Pump No5 98 Ultimate - gushed fuel over my motorbike tank and myself (leather jacket). Super hi-flow or pressure regulator failure. Reported to attendant (smelling of fuel). Very little interest shown and didn’t seem any action to prevent a repeat occurrence with next customer. Probably not an issue with cars, but I have 5 bikes and I know how to use a fuel pump on them. Primarily not impressed with action taken on a potential safety issue.

if your sign light doesn't work properly , don't turn it on, then you won't falsely advertise fuel pricing, or at least advertise the price of the fuel that the sign light works for.... ACCC should be interested in that.... Poor console operator response,, couldn't care less = poor management.....

We had the pleasure of being served by Ash again today for some coffees, and received exceptional service once again! The coffee was so good last time, we went out of our way to come back again, thanks Ash, the coffee was superb!

Dissapointted that this outlet has removed 95 octane. Only option now is e10 or 98. Forcing people who do jot wish to use E10 to pay the premium price for 98. Will be buying fuel elsewhere for now on.

BP Stations are excellent, clean & well stocked. BP sells superior clean fuels, but the cost is higher than most other brands. Worth the extra cost in the long haul.
