I had a very frustrating experienced with this station, which is also a Hubbed collection spot. 3 weeks ago I went here to collect a parcel. I gave the staff at the counter the collection code together with my driver's licence. He told me to wait, because he was busy on his phone, then he looked at the 4 satchels on the bench on his side, and told me that it wasn’t there. I told him that it’s not possible, because Ebay already sent me the code that it was ready for collection. He then asked me to wait again. After patiently waiting for a while, he grab one of the satchels and shoved it towards me together with my driver’s licence. I told him that he can easily see my name with the code, as he had already looked there a few times and this would save us both time. Rather than apologizing, he told me that he was not getting a single cent to do that job and rudely said to me twice to go somewhere else. If I had the option, I would go elsewhere , however there was a second parcel on its way to this location. Last week. I received a notification from AustPost that the parcel already arrived on this location, but never received a collection code. After waiting for more than a week, I decided to contact Parcel Hubbed itself and told them my experienced with BP Sandgate collection Hubbed. They apologized and told me that this kind of service was below par. They also told me that they will force scan it, so that I can collect my parcel, which I did yesterday.

They Serve petroleum If you have the filler towards North Brimming is easier as it is on a slight gradient. Also the Diesel tank is above ground so make sure you fill up early in the morning or late at night as the heat will expand the fuel and you will get less for you money when it is hot.

I am a regular and I’m not surprise to read bad reviews recently. Customer service from this station has been declining in the past months. Just a piece of advice, you have to value other peoples business if you want to gain more customer. It doesn’t hurt to be nice.

Great place to buy everyday essentials and the ambience of this store is too good when comparing to its competitor pacific petroleum. The staff who wear glasses called vishnu is very very good in customer service great experience with this store …

Local and shop friendly. Never got fuel here though as is always 20-30c per litre more than in Sandate Metro - 70 litre fillup and thats $15! Mind you, it is a BP and they are all overpriced.

I would have too disagree with some of these reviews. I go to this BP often as I work and live in the area. The young girl that works there is always extremely friendly and polite.

Store ambience is too good. Especially staff treated me very well. The offers in store is very reasonable. One more thing the tall guy helped me well with patience.
