Very rude and obnoxious staff that work there, judgmental and unapproachable. It goes to show somethings very wrong in that work place because I have been there several times and it’s always the same unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful attitude and service. Would have spent a lot of money for Christmas shopping but instead I went to Sydney and supported the business es there. I also found a lot more variety and unique gifts. Also nothing really has changed since the day they opened up.I wonder where they got their customer service from and work ethics. Very hostile and depressing environment to enter into and they all mope around like drowned rats ….. Funny how a few doors down the gift shop had warned me about them and their approach to customers. Obviously they pick and choose as to who they want to invite in and serve.

Customer service is terrible here, i put aside a mat and selecting other items . It would be +1000 purchases, went to the counter to ask to grab the rest and noticed they are wrapping the matt for someone else( the last mat in the store), it was shocking. Left the store without purchasing the rest. Response to the reply I was on video call with my partner which I asked you if it was alright with you. I didn’t put the mat on the counter as it was full and both of you were busy fixing stuff. I separated the mat and put on the bench. It would take a simple question from you

Never felt so unwelcome in a store. Felt super judged like the workers had made up their mind about me and what I’d spend as soon as I entered the store. Next to no customer service, even a simple hello would be nice. Things there were beautiful but super over priced.

Spent $200+ here today... regret purchasing... customer service here is horrible! Go somewhere else where you want to feel your existence exists! 0 stars if i could... will not recommend to friends
