BP is my favourite fuel station and this Newstead is no exception being so close to the city. BP seems to have a standard of quality that sets the benchmark. I am not one to shop around for better prices so BP is likely to be on the higher side. But at least they have a toilet, a nice range of food options including fruit sometimes. The BP at Newstead is so convenient and I've always found a park when I'm not getting fuel. It can get busy there, so if you're not good at reversing or filling up from the farthest side, then you may have to come back when it is quieter or patiently wait in line. But it's not difficult for me, so 5 stars. Staff are super friendly and there are usually three serving there during busy times.

After spending 17 bucks on food tonight, which I ate at the BP table, I dared to sit for three minutes looking at my phone. The snotty night shift staff person said “hey buddy, I’m gonna need you to pack up”, shooing me out the door of the empty service station like a naughty child. The bad mannered idiot didn’t even appear to consider that I might have bought something else, had he not been so rude. I have been a regular customer for some time, but I won’t be spending a cent at this place again.

My regular place for coffee. Staff are always smiling and friendly AND most remember my order. Always a pleasure going in. Handy being open 24/7. It’s a shame that the company insist on having fuel much more expensive than other fuel stations - but I guess they hold the dominance in the Newstead area. I complain about the price, but always too lazy to go elsewhere, so the business model works!!

I am new to the area, and embarrassingly needed assistance as to how to put air in my tyres for the first time since my hubby died. Both the man and the lady on duty around noon today (7th May) could not have been more understanding and helpful in showing me what to do. Now that's what I call "old-fashioned service!" Thank you to BP on Commercial Road - my loyalty is guaranteed.

Poorly managed and poorly maintained station. At 8PM on a Thursday night the station was closed. This station is supposed to operate 24/7. I had trucks to refuel and clients to server. Poor customer service. I would rate zero stars if I could. Emailed BP Corporate and they don't even bother to respond to my complaint.

Bad Customer Service & RIP OFF!!! - Swap N Go 8.5kg bottle - ($40). Way too Expensive.. go elsewhere Coles express ($27) or bunnings ($23). Also bad customer service - Don't answer their phones rang over a 3 hour period to ask if they did Swap N go and no response... Should get staff who can answer phones.

The whole team at Newstead is great! I live across the road and go in several times a week. They are always friendly and professional. Have to give a special mention to Kylie who treats every customer with kindness and respect regardless of their walk of life.

Central located service station with a selection of hot food available and freshly made coffee. I would give 5 stars but unfortunately the service needs vast improvement. The guy that works early mornings is the rudest person. Staff work at a glacial pace.

Decent sized servo with pretty much everything you’d want to buy “last minute”. Cashiers churn through the payment queue pretty quickly. Feel sorry for the staff who have to clean the loo here through cos it looks like some patrons are filthy.

I went Saturday evening for filling up my car and use the toilet despite of requesting him many times but the staff member Abdul did not let me use the toilet, he said its his duty to clean the toilet. He is very rude and disrespectful. Six

Were happily charging 2.30 for 91RON before Ukraine conflict and floods drove up prices elsewhere. Prices shown on overview here are not what's getting charged at the pump. Service here is good from staff. …

Handily located servo that's open 24 hours. Rebuilt a couple of years ago, the shop carries a good range of convenience foods. Not the place to be chasing cheap fuel given the lack of local competition.

A bit overpriced but good to have something nearby the cbd to refill so you don’t have to drive in and out to fill up so it’s worth a visit but will be more happy if the prices are a bit more reasonable

The customer service is okay here. This BP station is expensive like many of the BP's in the Brisbane area. Other BP's in other states offer cheaper prices. I feel ripped off here.

Excellent inner-city petrol station. Great service from the staff 24/7. Large range of products, food, drinks and other items. Onsite air and water facilities. Bathroom available.

The service is always friendly. Just the layout outside can be a bit tricky with two driveways. People coming in to use the pumps from both sides can be a bit of a traffic jam.

I have a disability label on my vehicle, everytime I go here to buy milk i can't park because parking bays are full and staff park their own vehicle in disability parking bay.

Good service station and always has friendly staff. Better signage and layout to use the pumps may reduce confusion as cars can enter from both sides of the pumps.

I got to the counter after filling the fuel and requested for the coffee but Todd(the staff) reacted very rude and didn’t make the right coffee that we asked for.

had a slight issue with an historical credit card payment - spoke to Erin the Station Manager and she fixed it in the blink of an eye - no fuss great service!!

Needed fuel and this was one that we could get to and her our fuel at a reasonable price...

The entries and exits are quite narrow and it’s always busy here, only go if you need to.
