Hello, As you can see this is the second time that I have to request a better service, this place is Helotes at 11816 Bandera Rd, Helotes, TX 78023 No dressing for tires, no trash cans. Helotes TX 78023; at the beginning I paid as I used the service, then I decided to get the membership since I loved the service, I used to pay 14.99 and then I received an email informing me about an increase payment bill for the service and I was explained that the reason was because we’d have better vacuums, prewash, dressing tires and glass cleaner supplies as well as towels available. In the pass 30 days, I experienced 3 times lack of towels, supplies for tires and windows, and the prewash service. Today was not the exception, I had to knock the door to request everything and I was told to talk with the manager that was at the entrance of the tunnel, he was a very young man and told me he was the manager assistant, when I told him that I needed some towels and the dressing tires, he showed some attitude and handed me out 3 towels and said that dressing tires was not available, when I mentioned that I didn’t received the prewash service, he told me that other option was to wash again my car, honestly I didn’t have time for that. You know that there are several competitors in the area like Pirates Cove Carwash that offer excellent customer service and I am one of your loyal customers including my husband; I have years with you and I convinced him to switch from Pirates to Zips. I would really appreciate if you could handle this issue at your early convenience. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE 11/13/2022: I had canceled my membership for several reasons (some reasons pointed out in original review below). I visited a different location and they were very friendly and said that my pass would have been good at ANY location! So, I joined the membership again. It's been much better this time around. It helped that the attendant at the Culebra location pointed out a better location for the Windshield barcode/sticker. I've been back to the Bandera/1604 location and it's improved! I can use either lane and the barcode is detected much easier. Spray bottles and towels are stocked. Vacuums have been working well too. The attendant who spray-washed before the vehicle entered the car wash bay, only sprayed the left side of my vehicle. That was disappointing. Spray bottles were missing for interior cleaning at my bay but I was thankful for the clean towels to dry my vehicle. This is my second visit where one vacuum on one side worked a lot better than the other side. Lastly, while drying my vehicle, noticeable dirt streaks remained in the back tailgate. My first visit was WAY better than this 2nd visit! I hope there's improvement or I may have to cancel my membership. #agentVal

This car wash is fast and easy and if you just need a quick wash and vacuum I think it’s great. However don’t ever try a membership promo. In December I signed up for 3 months of $10 unlimited car washes thinking maybe if I really like it, I’ll keep the membership. But in January and February I was charged $35 instead of the $10. There’s no office on sight so I tried the number on a brochure. The phone number for customer service was out of order and my email that was sent at the beginning of February was replied to the same day saying my concerns regarding my over charged fee would be sent to another team. Fast forward to today and I finally got an email back saying that I cannot be refunded the difference (which would add up to about $50) because of the “cancellation policy/usage”. I guess I wasn’t supposed to use the car wash I over paid for twice while I waited a month for a reply? Also what kind of policy doesn’t refund the difference of being wrongly charged? Like I said, this car wash is fine for a quick wash and paying as you go but be weary of any membership as their team is incredibly difficult to reach and they don’t seem to work well with their mistakes.

Place is garbage! Would not even give a star.Been with them for over a year and they are always closed at random times. Ex: I drove by earlier today around noon and the lanes were blocked off. So went about my day decided, I’ll stop on the way back since they close at 7pm. It’s 5pm and they have it blocked off again. This is just a prime example of the inconvenience off this carwash. Most the time they do even have towels available so I bring mine incase. No staff to be seen.This a crazy pattern I’ve notice all year long but didn’t say anything. I understand sometimes maintenance issues arise or maybe staffing affects things but this is ridiculous. I’m definitely going to cancel my membership and go somewhere where they are consistent with business hours.Super frustrating because this is not hard to get right it just a damn carwash not rocket science!! From past reviews the robot will just say “sorry for this inconvenience. We will check with local staff thanks for the feedback so we can get better” blah blah blah fix the damn problem

The wash itself did what it was suppose to but the tire shine is the reason for the one star review. When I got home from the wash 5 minutes later, I went to hit the car with some Quick Detailer to clean off the water spots from the wash. Upon wiping off the sides of the car, I noticed long black streaks of something that was kicked off of the tire and all over the sides of the car. Come to find out it was the tire shine that was CAKED on from the car wash and ended up covering my car...... after 20 minutes of Quick Detailer and 4 microfiber towels later, the tire shine would not completely come off of the sides of my car. It's hard to see in my pictures, but faint streaks of the greasy tire shine remains after carefully wiping away as much as I could. And for $12, not only will I give this place a 1 star review, but I will also NEVER go there again, nor recommend anyone goes there. Update: Spent an additional 30 minutes the next day and the oily grease from the tire shine finally wiped off completely.

I went by here on Monday to wash and vacuum my car and the car wash was closed for maintenance of some sort, but I have a membership and decided to vacuum it at least. I took a very expensive item out of my car to vacuum and accidentally left it against the gate. I didn’t realize my mistake until Wednesday and with little hope headed over to ask if by chance they still had it. Adam was so awesome, not only did he remember the item, but they had just thrown it away and he really went above and beyond to get it back for me. In everyone’s defense, if you didn’t know what it was, it looked like it belonged in the trash. Regardless, they held on to it for a day to see if I would come back for it and when I didn’t they assumed as such and threw it out. He really turned my day around, and I can’t stress enough how thankful I am that he was able to find and return it to me! Excellent customer service!

I had just bought my new truck and only had it for 3 weeks when I ran it through the car wash. They dont have a clearance marker so you have no idea if your truck is going to make it. While in the wash, I heard some strange bumps and thumps that were concerning. Once out of the wash, I checked the body of my truck and all was well. It wasn't until 2 days later when I was wiping down my truck and got to the top of it and saw small dents and scratches. I went back to Zips on Bandera Rd. And filed a damage claim. The manager took photos with her phone and told me that the claims dept will contact me in 72hrs. A whole week went by and no one contacted me. I called Zips and asked to speak with the manager and was told that she was out to lunch and they would let her know to give me a call, as the paperwork was right there. No one called me back. Very unprofessional and the washes are over priced.

This is not a super deluxe place but they really do go above & beyond to make customers happy. They have 2 options for your drive through wash. A brushless side & a side with brushes. During business hours they have someone there who generally will do extra spraying & sometimes extra scrubbing if you have really stubborn spots. If you buy a card there (I have twice now) they generally double the $$ amount that you purchase the card for. They also do not charge for their vacuums. Not the most powerful vacuums in the world but they do a decent job. There are sinks to wring out any towels / rags you have that you are using. Generally super happy with them. If my car is not filthy I can get it cleaned up & vacuumed (of course I do the vacuuming myself) for $3!! (plus usually a tip for the very helpful attendant. Can't beat this place if your vehicle is white like mine & shows EVERY spot.

I went to this car wash for the first time yesterday due to being in the area. I bought the basic wash which was $10, more than I spend at my favorite car wash down the street from my house and my car comes out great everytime. After this wash, my car had tons of spots on my windshield, trunk, and roof, I know this usually happens when the equipment inside the tunnel is not being cleaned and could be due to loading in the cars too quickly one after the other. I then vacuumed and the vacuum had the worst suction, I had to go over my carpets 4+ times to get all the dirt out and I keep my car very clean usually so there was not much to pick up. I'm super disappointed with this location and should not be charging $10 for a basic wash that does nothing. After 24 hours, it looks like I didn't even wash my car and like it drizzled when it's been sunny and clear the past 3 days.

Zips Car Wash is garbage!. Even after 2 times going thru their car wash my car was still dirty AND I CHOOSE THEIR BEST EXPENSIVE WASH!!. Bugs in my cars front area and dirty wheels and side trims with dirty spots in other areas. Even gas station car washers are much better in overall comparison. Major problem is that their employee standing in the wash bay entrance, just before you put it in neutral only water sprays your front. And doesn't scrub the front or wheels before you enter the wash. Like other dedicated car washing competitors. They also had some strips of material that just flop once and drag on the car like a dead octopus doing nothing. I didn't see they had good dedicated wheel scrubbers or a good under body sprayer like other places have. The primary person chunky girl helping you with the payment had an attitude instead of having good customer service.

I have used this car wash for years. It was the place I always took my Tundra for the past three years. I recently got a black mustang, I have been very picky where I take it to get washed. This past weekend I took the time to clay bar and wax the car, it looked beautiful! I decided to get it washed today since it had been in the rain on Saturday and Sunday. Since I was near Zips I decided to get it washed there. The prices have gone up, it doesn't rinse all the soap off and tonight when I got gas at HEB I noticed circular scratch marks all over the car which weren't there after I had finished waxing and clay baring my car. I now have to go out and try to fix the paint/ clear coat again. Very disappointing. I will not go back to this car wash and if you care about the finish of your vehicle, I would strongly suggest you do not take your vehicles their.

Carmelo is on a power trip. Be careful! They want to control the "self service kiosks". We've been charged for annual membership without our permission by these guys working the kiosks in the past. We told Carmelo who was at the kiosks we'd prefer to enter the payment, ourselves. He refused us service if we didn't let him enter the info for us. We refused and then he wouldn't open the gate and let us use the emergency exit to leave. Instead he made us back up against on coming traffic. We had to do an 8 point turn to work our way out of the oncoming traffic. When we expressed our concern to Carmelo, he told us it was our own fault and that he didn't give a sh__. Be careful. Check your bank statements. Poor service. There are other places to go. Try the one down near Prue off Bandera. They are very nice.

The equipment if so so! I honestly think the water softening system is not working properly. The last 6 months washes have been very spotty. The blowers dont dry the way they used to, not even the windshield. Several, not all of the personel working there could care less about the quality of the wash the customer receives. I pay for the premium wash on a monthly membership and I dont get anything different than the guy paying for the lesser wash. The employees dont realize there are two sides of a vehicle as they do the bug pre-wash from where they are standing and thats it. They close whenever they want, maybe not enough people due to corona virus, why not it's everyone elses excuse! Equipment issues are also a problem. Maybe time to look for another car wash.

Rude employee. Was not hearing me, likely because he had ear buds in. He could see my lips move and asked three times what wash I wanted and then if I was saying anything. When I said I would enter my info, he again asked if I was saying anything--dumb founded, I just stared at him, because I felt like I was being punked. He then asked if I was giving him attitude... I had not said anything. Again, I stared. And he replied, "I'll take that as a yes." When I asked to leave, HE HEARD that, and then took my photo on what I assume is his personal phone. I have no idea what he's doing with my plate ID, and the company will not help. I've also read they scam people into memberships they don't ask for. Save yourself the drama and go elsewhere.

I visited Zip’s car wash about a month ago. I went for one wash. The tech standing at the point of sale machine told me I could pay for one wash ($10) and come back any time that month. I asked if it would automatically renew as I wouldn’t be keeping that vehicle. He said that he would set it up to cancel immediately, but it was still available for the rest of the month. I was surprised to see a $35 charge today in my bank account. Customer service refused to refund stating all sales are final. I asked to file a complaint with their corporation, no further action was taken. Buyer beware when you do business with Zip’s Carwash. You’re better off going to Club Carwash. Their onsite employees are competent and the company is honest.

There is a young man who initially wrote the initial report about my concern due to scratches that ended up on the hood of my SUV but I was able to communicate more with Adam who I believe is a manager for assistant manager at the Zips Car Wash on 1604/ Bandera Road in San Antonio, TX. Adam was very professional and displayed awesome customer service because I felt that he was concerned about the issue at hand. Even though scratches ended up on the hood of my SUV during one of the washes that I had, I will continue to use Zips Car Wash, as the experience is quick and easy. I also appreciate the fact that there are supplies at the disposal of the customer. Towels, cleaning spray and vacuums to name a few THANK YOU ADAM!

I had tried reaching out the company and many worker to help fix my account from being charged incorrectly to which no one could ever do right . I had finally came to this location and had the pleasure to speak with Carmelo . He fixed everything I needed in a very timely manner and clarified what he had done to fix it . Why a regular employee can do this and not corporate or other managers I don't know. Overall he gave me a review card today and he's a great kid. Always happy to greet my wife , my daughter, and I . And always happy to help us when we need it . He's always there working hard, good to see young kids working hard for their money. Love this carwash it's great , would recommend to everyone .

The basic membership was pretty...basic. The automatic car wash did an adequate job but still missed a lot of dust/dirt around the bumpers, side mirrors, and tires. The first vacuum cleaner I used didn’t work so I had to move my car to a new parking space. When I got to the new space, there was hardly any suction at all. Ended up going back home and using my house vacuum to remove the debris in the car. Over all, a poor job and wouldn’t recommend spending the monthly membership. If I had paid the full price for the premium package, I would’ve been really upset! I recommend using the drive thru car wash at HEB - it does a much better job plus you get a discount after filling up at the pump.

I used the services of the car wash back on 2/19/22. So my car needed some TLC. And as I pulled into a space to vacuum out my car after going they the was, Charles had noticed how dirty my car was and offered to allow me to run my car back they the wash again at NO additional charge. I asked if he was sure there was no charge, Charles just smiled and said “it’s no problem Sir, I’ll meet you at the gates and I’ll let you in.” Talk about service!! This just totally blew me away and something I didn’t expect. I recommend going to see Charles and the guys the next time you’re vehicle needs a wash and a vacuum. I do believe they’ll be seeing more of me and my vehicles. Thanks again Charles!

Unlimited drive-through car washes automatically charged every month. About as automated as you can get. Monthly subscription starts as low as $15 per month. Car comes out clean, unless you have some seriously caked on bird drama. In this case, just run through a second time and drive through more frequently(1-2 times a week works well). My only complaint is the strength of the vacuums leaves something to be desired. All 15 or so vacuums are hooked up to one big external vacuum tank and can leave the finest sands or dirt trapped in the carpet. Owners really needs to upgrade that. Open 8am-8pm. Overall, a great way to keep your car looking it's best.

ATTENTION! Zips Car Wash at 1604 and Bandera. Beware folks! They are running cars through without soap and pre-water while they wait on their maintenance person to get there. Basically running you through dry with minimal rinse. I got out of my truck and asked the manager why he was doing that and he said they were not. "Bold face lie" and when I asked if he would like to see the video on my phone, he acknowledged he knew and maintenance was scheduled. He said he was just doing his job. Attendant was exceptionally rude and has a lot to learn before he is ready for life but that is another story. I demanded my money back and they reluctantly did so.

Zips carwash on Bandera & 1604 provides a very unpredictable service. Let me explain. They are open 8 to 8. No they are not. Sometimes they close at odd ramdom hours. This has happened to me several several several times. Today they closed before 7:30 P.M.. They put the cones up and thats it! CLOSED AGAIN. You wasted my time and fuel as I showed up at 7:25. I am requesting a credit of $20 to my account. Last time I showed up at 7 p.m.--closed! You never hesitate to take my money out of my account, but you are falsely advertising uour hours. Stay away from this place. The customer is not their 1st priority. I really want to speak to the owner.

I'm canceling my membership... I left this review a while ago and they have done nothing to fix issues. The entire wash was shut down last weekend and because, once again, they had a lane shut down this weekend, I was stuck waiting for five minutes behind someone who couldn't figure out how to enter a car wash. Original review: The car wash itself is great! But they constantly have one of the lanes for entrance shut down...Can't seem to figure out how to keep it running smoothly and it is shut down at the oddest hours with no notice. Basically, I'm a member because it's on my way but I'm more often frustrated by them than happy.

Wash did not leave my truck clean enough, car was was unable to remove a decent amount of dirt / pollen that accumulated on vehicle before wash. Service was unsatisfactory due to manager not wanting to help cancel membership. His response was you can only cancel online. Online stated that I can cancel at physical location. No phone communication to cancel. Only option is via company webpage. Which for what ever reason was not functioning at the time I attempted to cancel. Over all an extremely unsatisfying, unsupported process. I hope I am able to cancel. Been trying for 2 months. Supposedly. This time, it'll work.

Don't sign up for their membership. They will automatically renew it and don't tell you the membership automatically renews unless you cancel it. I got a notification that my credit card was charged $35 for their membership and it renewed today. When I went through the website to cancel and asked for a refund and told them that I didn't know the membership would renew, they refuse to give a refund. And the car wash does not get your car clean. Don't waste your time or money. If you want a car wash membership that is inexpensive then try to car wash. They do a better job and the membership is cheaper.

If you own an F150 and want the most aggravating experience in your life, than I recommend this place.They have progressively gotten worse over the last few trips I’ve taken there, but this time was the worst and final straw. They use to never leave water or spots behind, but that’s not even the real real issue. They totallly mis the tailgate all together now. My truck is a stock 2 wheel drive; this shouldn’t be difficult to get right??? They did for years?? No thank you anymore!!!!! Also, I just noticed paint missing chipped away and not small all up and down my drivers side

The front of the car doesn't get clean in the machine and if you want to get the bugs off the front grill you have to do it yourself before paying which isn't obvious at all. I asked the attendant to please do that and that's when she told me they don't do it. I paid $15 for a car wash that didn't clean the whole car! Even the back is filthy. They used to scrub the front but now only do the windshield. Seriously?! The whole front from up the half of the his looks exactly the same as before I went through the wash. Won't be coming here again. This pace has tally gone downhill!

I can't give five stars mostly because there are few technical things that needs to be improved. Crew that work here by itself was always helpful and friendly. The main problem with this place is that the machine doesn't wash the back side of your car. If your car is really dirty you will need to go twice through machine. The other issue is with paid membership not being charge properly every month. For example one month they charge you and then some months for some reason they skip you. So when you show up the laser doesn't read your RFID tag.

Several months ago they signed me up for free washes after seeing my Purple Heart plates as I already had a monthly membership. This was definitely a very cool thing unfortunately when I went to wash the car today I was informed the program was no longer available. Charles ( I believe is the manager ) sent me through the car wash for free anyway explaining what had happened I think he saw I was a little embarrassed. I wish I was informed before hand just to avoid getting to the front of a line without a clue. 5 stars for Charles

The vacuums sucked. And not in a good way. As vacuums go, they blew. Barely any suction. Then, their system malfunctioned and my car was pulled into the vehicle in front of me in the car wash causing minimal damage to the other vehicle but significant damage to mine. Of course they said it wasn't their fault. Now I'm going to be out $1000 deductible to get my car fixed until this gets resolved. Had intended on possibly buying the monthly package until this happened, but I think I'll just go back to good old elbow grease.

Went to this place the other day after trying the steakhouse next door and kids wanted to go through the car wash so I just did the basic. Went home after and a couple days after I went outside and saw a big mark across the whole passenger side from the machine. I hadn’t gone anywhere since and today when I went out I noticed it. 2019 truck and now have big scratch marks from their machines…. Do not go here if you have a bigger vehicle clearly will ruin your stuff smh hopefully this will buff out

No receipt, not sure how they new which wash I purchased; too busy to ask. I do not frequent automated carwashes due to the amount of water used, but tried Zips. LOW vacuum suction power, could not use it. Attendant said it was free and that I could return. My family later informed me they went twice, said both times the vacuums had low power, they've not returned again. There are many other carwashes are out there, I wish them luck in realizing it would benefit them to fix the vacuum system.

Thank you for the link to submit a ticket but it doesn't work. I used to love this location but not anymore. At least a year ago they changed the blowers that dry your car and they seemed to not work as well as the previous ones. For the last couple of months, the hot wax hasn't worked. It looks like it tries to come out but clogged up somewhere. I have had their membership for 2 years now and even bumped it up last year to the highest wash. It may be time to find another car wash.

I went for a single car wash and the attendant signed me up for a monthly membership without explaining what he was doing or that I would be charged almost $40 a month. I told him outright I just wanted one car wash. I didn’t notice at the time because it was only 9.99 when I paid. They took my card info, signed me up and sucked $330 from me before I realized what was happening. Please consider going elsewhere where they are transparent with customers.

Attendants friendly at pay booth (auto pay wasn’t working) and at wash entrance but only 2 stars because my car was still dirty AFTER the wash. The back of my car was barely touched and one side had a 2 sqfoot area only half washed. We were unable to use the vacuums as construction trailers and work trucks took most of the vac spaces and blocked entrance to vac area. For $10 I expected a cleaner car and access to vacuums. Zips you need to step it up!

This is a terrible car wash with terrible customer service. I’ve tried 3 of the locations in San Antonio and they are all incompetent . It doesn’t clean all the dirt, nor does it completely dry the car. At one location, there was still soap all over the back of my car. Half of the vacuums don’t work. When I approach the wash to go in, the employees act as though I’m inconveniencing them and take their time coming out to get cars in.

I would just love to say that Carmelo is an amazing worker . He always has gone above and beyond for me and my husbands cars , making sure there clean and our stickers work . He’s been working here for a long time and I can tell he’s always happy to see customers and help them out . He asked me if I could share my experience with him via google review . I just love the membership service provided by Zips Car Wash. This makes it less of a hassle to keep your car clean after driving under the Texas Sun. I get to wash my car weekly or even daily if I wanted to all for the price of virtually one wash paid monthly. Amazing! As of 10/9/2022 MARCUS went the extra mile and helped get the squashed monarch butterflies off of my car. Talk about going above and beyond. Real great job!

It’s very unprofessional to close your business before the hours listed on your Google account. Your location states you close at 7pm but closed at 6:40pm. Cones out, blocking paying customers from service, no one’s answering the phones. Horrible service. I usually go to watershed car wash where I have a membership and was thinking about switching to Zip, but definitely not. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Went to zips car wash. Attendant came up and wanted to get her cc card, wife said we got it( to swipe it) and attendant asked twice more, and we said we got it. He got offended and told us to leave. We asked for a manager and he said he was. Can’t believe someone that young or untrained in customer service is the manager. Came here every week until now. Will not come back while this individual is working here.

Huge scam. I went their for a car wash and they signed me up for a membership without even telling me. Extremely low class. I noticed by looking at my bank statement. This is unbelievable and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Edit: They reached out to me and refused to refund me. Not only are they signing people up without their consent, they refuse to pay you back after you request a refund.

I really like this place, but I have to remind them each time not to cram us into the tunnel one after another. The reason? Once I was sandwiched between two cars. When a car gets to the end, it will roll backwards a foot or two. The car in front of me rolled backwards into me and then the car behind me was pushed forward into me by the conveyor track. Other than that, it's a great carwash.

Mr. Tim Mevellin works at 10919 Fredericksburg Rd. 78240. He is extremely polite and every time I go to zips he is always working. He never appears to be to tired to help customers with their vehicles. I was sadden to hear that he did not get the manager position at this location. I would like to see him get the next manager position. You won’t be disappointed. Your the best Tim

The price went up, AGAIN, and they don’t even spray down the passenger side of the car. When you ask for them to do so it’s unheard of. At least when they had the scrubbing brushes out side prior to the wash, you were able to make sure all the crud from your journeys were in fact washed off. For the amount of money they want at least put the buckets with the brushes back out.

I like the convenience of the location, and the new vacuums are great. When everything is working, the wash tunnel is great, but there is seemingly ALWAYS something wrong or malfunctioning...the first soap sprayers just spray glorified water, some of the rotating brushes will stop working, the top higher pressure rinse jet is out alot. The convenience keeps me coming back.

Friendly staff. Kind of pricey for wash and membership, but closest one around. Used to have two lanes to enter, but now only one. Noticed they don't allow cash now only card or membership. Vaccumms are ok but not super powerful. As others around you use them at same time pressure decreases. The tag recognition used to be a challenge but they seem to have worked that out.

The washing tunnel itself seems old and does not cover well the vehicle (mine is a medium SUV). Some spots came up with stains. The good part is the vacuums, which are super powerful, and the fact that they offer a free cleaning liquid with microfiber cloths to detail what the machine did not clean. The one next to Sam's Club in De Zavala is much better an more economic.

Zips is under new management, and Andrew couldn’t have been nicer. They’ve replaced their equipment and have more employees willing to help. He even let me run through the wash again when he saw that a part of my car was still a little dirty. I have not had great experiences at this wash before, but I’ll definitely give it another shot after my car wash yesterday.

Adam was great! I rolled through with caked on car marker writing from my son’s birthday and I wasn’t too sure if it was all going to come off in the wash. Either way, and without me even asking, Adam walked right up and helped take it back off for me before I even entered the wash. Excellent customer service. Need to promote this guy. It's usually a pretty quick and cheap car wash, if you're not waiting for a vacuum. Other cars will just drive on up that are not customers and take up the vacuums. The wash itself is pretty good but I no longer get the option that includes the tire shine. That stuff gets on the body and it's hell to get off. It also leaves the tires tacky after a while.

Got a membership with them. Have used this location for many years on and off, and different names/owners. Right now, it's the best it's been. I don't need to interact with the staff, but they're friendly. The new vacuum row with air inflators and courtesy wipe towels is fantastic. The wash is always great too. I live nearby, so I go often.

He is an amazing person, very professional and takes the time to explain the benefits of what I’m purchasing at that time . Can’t say enough good things about Thai young man ! Definitely the absolute worst automatic car wash I’ve ever used. Spent almost 30 minutes cleaning the outside of my car after paying $25 and going through their car wash, in their parking lot. What a complete waste of time and money. Definitely got ripped off. Should be called “Rips”…not “Zips”. So disgusted with that experience.

Love the value this monthly car wash provides. Excellent wash. Excellent price. Disregard the one star reviews, those are just people bringing filthy neglected cars in and wanting a "detailed" vehicle from a drive through wash. If you maintain your vehicle and want good value from a monthly subscription, this is the place to be.

Great for newer cars but if your car has a chip in the paint or is an older vehicle this wash will destroy your paint over time. I have a 2004 dodge ram and had a minor paint rub the size of a small fist on the cab roof after about 10 washes it stripped the entire roof. Also difficult to cancel the membership so be warned!!!

This place was a waste of money! 15 bucks got you water and the rotating scrubbers. The package claimed it included “triple foaming” but was no soap even visible coming out of the nozzles! In the end I still have dirt on my car. On top of that the vacuums lack suction so I had to move to different spot. Worst car wash ever!

I like the recent updates of offering cleaner & rags to clean car interior in the vacuum area. Don't like the fact that only 1 of 2 lanes is open most of the time. Atleast keep the 2nd lane open for those with memberships, so we can avoid waiting for people ahead who need assistance with their purchase.

So the location in culebra is always down and closed so I will not be renewing my membership. The location on bandera in helpers damaged my side mirror and the manager didn’t seem to care at all. I filled out a claim form and have not heard from them. Just horrible service and unresponsive management.

Service was very fast. Maddie was personable and professional. She helped me check-in very quickly, pay and got me into the car wash with no wait. The self-serve vacuums had very high suction capacity so I was able to get my car interior nice and clean. Definitely would recommend.

Easy in and out! Helpers are always there should they be needed. They have 2 vacuums on either side for every car which is awesome cause it allowed my kid to help me and ultimately cuts the time in half!
