I had placed a click and collect at the Mount Druitt store, upon arrival to collect I was told that my order wasn’t ready. I had asked the Manager if I could even pay for my order to bump up the queue - he responded no. I had asked if I could have an instore voucher to collect the items myself he still said no - I had asked if I could pick the items myself and he mark it off his system - he still said no. I asked him what time does he think my order would be ready and he said 1-2 hours, then I asked him would before 10pm be enough time.... he checked again then he said it would be ready 2-3 hours then I responded can we agree that it would be ready at midnight? He checked again and said it won’t be ready until 10am the following day. I told him that I understand it’s a busy time frame for him but the fact that was absolutely NOTHING he could do to help solve this problem was an extremely horrible customer experience! Mind you I had placed the order at least 10 hours ago. On the website there is nothing really stipulating in the circumstance that I’d you wanted a refund for the inconvenience that a consumer would have to go through head office - cancel the click and collect order and then apply for refund. My best advice if you need something URGENTLY DO NOT GO TO KMART!!! I WILL NEVER DO ONLINE SHOPPING HERE EVWR AGAIN!!!! Big W has a seamless customer experience - on Big W’s website it stipulates that providing orders are placed before 11am it will be ready by 5pm now that is a seamless fantastic service!!! Kmart you need to up your game and realise that if consumers can’t get what they need from your store now they will go elsewhere. I spend hundreds of dollars here at Kmart all the time - I will now be taking my business to Big W.

I went through this store today and there were at least 8 people lined up to go through the checkouts with one cashier serving. The self-serve machines had a line roughly the same length as well. This is not good enough. Customers should be able to come through the checkouts and have it at least be flowing rather than standing around waiting for assistance. For over ten minutes I was waiting to check out three items when I could’ve been out the door had there only been more people serving. Although customer service was average, it was a disappointment considering the amount of time wasted waiting to be served. Also, I came in a few days ago and there was no stock for the product that I wished to purchase. I came back three days later as there was no staff to ask the first time, and there was no stock on the floor again. I searched for a staff member, needing to go to the lay-by desk at the opposite end of the store, to be told that they were out of stock. The staff member neglected to inform me of when new stock would be coming in. So as far as I’m concerned, that was unacceptable service from the store as a whole. From now on, I don’t believe I need to go to Kmart if this is what I will be expecting every time I go. I am more than happy to go elsewhere to a different branded store where I may pay a little more but at least I know that I will receive quality customer service and be able to actually purchase the product that I want.

All I can say is not clean, very messy some parts like it was just trash. Could be one of those off days this Kmart was having. They did have the stock there that I wanted which was good. Store presentation was so so not very appealing, the organisation of the store was OK but could be better but had the same layout like all other Kmart just needs to be tidied and more neater in appearance and presentation. I also went to the self service photo lab to print some photos out but could not, no paper also I couldn't print any photos out from my phone because the cable they only had was used and abused and my Samsung s10plus did not support the kiosks Bluetooth. No staff to ask for any assistance which was strange. Could be because the store was a bit busy, this was around 4:30pm. The touch screens didn't work and the mouse was not any better. Very poor maintenance in looking after that area, very disappointing hopefully they will sort that out so I went to the Kmart in Stanhope Gardens which was much much better, neater, cleaner and their self service photo lab was much more organised, the touch screen worked and there were various cables in every photo station for the public to use which was excellent. I don't think I will coming back to this Kmart anytime soon.

Today I brought a Bluetooth speaker and it was faulty so I went to exchange it. I had the speak and receipt with me and walked straight up to the service desk where I was met with "did you show the lady at the door so I know you entered with it". I told her no because I headed to the service desk that is labelled returns and customer service. She proceeded to treat me like a theif and asked to see the card I used to pay for it with. I was so shocked as I was going to ask a family member to go exchange it for me and they wouldn't of been able to show my card if that were the case but I continued to show her the card anyway. She was extremely rude even though I was trying to do the right thing. If this is the case and you must show the people at the door if you're going in to return an item please have this stated somewhere upon entrance so you're not making customers feel horrible for rightfully returning a faulty item. Mind you I had to spend extra time and money to go back into store because you sold a faulty item in the first place and then to be met with that is enough for me to completely stop shopping at kmart. This was over a $10 item and I'm just absolutely shocked and angered by the service.

I was just at Kmart MT Druitt. While there I slipped, twisted my ankle and banged my knee when I fell. This was due to liquid on the floor where I walked near the service desk. After reporting it to the desk Johnathan and two of the ladies at the desk took care of me. I recieved ice packs for my ankle and knee, with Johnathan overseeing my care and checking out the area where I was hurt. It appears that someone spilled a frozen drink then left the container on a nearby shelf. The girls cleaned up the mess and they also found the item I had gone there to get and had it waiting for me at the service desk once I was on my feet again. Johnathan took my name and contact details so he could report the incident. By the time I got home he had rung me and left a message with the incident number on my machine. I want to say a big thank you to Johnathan and the ladies on the service desk for looking after me so well and taking care of the spill so promptly. Kmart Mt Druitt you have wonderful staff who are well trained, caring,polite and very helpful.

This kmart is 24 hours open. If anyone visiting during the day you will find too many people and annoying kids around messing up with the store items and the staff is too busy filling up things and sorting the items. If you decide to shop after midnight you will find no staff at all to help you. For instance, if u need any specific item there is no one around except the security guard to ask for help and direction. If you want to buy or try clothing after 10pm its not a good time because the change room would be close untill 6am. Sometimes the price tags are not clearly placed or products are not correctly placed. I dont blame all the bad to the staff but people around this area also behave badly. I have seen so many people (customers) in the store just ruining the items, placing and handling products so badly. its always better to check the price in price check scanner installed in different sections. Overall the store items are cheap and value for money. I like shopping in this kmart store.

Had a horrible experience with their photo department. I was told that my prints would take 10-15minutes. Almost 50 minutes laterI finally got my prints. Their machine kept bugging out which makes no sense as they should be servicing them Regularly. Anyway, I leave the store am about one street away from my home (I live north st Marys when I get a call to come back to the store because they still have part of my order. I only went to Kmart because I Was desperate but won’t make that mistake again. I spoke to the manager who was quite useless and made excuses about the Christmas period and staffing blah blah blah not my problem. Honestly as a customer I’m not interested. As the manager he should’ve taken care of these problems as Christmas occurs every 12 months (clearly) and I’m sure this isn’t the first time they’ve experienced high work flow. Anyway I won’t being shopping at Kmart not worth the hassle. I’ll also being posting negative reviews on all of my social media platforms.

No one ever answers the phone at K-Mart Mount Druitt, I have rang three days in a row now at all different times, being open 24 hours thought I would ring 6am, the phone has now been ringing for over 1 hour, still no answer. When you call Blacktown their phone line is answered within four rings, you talk to a person in the section required and have your questions answered. I understand they maybe busy but come on, this is just basic customer service. In store staff have been pleasant and helpful just incapable of answering a phone apparently. I had paid the additional fee for a bike assembly on a Friday, was told I would get a call with a time to on the following Tuesday to collect it. It is now Thursday and have still not been contacted to collect the bike, tried calling to see if it was ready as I do not want to get in store only for them to tell me its not done, but no answer again and again.

Some advice for your workers at Mt Druitt Kmart, when you're moving trolleys around I suggest you pull them instead of pushing, seeing as one of the workers ran my 22 month old daughter down today Thursday 8th June 2023 between 4pm-4:30pm and over her little leg that she had previously broken early this year. My baby seemed fine after I yelled to the girl pushing the trolley to stop and picked my baby up but she was more shaken after been rammed into. I didn't think anything of it after I sat her down and rubbed her legs over However, before she drifted off to sleep at 9pm tonight she kept touching her leg while trying to go to sleep. I understand you guys are trying to do your job but you need to be more alert when moving your big trolleys around especially when you can't even see the other side of the trolleys your pushing during trading hours and customers are in the store.

It's my first time to have a bad experience in mt Druitt @ Kmart. Very rare we i a customer service assistant but when I need it I got the worst experience in my life. A scarf lady wearing (a black hejab)with full makeup, lashes, she works at Kmart night shift, so tired and disgusted to help customers when they need. I asked twice she was giving an attitude like what why and such a very annoyed coz of questions, while it's her job otherwise why she's there. If you don't want to help why do you work then, it is your job to help customers. I wish if I grabbed her name just for the record. The weird thing is I wasn't rude at all, I just asked for help to use my voucher, but she's acted so rude and looked at my in a very annoying way. Don't ask her, at all for a help she's at check-in.

went to buy a bike that showed limited stock and not available online they didnt answer the phone when we called drove all the way there as it showed limited stock and they said its only available for in-store purchase. come on are you guys really that silly its covid times and you show stock available but won't let someone come to click and collect to buy the item. tell you customers you have it but its for in-store purchase only. duh i am at your store asking to buy it and you say no i need to order online for item i can't order online. hey all good bought similar bike online from big w. no wonder Kmart is going bankrupt globally. customer service poor, staff attitude poor, staff knowledge poor, customer experience bitter taste in mouth

Make sure you bring a rain coat next time you visit Mt Druitt Kmart or should I say Wet'n'Wild amusement park. The CEO Mitch had it all under control and did his best to contain the leaking roof and direct my family away from the slippery floors. Westfield shopping town Mt Druitt needs to get its act together and repair their leaking roofs at this shopping center as it is completely unacceptable. Kmart staff should not have to work under these conditions constantly dealing with leaking roofs and wasting time when they could be better using their time tending to their customers needs in the store. Thanks again Mitch from Kmart for going out of your way to contain the leak and help keep my family safe inside your store, you deserve a raise.

POOR SERVICE! RUDE WORKER! The self checkout didnt print my receipt so unknowingly I went to leave and the person at the entrance said I had to go back and get my receipt so I did which was fine. Went back to the self checkout area and told the lady there that my receipt didnt print and she questioned me saying 'no its been working fine all day maybe you threw it away, why would you do that? Did you pay for everything in this bag?' I continued to say the machine didnt print it and she went on trying to prove i was wrong then checked the machine and what do you know, THE PRINTER WASNT WORKING LIKE I HAD SAID! Check before questioning people because next time I wont hesitate to fight you. That it all, goodbye.

Queued up in the customer service queue for a while (long line) to have couple of items returned. The lady served me obviously doesn’t want to be there, working, frowning. I was thinking she might’ve had a bad day. She processed my refund and gave me a voucher. I have 3 items that I’m buying, I said I want to pay for it. Rudely asked me to pay on a different counter at the front! I said the queue is long and she can serve me since I returned some items and the queue is long. I have paid using that counter numerous times!!! She abruptly and rudely said no, this is for customer service only. Didn’t argue with her and waited for another while in the counter at the front. No customer service at all.

Had a very frustrating experience. I ordered a canvas for pick up at 7:40pm on 18/10. I received a confirmation email that it was ready for collection at 10:40am that day. At first, I provided my order number and surname. They tried to give my a random family portrait that definitely wasn’t mine. Then, when they actually decided to look for the correct order, it was lost. After waiting almost half an hour, and in a long line to confirm updates, the lady advised that she wouldn’t be able reprint it/get it ready until the next day. They most likely gave it to the incorrect customer. I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. Horrible service.

Never gone here and not felt like a criminal. You start of with the long wait until a machine is ready for you. "Please place item in bagging area", "Please place item in bagging area", "Please place item in bagging area"... Then I got singled out for checking my bags on the way out. My offence appears to be I bought shoes, big mistake at this store. That, combined with their creepy security system, makes it all really unpleasant. I can't help but think that perhaps the reason all their machines won't take cash is to help them build a profile of you along with recording your biometric data. Shopping here is practically a dystopic nightmare.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I had a click and collect and the item that was apparently not in stock by when I got to the store there was over 20 on the shop floor. I could not get the item I paid for, instead I was told I needed to wait for that same item to be sent from another store in a weeks time. If I wanted that item I would need to buy it again and then wait 10 days after the store received it to get a refund (17 days in total) how is this logical? The “manager” would not give me her name or had no idea what the store managers name was. I am beyond appalled at the service received.

Worst store ever! Had a recall out on a microwave I was using. Because the recall was over 2 years old they basically said they could take back the microwave and give me $20 to put towards a new one OR just keep using the microwave until it blows up! No concern for safety what so ever! You would think they would give a replacement regardless of how old the recall is. Firstly, it's not the customers fault the recall was out in the first place. Secondly, the customer is supposed to IMMEDIATELY stop using the microwave, resulting in there being NO MICROWAVE to use! Shame on you Kmart!

what an awful staff member in toys dept rachael ,i was trying to buy bike for my son there was no stock on display as kids distract while parents shop ,my 2 year old start touching toys so i got told kids can't touch anything and if they take any toy from specific place ,she has to put it back which the little one can't do it .so rachael u can keep all the toys for yourself because i will never ever shop at kmart mount druitt again ,i knew when you shop at Kmart ,don't expect the customer service but did not think that the staff like her cant even tolerate the customer too .

Come on Kmart! What is the problem here? One lot of self serve registers open with a line up of 40+ people! Get with it and open your registers! You brag about making huge profits yet we can clearly see why! Please get your staff back on registers and stocking shelves! Im tired of coming in for something only to not have the item in stock then standing for over half hour just to serve myself and then wait in line at the exit for the chick to stop her personal conversation with family members to scan my barcode! I frequent Kmart Mt Druitt regularly. The stock levels are hit or miss but I always find something to suit my needs. I was disappointed today with self serve. I had handfuls of items and the team member at the self serve was getting angry at me because I was taking too long at the only cash friendly self serve. With a baby in tow and most of my items falling to the floor, the lady ended up taking over and scanning my items because she thought I was trying to steal (as well as trying to hurry me up). I learned today not to do a big shop here without help.

Like any other Kmart, variety of stuff at low price, you get what you pay for. This Kmart is quite big and adjacent to Mount Druitt Westfield. You entre to the parking from Carlisle Avenue. There is plenty of parking available which sometimes is not enough as it is co-located with a busy and big Westfield. It also has disabled parking. This place gets really busy on weekends and special occasions. I don't think it has it has toilets within or near KMart therefore you will need use Westfield toilets which just a minute away from Kmart.

Its very convenient that K Mart Mount DRUITT is open 24 hours a day. Staff seem not interested with customer service when required. The self check in service is a joke when bought many items its hard to scan each individual item as Iam not a Cashier? , that shouldn't be a customers Job to do as we are not trained to operate that machine. All products are true value for money and very easy to guide through the shops. Ample car park is available but as its peak very difficult to find a spot next to the shops.....

This is the worst experience I've ever had the security guard had stopped me because I didn't have my receipt as it must of flew out of the trolley so he wouldn't let me leave therefore I had to leave $250 worth of stuff behind that i had paid cash for now if you want me to do your job via checking my self out then qhy can't you trust me enough to leave and check my own receipt. The store itself is great. However their click & collect needs work. Was sent to a store further away from me as they supposedly had stock of the main item I wanted. Then received a message saying that store was also out of stock. Went to pick up the other items only to realise I still need to walk the WHOLE store. As someone with bad knees the idea of click & collect is to still get the items quickly without having to walk the WHOLE store. The stars are for the staff & store. Not the procedures set out by HQ

Ive shopped here for years and Ive never had a stupid situation like this. Ive got two trolleys and only the front checkout is available..there is a que all the way to near the womens shoes section. Ms Nadine over out Layby Service was definitely helpful....possibly the only helpful staff Ive had just now. Get your staff on your shifts. Pathetic management honestly. Like you could at least open the other self checkout. Great job to Nadine @ Layby Service for holding the desk by herself!!! 4th October

Just like every other Kmart. You'll find everything you'd need from a Kmart store in this one. Kinda bummed out about one thing though. I'd grown up visiting this Kmart for 10 plus years. This was my childhood. So was very bummed out to see the whole layout changed. Really wanted to come back to my childhood Kmart after 7 years of not visiting. I guess all the Kmart stores have the same designing inside. Kills the uniqueness of every store, makes it all the same. Boring...

They had everything I was looking for unlike other branches and it’s opened 24/7 so that always a win. They’re also taking customer safety very serious checking that everyone enters has checked in and is wearing a mask. Plenty of staff that are friendly and willing to help. Can’t really fault them maybe needs a renovation or some do over with the design looked a little outdated but this won’t effect your shopping experience it was just something I noticed that’s all.

There is no service here. There ia a self serve checkout in the centre of the store. Probably the worst location for a checkout. There are normal registers but they are never open. There is also a self serve checkout at the front of the store, also closed. They have a single person at the front door to check peoples receipts before leaving the store. I ended up abandoning the items I intended to purchase because there was no straightforward way to pay for them.

We were looking for a specific size in basic mens t-shirt for an event, needed a few of them, we asked 2 of the ladies that assist in customer service and both said they couldn't help, we then ask the beautiful Zehed and he went out of his way to go out the back and find the size we needed, Thank you Zehed, you are a perfect example of excellent customer service, 5 stars just for you. The ladies need to work on thier customer service skills.

They took Forever to give me a refund. I had the evidence, reciepts and they refused to deal with me, gave me the customer care number, told me they got nothing to do with me n sent me off. Called the customer care number, they told me they couldn't do anything either. Came back and stood 2 hours on my feet, i have flat feet so it was hurting.., just to get my money back when it wasn't my fault because their faulty machine charged me twice.

Very poor for customer service there is no one on the floor to asked, you have to look for them, and the check out area no one in checked out to okay for your item. You only had to do it by yourself to pay your item. No one around to asked if you need some help.. So it's so so poor customer service. The KMart won't hired more people. And they are open 24 hours. Mist if their sales people is not very happy because they treat them like dirt.

Called the home section to see some cushions in stock today. A guy picked up the phone and said “ I will check for you “. Then, the call was left on hold forever. Called again to see the same guy would pick up and he forgot to check my enquires. Another girl answered the call. The previous guy ( I assumed b/c similar voice ) beside her was saying “just tell ‘no stock’ “. OMG, awesome customer service.

Apparently just decided to not answer their phones any more. I called multiple times throughout the day, letting it ring for 5+ minutes, and it never picked up. This is particularly infuriating because you can't trust the website stock lists, so I wanted to call to confirm they had stock before making the trip. I've never encountered a business of this size that did not answer their phone

I called to check if my product was ready for collection, a middle aged lady (very rude) said they won’t notify me when its ready. It was very strange as the team members in store a day before in the service desk particularly took my details and assured me that they would notify once its ready. The lady should be taught a proper phone etiquette as its a bad impression on customers.

KMART Mt Druitt, what can I say? It's the one stop shop we've all come to love. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it's our "go to place" for pretty much everything not grocery related. My wife, daughter and I have done many a midnight run here to just walk around in the piece and quiet and check out the specials. Great products, staff and prices, this place is a real winner.

I try to go here in the middle of the night. Parking is terrible otherwise. I don't like the store layout, check outs in the middle, self serve in the front. Charging for plastic bags. Products not always in stock. Displays often disorganized. People begging in front of the store.....maybe homeless, maybe professional. Roving thieves. Token security. It's Mt Druitt nuff said.

Huge shoutout to the team at Kmart Mount Druitt. I (stupidly) left my wallet behind between Christmas & New Year. The wonderful team found it and ensured it’s safe return with everything intact. This is my main Kmart to shop at and the team have always been fantastic to deal with whenever I have had an issue. I am thankful that they are such a good reflection of the brand.

Shopped at night. Since they have changed it around on the inside, from check outs at the front of store they are now in the middle. I hadn't been there in years and found it a bit confusing where to pay. Every store is different. I don't like the new store layouts kmart have done. Also if you go to this kmart be careful of the car park there are pot holes everywhere.

It’s funny to see how Kmart is open till midnight but changing room is closed after 5 pm. I mean Monday to Friday people go there after work to buy not groceries but clothing. When they’re buying clothing obviously sometimes they need to check size as well but they’re soo arrogant they don’t let you. Where is customer and customer service. What a shame! What a shame

Absolutely useless place. go into buy some school track pants and there are no staff on check outs. Staff at the self service check outs have no clue what day it is or where they are. Asked to see management three times in the 30 min wait while waiting in line just to get to the self service check out. Complete joke of a company proving that on profits matter

I always love to go to Kmart. Everything is available in a descent price . You name a product you will find it. Sometimes few products get out of stock quickly but the staff is helpful to guide you if they can arrange it or send you to the other branch where it's still available. I personally like it and always recommend to my family and friends to go there.

The only thing that sucks..not enough staff and stupid self checkout your almost forced to use ok they got suckier 3 staff and a supervisor refuse to allow me to try jeans on. it's 11 pm in a 24 hour store and the staff are nastier and the supervisor didn't even bother to come and speak to me

What a disgrace the security is at this store where they make u feel like a criminal where me and my friend got yelled out halfway outside the store so that our bags could be checked. I will avoid going to this Kmart when possible. Dirty, rubbish on the ground inside and out. Items I was after, pet toys, were mostly out of stock. Check-out in centre was badly layed out and my self-service terminal crashed while I was processing my purchases. The Girl was very helpful though and processed my order! This was the one good point.

Simply amazing and the fact it's 24/7 is also great. There's not much to complain about kmart but to know the sweets and candy and cloths are cheap and some are great quality is amazing. They also have basketball gear and gym accessories such as weights and mats. I would recommend buying cloths from there and the staff are friendly and polite.

Kmart chronically under-stocks this store. I’ve never encountered this issue elsewhere in Sydney. Their goods are also sometimes dirty or in poor condition (e.g., they only had a few white baskets left and they all had yellow stains on them). Please stock this store adequately and treat it like the rest of your stores in Sydney.

There is no stock. They say it's because of covid but it's been this way for 2-3 years now. Today we went in to see IF they had anything and we weren't surprised. Not only that, but the staff were so rude that one of the security guards felt embarrassed and offered to help us. I'm honestly surprised it's managed to stay open.

This is my go to if ever I need something late at night. Its open 24 hours so I cant complain. Its great if you just want to browse at the early hours of the morning if you cant sleep. Clothes shopping is good and cheap but don't be surprised if someone else has what you are wearing as itd affordable and therefore common.

Not a bad place to shop, its 24 hr which is great. Just try not to eyeball the bogans. Yes you will see them trying to flog products and fighting with security. The store can often be a mess and stock can be hard to find (due to so much being stolen) Apart from that the staff are friendly and do their best to help.

WHO DOESN"T LOVE KMART...Kmart has become the one stop shop from everything. Kmart are setting trends across multiple categories and the products are so affordable that you can easily improve your home on a budget. The clothing range is so affordable that you can often grab a new outfit to feel like a new person.

I like shopping at Kmart. Alot of products at affordable prices. It's enjoyable to shop here and they have homeware products, clothes, electronics, stationary, personal type products all sorts of things you could need. The shop at Mt Druitt is clean and tidy, staff are helpful and friendly. Good place to shop.

Love/Hate relationship with this place. You come here for just 1 or 2 things. And leave with heaps of stuff. You walk out with things you THINK you need. Jokes aside, great place to get anything at a real affordable price. I personally like getting my casual Tshirts from here as well as my gym and sleepwear.

My experience at Kmart was lovely, items are relatively cheap and at an affordable price. It's even better now that more items have been added to their stock and there's a wide range of items being sold ...from household articles, to makeup, to clothes... You name it. I'd recommend it to anyone out there.

I have to praise the team at the crazy time, they are only doing click and collect. They are really organised giving time windows to collect items and upon arrival it was so organised to pick up our items. We are grateful for you staying home, we needed a few items to keep us going through lockdown.

I stopped by here from my drive back from the central coast and notice there were hardly any workers around and when I asked for asssitance no one wanted to show me where the product I was after was. The only one who helped was a islander girl who I didn't catch her name, who ever you are thank you

Staff are not that nice. Some of them doesn't even help you they just ignore and acting busy. One time I went there and the 2 staffs are arguing and were rude to eachother. Staff who works as costumer service needs to smile and be respectful to others, major training required for kmart staffs here.

Don't bother ordering from them. You will be waiting ages for refunds as they have no stock despite listing everything as being in stock. They need to be investigated by the ACCC for the scam they have going collecting interest on customers money when they never had the products to begin with.

A lot of shelves are messy and stuff is outta place but thats to be expected. Be warned that some packaging may have been opened and might be empty. Bought electric candle lights that didnt have the remote and almost bought a box of lights but noticed they were light and saw that it was empty.

Kmart Mount Druitt has just about everything except correct prices and phone coverage. I once bought a pair of jeans that rang up as $5! Can't beat that. Love their photo lab, never had a problem with reproductions and clothing variety is great. Recommended if you don't know where Mosman is.

For a large store I was disappointed with the range of books in the store. Other smaller stores have a greater number of books. On the positive side staff were helpful and the it's a store I wouldn't cross off my list of stores to visit as the prices are low for most items I was looking for.

The place is becoming a ghost town. For the last 2/3 months there has been only about 8 towels that are the same everytime I go there AND in the same messed up condition. Don't afterpay instore,don't zip pay instore... 0 stars . But wasn't able to post unless I tapped a star.

Kmart do not have enough staff to help, it hasn't changed. Can't find anyone to help you. MY CAR, next to Kmart. More expensive than others in the area and wait time to book in was toooo long. They wanted car for 1 day when job only takes 15/20 minutes.

These guys have got me out of trouble in 2 instances when I had to enquire availability of products over the phone. The attendants were amazing both times. The store itself is great with huge variety of everyday use stuff. Keep up the good work guys.

Not bad for the most part they haven't had a lot of things on the shelves in the make up/beauty section for a whole now. Some days there is stuff all through the isles making it hard to navigate with a pram. Organisation wouldn't go a stray either

It would be alot better store to shop in if it wasn't so uncomfortably hot in there, after a few minutes of being in there felt like I was going to pass out from the heat and had to leave, please turn the temperature down a few notches thank you.

It's a normal Kmart, but being followed around the whole store then having the same staff member literally looking over my shoulder during checkout. And constantly saying "Don't forget that". I'm not coming back after being treated like a thief.

One of the greatest wonders of western sydney. You don't have shoes no wokkers, No teeth your part of the family or no bra and instant recognition. It truly is the hub of nightlife. What a wondrous accepting utopian store. Come one and all.

Easy to get to. Ample parking. Usually open 24hrs, though hours changed to close at 12 am. Like all Kmart stores, stock levels online do not always represent in-store stock availability. Need to call beforehand, to check stock levels.

I haven’t had any bad experience here, I go here outside of peak hours t avoid any commotions during th peak hours. I prefer to go either early hours or really late when it’s abit quiet. The Staff I’ve bumped into are so friendly.

This kmart is an absolute mess. Stuff of random items and rubbish on the floor & shelves in all directions. Also, their online inventory NEVER match there physical. However. The service and the workers are lovely.

A spacious, standalone complex with a massive assortment of in-style products, furniture, accessories, clothing and items. Seamless checkout systems and a fair amount of parking. Also 24-hours, which is excellent.

Pathetic service when returning item which did not include all accessories. Had to wait for 1 hour. Nobody willing to confirm if item was in stock or if all accessories would be included on sealed items on shelf

Beautiful place. Only a single attempted theft in 60 minutes while I was there last, which is pretty good for that area. Highly recommend all you Northen Beaches snobs head out West for a memorable adventure.

Well kept store apart from the occasional out-of-order self serve machine and birds. Service is adequate and stock usually isn't an issue. Parking lot could be improved but otherwise 4/5 recommended store.

Beware! I noticed shelf price is lower than price at check out. Female manager (with tattooed forearm ) makes up silly excuses for error. ACCC should investigate. Vulnerable people could get ripped off.

This is another Kmart that wins the race through its 24-hour trading. We bought a 11 fin oil heater and it is working well. For the people who have less time, this is the best Kmart store to shop in.

Poorly managed click and collect. Staff not wearing masks correctly. Staff not sanitising hands upon entry to store. No temperature or vaccination checking. Box on item I was collecting was damaged.

I was surprised at how many well priced long jumpers and winter jackets that Kmart had on sale. I bought electric blankets that are scrumptious to sleep in. I will be back for the jackets.

I love comin gv to Kmart Mt Druitt and it has everything that i am looking . The clothes and shoes for women and children are beautiful. The staff there are friendly and helpful.

Good sized, 24 hour kmart. Not for the faint of heart or the mount druitt virgin though - only seasoned western sydney veterans should visit here. Be prepared to fend off eshays.

Like other Kmart stores. The layout was kind of confusing, I lost my bearings at one point but it's my first time there. Plenty to choose from and easy to pay for your items.

Always has empty shelves, so some constant stocking would help. Wouldn't recommend click n collect though takes longer than usual. Better to just go in and purchase.
