Had a haircut today with Mei! Thousand of thank you to her for handling my hair and made sure I got the right kind of hairstyle with my hair type while still fulfilling my request, which is quite unusual to me as I never had a hairstylist that do both. She was very gentle and thorough with every strand of my hair and always asking me if I’m okay with how much she’s cutting off (which is also unusual to me) so I really appreciated that. And, plus point for initiating simple conversation which I enjoyed so much. For that price, I think it was all worth it. Get out really satisfied and happy with everything. Will be my go to salon from now on and will definitely book Mei to take care of me again. :DD

Great services, very gentle with your hair. I had earrings on and the hair dresser suggested I take them off and she offered a little box to put them in. I always have a head spa, treatment, and cut when I go. They style your hair for you afterwards too. They provide you with tips on how to look after your hair which is helpful. Would recommend.

My hair designer was Saki and she was wonderful. Very friendly and an all-round lovely person. I forgot to take any before photos but I got about 12 inches snipped and the end product was exactly what I wanted - so light and voluminous. Also very good value for money. Definitely going back - will probably get some colour done next time.

Hugely disappointed. I asked for a darker dye and clearly explained that I wanted a noticeable difference from my current color. However, I ended up receiving the same color as before—there's absolutely no difference. I paid $230 but ended up with damaged hair from dyeing it the same color.

Yuko, my hairstylist, is incredibly professional. She provided valuable suggestions for the style I selected, spent an hour on cutting and styling. This was my second visit, and the overall service, particularly the shampooing and massage, was outstanding.
