I trundled along to Epic because I was really tired and needed a pick me up and it's been a hard year so I wanted to treat myself just a little. My only experience here was that I was in the chair 11 mins from start to finish including a wash. My hair is very fine and very patchy. I wanted my hair cut short but Rachel the stylist said no i would look bald and so she trimmed the back just so it was even. The sum total of hair removed was not even a quarter of a babies handful. It then took less than 90 seconds to blow dry my hair with no style to it at all. I walked out feeling so incredibly saddened and disappointed looking absolutely no different and just felt worse than when I walked in however my wallet felt significantly lighter. When I went to pay and she told me the price was $117 for a trim of just the ends baring in mind it was only at the back no sides no front no colour of any kind and no special treatments. You could have floored me with a feather. I understand as a business owner myself that you have over heads but I genuinely feel like you saw me coming.

My first experience with Epic Everton Park was when my Daughter needed a back to school haircut for highschool. Krystal was so helpful and put my introverted daughter at ease. She also helped my daughter find the perfect shampoo from the in store range for her particular needs. My daughter has been bugging me for months to take her back to Epic, she has never before been so specific about a particular store for anything. This was her first ever expression of some kind of store loyalty. I work often but this weekend I finally had the chance to take her back and get myself booked in for a cut and colour. We were so happy with all of our services. Two great haircuts, amazing colour match, eyebrow wax and tint excellent. Lovely team, very accommodating, professional. So many team members were involved in our services and all were excellent. Thank you lovely ladies, we will be back sooner this time.

I have been seeing Krystal for around 4 years and just had my first appointment at Everton Park Epic Hair and wow! Such an AWESOME location and the fit out and facilities are fantastic. But more impressive is Krystal, who has looked after my hair from shoulder length to undercut and back over the years, never had one bad haircut or experience and I love her creativity and positivity. Krystal goes above and beyond with customer service, each appointment is like catching up with a friend and you get to walk away with great hair! I can only expect that this experience is consistent with all Epic locations and staff, and encourage anyone looking for a dedicated and talented salon that doesn’t break the bank to get in touch with Epic today.

Outstanding Communication and Customer Service (Phone and booking experience) I was contacted after a booking failed online (an issue on my end), Kat (assume from reception?) called me to check in a few hours after. Long story short, she was extremely accommodating to my concerns as a curly girl, and compassionate to my needs. She sorted everything and was very reassuring, she was extremely easy to talk. Fantastic Loving my Epic Hair!!! After some hair misadventures and then not being able to do anything with it - I found Epic Hair on line and had a good feeling as they explained it all - and delivered in Epic proportions. Since my fabulous hair treatment and excellent stylish cut from the Lovely Chrissy it keeps getting better - even in the rain today - going new wave! I can now go from (healthy) soft wavy glam to a sharp & edgy rock chic look (even though I haven't needed to straighten it yet - even after brushing - surprise, surprise). I love this hair salon. It has taken me years to find a great stylist on the north side of Brisbane. My stylist was fantastic, and really took the time to complete a thorough client consultation to evaluate the look I was going for. Excellent cutting skills, and if razor is your thing for textured cuts, this salon has experienced razor stylists also. I honestly cannot recommends this salon enough. And I'm an ex stylist myself, so high praise indeed! Will be booking in for foils very soon! Thanks team at Epic Hair Designs. You guys rock!

The staff were so lovely and accommodating but unfortunately I ended up very unsatisfied with the results of my service of choice. I got the keratin smoothing treatment and paid hundreds of dollars for it. My results were non existent. It didn’t do any of what they claimed it would do. My hair was still frizzy even when following the after care instructions to a t including using the shampoo and conditioner that they recommended. Very disappointed and would never get this service done again nor recommend it to anyone unfortunately.

Went here with a disaster waiting to happen, I had very grown out plant based purple hair. Came in for consult with Rachel, we tried a few techniques and settled on colour remover. A week later I popped back in and lovely Luke worked his magic and brought me back to blond. Wasn’t an easy feat as I’d been bleaching and dying my hair all the colours of the rainbow for over a year. But hair turned out amazing and back to basics for my brothers wedding. Thanks so much for the attentive service guys!

I have been going to to this salon for a few months now tossing between a few different hairdressers (who have sadly left the salon now). Most recently, I tried Luke who did the most amazing job on my hair. I’m very pedantic about the length of my hair, and he was incredibly accommodating and nailed it on the first go! Luke was also very knowledgeable about how to treat and maintain my hair being so thin and fine. I will definitely be keeping with Luke from now on. Thank you!!

First time visiting Epic Hair in Everton Park and I will be a regular here now. After moving from WA I had been looking for a new salon and have hit the jackpot - from the moment I arrived they were wonderful. Gave an honest assessment of my hair condition, came up with a plan to restore strength and I am leaving with total confidence. Icing on the cake is the bright, happy, and comfortable feeling the salon and all staff have. 100% recommend, would rate 10/5 if I could.

Chloe was amazing! I was so nervous going in but she made the entire experience relaxing and going from blonde to brown I LOVE IT and am so grateful for her hard work, expert advice and amazing results that she created. It was further amazing to see the supportive training she provided to the apprentice working with her. My first encounter with Epic Hair Designs was great, the staff are super friendly, it’s a professional and relaxed environment that makes you feel at ease. Ashlee did an exceptional job cutting my hair which finally feels and looks soft and healthy again. They use and sell high quality products and they have great package deals available which can work out cheaper and better value than individual buys. Will be going back!

I have had several different stylists work on my hair over the past year and they always do such a lovely job. Yesterday Jess provided me with a beautiful fresh change of style which was exactly what I wanted but had trouble communicating! Their consistency is what keeps me coming back, and the friendly atmosphere, tea/coffee (or sneaky wine) make it such an enjoyable experience. Love this spot!

I'm always nervous getting haircuts, but so far for the last few haircuts I've gotten Epic Hair Designs at Everton Park has been my go-to! All of the stylists are friendly and accommodating and happy to answer my many many questions, in detail. I feel comfortable being in the salon and with the stylists, which is so important for me as I have anxiety. Haircuts are reasonably priced also.

This salon provides high quality hair colouring that is best suited to your own taste. The staff really listens and takes the time to talk through each stage of the process. They are professional and made me feel welcomed. Definately will continue going to this salon for future hair care needs as I know I will get the best outcome for my hair in a friendly comfortable environment.

Amazing quality service and result. I have been to this salon twice now and both times I have felt so comfortable and extremely happy with the result. The first time I got my hair coloured the colour did not stay on my precious coloured hair well but after seeing it Krystal advised we needed to do it again which ended in great results. Brilliant service and care about the end product.

I go to Ashlee every time. She is the most talented Hairdresser I have come across in many years. Ashlee always does a full consultation, and really listens to you before recommending next steps. I came into Epic to have my colour lightened by Krystal and I am ecstatic with the results!! I have been an Epic Hair member for a few years and have never had a bad experience. The Everton Park team are incredible and very welcoming.
