all came out at the same time to say, it’s all out on the floor, there’s no stock at the back. Sorry to keep you waiting, so I proceed to ask for a check of stock availability online or in other stores, and to my surprise, the system indicated stock availability at this very store so the 3 girls just looked at each other in fright. So I asked, did you make sure there’s nothing at the back, then one said I’ll be back, within 30seconds she returns with 3 pairs in her hands saying she found them in the dock, they were hidden and they’ve must’ve not seen them before. This whole process could’ve taken much less time if the girls looked properly, I do believe training and support should be provided to all employees on ongoing basis to motivate them to provide decent customer service

Had a horrible experience at the service desk. The older lady who unfortunately served me would not issue me an exchange voucher for the book I had received as a gift. Despite claiming the problem to be that the card used to pay was not present, the rude older lady started giving me other reasons for denying the exchange, even continuously mentioning a return when I had clearly repeated I was seeking an exchange. The lady claimed that books shouldn't be returned and even accused me of causing a small dent at the spine, which like any other book in their book department, is quite normal. After asking to see the manager, the lady ignored my requests and was very belittling mentioning that she had over 30 years experience and that the manager would just side with her. To that lady, maybe you need to work on customer service experience because yours is clearly poor. The website clearly states that firstly books can be returned, and secondly, if a customer is seeking an exchange voucher, they only require a proof of purchase e.g., a receipt and that the item is in sellable condition. I ended up going to Kmart Fairfield the next day and after asking for an exchange, the woman at the service desk responded that she could give me an exchange voucher given I did not purchase the original item and did not have the card of purchase but did have the receipt.

Honestly the worst experience ever. Workers were wandering around aimlessly which didn't make much sense since the store was full of customers. Was shopping around and saw a customer spit on the floor!! Could not believe my eyes and was utterly disgusted. Security guard requires a receipt to be presented among exiting the store. There are no signs on self checkouts indicating that receipts are needed to be allowed to exit the actual store. Not only is this an inconvenience to customers; I don't see how it would deter theft from occurring since the receipt is merely skimmed through. If your store so confidently has no problem wasting your customer's time, at least do it properly. Maybe if your staff didn't wander around like headless chooks it would actually be possible to implement an efficient and effective theft prevention strategy. And maybe they would be around to reprimand people for literally spitting on the FLOOR in a department store. Easily the worst shopping experience I have ever endured. Will never ever come back.

This kmart is disgusting. Gaming section is always in a mess, they never have the items to be delivered yet have them in the same bloody store, and the staff either need to be retrained or fired as their unprofessionalism and verbally abusive behaviour is unacceptable, unless you allow that? Today my partner goes down to get an item, the lady at the service desk immediately has an attitude after getting off the phone to another customer, then goes to the back for not even a minute and says there is nothing there, then stalks my partner who is leaving the store and verbally berates him in front of other workers who did absolutely nothing and laughed (only because the customer on the phone was actually his mum and she was called out for her laziness and unprofessionalism). Now if he did that to your workers, he would have been escorted out by security, but a worker does it and only gets a talking to by the relieving manager Chris?? Shame of you and management for condoning this. Won't ever be supporting you guys ever again.

The security guard at this Kmart makes me feel very uncomfortable. I have witnessed the night security guard, on multiple occasions, interrogating people on their way out of the store for seemingly no reason and asking them random questions about what they have purchased. I have on numerous occasions seen him have loud and disruptive altercations with people. Never have I experienced this at any other retail store. He honestly gives me anxiety whenever I see him there and it feels like he often purposely creates problems/drama. Thank god I’ve never had to suffer through an altercation with him personally, however that hasn’t stopped him from eyeing me (along with everyone else at the checkouts) as if I’m a criminal. There are a lot of qualified security guards in Sydney and it may do this store good to hire someone better suited to a role in retail.

Thankyou KMart, My wife and I had visited several KMart stores today searching for Christmas presents for our grandchildren. We'd had some success and were looking for one final present, a "Stitch character doll" which was proving to be quite a challenge. After visiting Narellan and Campbelltown KMarts with no success, an employee told us that Casula had 7 dolls listed, so we decided to try 1 more store and visited Casula KMart. Not having any luck at first, my wife asked an employee, for help. The young lady was brilliant, she looked first on her i-pod and then checked the shelves. She then asked us if we would like her to check out the back, shortly after returning with the elusive doll. We were so happy and thankful to Noma. She was so humble and polite. Yesterday at 2:45, my mobile was stolen. I asked the staff members to check the security cameras in the ladies' section, where it was lost. They informed me that there are no cameras in the ladies' section, which is unfortunate. Using my Samsung account, I located my phone and went to the address. I found a woman and her daughter, who were just behind me in the ladies' section (dresses), had stolen it. Fortunately, I retrieved my phone. However, if my phone wasn't locked, and I couldn't connect to my account, I wouldn't have been able to recover it. The absence of cameras in the ladies' section is concerning. Please consider installing cameras there. If I had involved the police, proving my phone was stolen would have been challenging without such evidence.

I have never and I mean never received such amazing service as I did tonight. I have been struggling and going back and forth to try and print a canvas for my daughters christening and Michelle at the service desk somehow managed to find a solution for me. however her amazing service did not stop there. I needed the canvas urgently, so not only did she print and put it together in less than 2 hrs!! She went above and beyond to let me know that it was done at 12 am (after I had let her know I would still be available) this woman honestly deserves some kind of gold medal and a massive pay rise for her friendly and above and beyond service!! Thank you Kmart for hiring such an amazing employee and person!!!

The whole line of product was under the wrong price. Was treated fine when asking to price check. I generally thought it was the right product. They rang the guy to price check and told me to wait at the check out he not only price checked but moved all the items to their correct section and then acted like it was my mistake. The check out person then displayed a smug expression on my final departure i wasn't rude or anything and then I was bag checked 3 times on exit twice by the same guy. Totally unacceptable. I won't be returning i was prepared to spend $160 in store tonight and I ended up spending only $30 something! your loss! I will go else where with my money.

I went to collect the vacuum last night with my husband from store in Casula . After taking the vacuum home I opened it and looked at the filthy and disgusting the vacuum was been used and dirty and thrown in the box and being put for sell. I had to drive back to give it back for refund. The staff handle it good but the manager didn’t bother and gave a time to apologise for the situation very unprofessional form the manager. My aim is Kamart should tell the staff who is responsible for click and collect to make sure that the items is relevant to a customer before thinking about how many packages they are doing on the day. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Horrible experience today at the customer service desk. The lady behind the counter refused to refund the book I bought 2 weeks ago. The book's hard cover was a little ripped and only noticed it today as I was wrapping it for a gift. The lady just said she was unable to exchange or refund since it was bought a couple of weeks ago. The return policy clearly states that we have 60 days for returns if we are unhappy with the product and that was clearly not the case. I had no idea the book was a little ripped, if it was for me, I wouldn't have cared but it was a gift and clearly I would not give some one a ripped book. Not happy at all how this was handled!

Tried calling ahead multiple times to check stock availability as online may be outdated. Finally a girl picks up the phone and was already talking clearly to someone else in store. I said “hello” multiple times and the lady hangs up the phone. Still waiting for someone to answer… even though I called back right after being hung up on. Unprofessional. Tell us to call ahead to check stock so I don’t waste time going in store for nothing, but I waste so much time waiting for someone to answer to the god forsaken phone. If you’re not working then what are you doing ? Too frustrating for such a simple task. 0 stars from me. Poor service.

This has got to be the worst Kmart in Sydney. The store is an absolute mess. Nothing is in its correct place and the store is filthy. 3 different staff members were just having a conversation in the clothing isle’s about their weekend (another staff member even phoned to have them do something else). The clothes are on the wrong coat hangers, the stock is horrific and the change room (which had a line up of 5+ people at one point because only 1 was open) was filthy. Half the clothes have foot marks or dust on them. Will never be coming back here again!

This store looks so good since I came the very 1st time of this January and now many times like Narellan too. The whole section looks rather the same in Westfield Liverpool at Target converted to Kmart when I visited there and that Target was one of my very missable store there, which I don't feel good about. But that Casula Kmart is rather much better than Liverpool, so I am definitely happy about this and all the staffs were pretty professional. Will always visit again!!

Kmart Casula has to be one of the best kmarts; I've ever shopped at. everything is always up to standard. Especially the amazing workers. I hate to leave a bad review but this place is a huge disappointment. Everytime I come here looking for something, I've never been able to find it, or I struggle to because of how messy it is! There's workers roaming around on their phones or chatting to each other right in front of shelves that look like a rat or raccoon has rummaged through them. I only come here because it's the closest kmart, but I won't even bother next time. Please avoid this place if you can.

Reason for a 1 STAR RATING is because when I go in and ask them to check the back for a item they just say if there's nothing on the floor then there's nothing left in the store. (THEY JUST NOT BOTHERED TO DO THERE JOB AND HELP CUSTOMERS PROPERLY). I was at a different location Kmart tonight and and the lady looked at the back for me but there was nothing so she searched what store had a lot in stock and it came up with CASULA . I found the manager at Kmart Casula mall Suzanne from the returns department to be very rude sarcastic and not helpful I had purchased a item in the morning and went to return it with a receipt same day two hours later and she would not accept it saying she could not resell the shoes as it was dirty I explained that my son had tried it on only however she continued to be rude I later left and Liverpool Kmart were able to refund me straight away

Not my local kmart but every once in a while I pop in if I'm in the area. Its been a few years but recently I was shopping there and I do remenber the shop assistant in there by the name Sally. To my surprise she was working on the day and just like before did such an amazing job assisting me. Her customer service is really above and beyond and honestly thats what we want when we walk into any store. She's a keeper !

Additionally, They went the extra mile and were able to refund me for 3 items that I forgot behind at the check out after i paid for them ( 3 weeks earlier) . Kmart was my favourite store, love the staff but the fashion for women has declined since they seem to be more into home decor plus their ANKO clothing products are not great i loved when we had a choice between different brands but we are now stuck with they're own brand so i dont shop for clothes or bedding anymore. Want to share an experience I had with Dana who works in the customer service section. It was the first day out of lockdown and despite how busy it was Dana was so patient and helpful with me in the photo printing section. Came for a late night drive with my niece. Staff were very friendly and made sure to let me know about the cages for when they do stock. Just in case they aren't able to see my niece because my niece is very active and was running around. It was good to see how much variety the store had and super clean when I went.

This K-Mart is huge and is open 24/7! Very busy all the time which is understandable as this is the adult playground!! Post Covid-19 - you may need to line up if it hits maximum capacity, plenty of hand sanitisers can be found handy around the store, around the cash registers & towards the front.

This store is open 24hrs. I love it for its convenience. There is always a good amount of people shopping in-store, even when I am there late at night. Plenty of parking available very close to the entrances of the mall. The Coles next door is open til midnight.

Brought a quilt cover from this Kmart, unfortunately it did not suit my bedroom. I took it back today with the receipt but not the packaging as it was thrown out
