Worst security operation ever. I just went shopping with kids and someone young couple was screamed suddenly and I requested stop but they were rude to me. I protected my kids to complain about young couple to security unfortunately he didn’t do anything. I requested couple needs to at least apologies to kids, not to me but security guy said they’ve gone. At least he should tell them this is public place. Annoying thing is that young couple keeps repeating “ up to us” and “ up to us” more than 20 times however it isn’t up to us because of everyone needs good behaviour in shops … public place specially careful with kids. I regret why I went to Big W and I feel very emotional also made my weekend bad day ever. Security guy name is Michael also young guy didn’t have name on shirt and they didn’t help me single word. I hope BIG W management review it I would glad if you response to me.

very rude self check out staff. I had found some hot wheels cars on the shelf that I was going to buy. they didn’t scan at the self check out and the lady snatched them from me and said i couldn’t have them. I brought up the website with a code with the cars and she said no and took them away from me. I said well the person in front of me got them, she mumbled to herself and took them away. if they’re in the floor then i should be able to buy them. Horrible service.

Big W is great for getting a good price on general items. The store is well set out and it’s easy to find each department. It’s a large store so sometimes hard to find a staff member if you need help. But the scanners placed around the store are super convenient to check prices on things. There was both self checkout and a couple of staffed checkouts available so overall it was a good experience.

Big W were totally unable to help with an issue relating to the couriers they chose to use for my recent online order, which was massively delayed with no communication at all. Big W should be more transparent with how they deliver to customers and give them the choice to go through Australia Post only. I will not be ordering through Big W again.

Worst online ordering experience ever! I was asked to present a photo ID for collection which I didn’t have at the time. Staff didn’t accept my wife’s ID with same address. This is a $9 order not a very valuable one. And we went home and back to the store with ID (1hr travel) to be told that they didn’t have the order. Very bad experience Big W

Busy place this time of year but enough staff on the floor to assist with enquires and I don't go there alot as the plaza is a nightmare at Christmas also there were plenty of staff on the check out. But so could still use self service which seemed busier.

Big W is located on the second floor not far from Penrith station very tidy not clutter with every day items if you have not been there and you want find things staff are there to help and bunch of friendly staff cheers

Like this BigW. Friendly staffs and have available items in particular for child clothing and stationery. For online shopping, I found their inventory list is mostly up to date to pick up from here.

This is a really good Big W it's usually always clean and tidy, easy to find things and always great helpful customer service
