Harris Scarfes has been in Adelaide since time and memorial. A retail store doesn't last so long without doing something right and Harris Scarfes does lots right! They carrying all the major brands and there's always a reason for a sale. I bought a couple of replacement non-stick frying pans, as they don't last that long, at half price. Luckily I got them on sale because pots and pans are expensive other wise. Luckily Harris Scarfes are often having a sale on something I need to get guaranteed you just have to pick your times.

Went to Gepps Cross HMC intentionally to go to another shop to buy a vacuum. However this other shop was very bad in customer service and left me standing there with no acknowledgement for over 20mins before I walked out. I went into HS and had the help from a guy called Anthony. He went above and beyond to make my shopping experience positive. As I traveled an hour to just go to other store I was happy that there was HS that also had vacuums and got my sale that day. Totally deserving.

Bough a quilt with cover set to go with it, was going purchase queen size but accidentally took king size quilt instead, the quilt was never taken out of package but when I took it back to get exchange for a queen size the manager said "it's a hygiene issue" and won't let me do an exchange but it never been out of the package how is it a hygiene issue? Very disappointed with their service won't buy from them again

I'd like to compliment your very helpful staff at Gepps x. As I don't like ordering online I rang and spoke to a guy. As we live in the country I asked him if he'd put some towels away for me to pick up Saturday while in town. The young lady at the checkout was very helpful by making me a friends member which I thought I had done. So thanks so much from an older citizen.

The worst customer service and the most rudest manager I have ever faced. The manager didn't listen to what we were asking for and for no reason she told us I can't do illegal stuff, she was very loud to talk to us. We are surprised how this lady become a manager. hopefully god help Harris Scarfe's business with those kinds of uneducated managers!!!!!

Bought a quilt online. It was advertised as a wool quilt. However when i checked it , it was not so warm. Went to gepps cross to return it and i was refused. If there is an issue in returning quilt and similar items, why not write that in invoice or atleast give a prompt to customer when buying it online.

So many products with no prices. Confusing "specials". All pillows 50% off except the first lot I picked. All chopping boards 50% off except the first 1 I picked. It's to confusing and I got sick and tired of having to queue up to ask how much something was because it had no price tag.

Oooo, so many lovely items. I would have busted the cards had I bought the things I liked. So tempting! Such a lovely lady helped me buy what I found to be an essential item for this "Santa", a simple hand-held battery fan with a water sprayer. It worked so well keeping me cool …

I gave this store 4 stars only because I managed to pick up some very good deals on exclusive brand luggage... Otherwise, the staff were not very helpful at all... Except when I asked to hold my purchase behind the counter, so I could go elsewhere quickly.

Very pleasant place to shop at no fuss or bother staff all eager to assist and explain the products we were looking staff member removed a boxed otem from the shelf and opened it up so we could have aproper look at the item before we purchased

Went there to get mattress topper. It. Was priced at $79 on the shelves but the sales lady said its not on sae anymore now the price would be $191 after membership discount and another guy quickly removed the tag . What an absolute mess.

Great range for the size of the store which also has wonderful staff! Always willing to help and even had the item I was looking for that was out of stock elsewhere. Would definitely travel further for this store!

O phoned yesterday and asked them to set aside the item I wanted to purchase. I drove there thisorming and it was waiting for my me at the checkout. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful.

Male sales assistant was dressed like a grot ....honestly so grossed he looked dirty and couldn't even be bothered tucking his shirt in and had zero for interest in being there ...off putting !!!

We came shopping April 10, 2023, with the whole family, relying on online information that the shop is open. How annoying it was to find it actually closed - day wasted for the whole family.

Store isn't like it used to be very little selection in electronic appliances they used to stock better than what was out but if your after most anything else then they have it

Prices are fantastic, customer service is pretty poor. No one asks the customers for help you have to source an employee yourself. Trolleys are far too small for big buys.

The staff I dealt with didn't have a clue about the products,the specials or customer service I will not be going back there tea tree plaza is much better.

Went in there the other day, they had plenty of things on sale. But not once did any sales person approach us to see if we needed help.

Got a bamboo mattress topper for 55 bucks. Down from $200. It's great. They have great specials here. Just gotta keep your eye out.

Has all the home wears you would want. No problems parking as you can park infrount of the store. I was able to get what I wanted.

They had the Tefal fry pan that I wanted at a really good price. The staff member was very vague though and couldn't help me.

Little disappointed shoes couldnt be sourced in from other stores.. we wanted 4 pairs at 100ish each and they lost the sale.

Prices are probably a little high for the average wage earner. They do stock a large range of high quality household items.

Gepps cross store is closing, and have 5 day sales on till sunday. I was impressed with with price reductions and quality.
