I just left this establishment and the manager was extremely rude. The wash malfunctioned because my car would not go into neutral resulting in only water smearing there dirt on my car. Another employee who the manager sent over instead of himself, was very polite and asked that I go through the car wash again. I politely declined but then after seeing how awful my car came out, walked over to the manager and asked him to give me my money back. He was walking off when I was speaking to him and told me that I didn’t know how to put my car in neutral and he was trying to help. After that comment I got upset and expressed to him that my car is not made in the U.S. but shipped custom from Germany. He stated that he was trying to help me by telling me what to do against the directions of what my car was telling me. He was rude and obnoxious. I told him to keep my money and that with his attitude, that was the only job he could ever attain. I am now getting my car washed down the street. He should not be working with the public and had zero customer service skills.

I've been using this car wash for over 2 years and have always been satisfied. I was dissatisfied today not for the car washing services but for vacuuming. It's free vacuum use with car wash. Today there were 5 cars that where being vacuumed that was pretty apparent they hadn't been washed. They were coming in thru the exit just to get to the vacuums. At one time I had 2 of these on both sides of me and it made it impossible to use vacuum for over 20 minutes. I ask one of the workers about this as several more where scattered around the vacuum area. He said he would speak to manager but 15 minutes later as I was leaving still no action. It took me close to an hour today, and I was only able to vacuum the drivers side, when normally I'm completely done in 20-30 minutes. I figure from a business standpoint they lost $80 to $100. Guess I'll have to start using a car wash closer to my home which means this business has lost 4 car washes a month.

I've been to this location many times but the last time, the car wash broke my luggage rack. The assistant manager took all my information on an incident report and said the manager would call me Monday. Monday came and went and no one called. I'm very disappointed. **********************Addendum**************************** While I was initially quite disappointed, this location's manager contacted me today and apologized for not getting in contact with me earlier. He said they reviewed the video of the damage and are ordering a new luggage rack for me from the dealer. He even said they'd install it when it comes in. I am very impressed with how quickly and completely they took responsibility. I am also relieved I can keep going to Bee Clean knowing they will do the right thing!

If I am not washing our vehicles at home, then Busy Clean is my first choice. The cheapest, beginning at $4.99. The vehicle wash tunnel is longer then most gas station washes. I feel we receive a better longer wash at Busy Clean. The spinning brushes are minimized, which I prefer. The main wash is performed via hanging soapy cloths which are more gentle to the car's exterior, yet still do the job. A double hit air dryer dries pretty well. And free multiple vacuumes on premises. Feel free to take one's time vacuuming the interior. Or finish detailing before driving off. We've used this car wash many times over the years. In a pinch, Busy Clean does a great job for only a fee bucks.

I got the Go Select Wash. I always worry about the damage the machines can do. Seems like the brushes and wash clothes they use are like the ones in the early 2000's. Pretty good wash, wax, shine and vacuum. Of course with a truck, the blowers never reach the tail gate. The tire shiners didn't put any oil on the tires. I went up to the office and let them know their oil might be low. Ruben came right out with a sponge and bottle, ready to shine the tires! I guess they already know about the issue. It makes sense if you have 2 vehicles to get the unlimited. If not then $9 or $14 will get you cleaned up and looking good for the month for a budget.

My car always comes out clean here! Not like other places where I have to go home and redo areas the car wash missed. I wish the price didn't keep going up though. Went from $4. Up to $ 9. I know , I know. Everything is more expensive. Not my money coming in!! Today I went to get my car washed. Went well till the end. The track ends that is pulling the car along and there is some kind of thing that the tires go into and continues to push the car out of the tunnel. Today it wasn't working correctly. I had to put the car into drive to get out. Hard to explain but this was before the green light came on reading to drive out. I hope they fix this.

This is the only car wash I'll use now because THE VACUUMS. I can't be the only one right? Every car wash I go to the vacuums are broken or half broken or there aren't enough for everyone. Not so at this location. I've witnessed the employees exchanging the hoses on the vacuum system multiple times and I love that they always WORK. The car wash is a car wash and it's fine. The trash cans are never overflowing and gross like some places. Bring your own towels to give the car a wipe down when you're done. Oh, second best part, bug wash out front before you drive through to get the nasties off the front bumper. Works like a charm.

About 2 years ago I would have rated this place five stars because for the basic car wash it used to only cost me $5. This time when I went there, the basic car wash was $9. Hell I could have had it washed cheaper at HEB. I was borrowing my parents pickup truck so I decided to take it through this carwash before I returned it to them. It did not wash the front hood very well. It left three lines of unwashed area. But it does a decent job on my two-door sedan car. I will probably be back since the location is near my house and it does offer free self-service vacuuming but they should reconsider the jacked up price!!

Purchased the premium wash package and every single time I went through I would have a ring of grease and dirt on my rims that I would have to scrub off. This happened about 90 percent of the time and when I spoke to the general manager who was present he told me his car wash doesn’t leave those marks so when I showed him the marks and when he seen the mark he told me that it was most likely previously on the car and looked like paint. So I scrubbed it off infront of him to show him (I just went through wash and rims still dirty and that it wasn’t paint) then had him cancel my service.

I came here because I wanted to see if this location was just as good as the location off of silicon drive. I most definitely was not disappointed! It appears that this whole chain has quality across all of their locations! I love the wash that I get for the money, the free vacuums, and most of all, the cleanliness! Because of all of my experiences, I’m considering becoming a monthly member! Also I love how they donate the extra penny from every wash to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. This is my new Car Wash location! Give them a try! They also offer free bug wash!

my family & i have been going here for awhile , but today i had this employee who clearly needs anger management classes help us out today. took me five seconds extra to put my car into neutral since it isn’t a automatic & dude is yelling like a maniac. told him he needs to calm down & stop yelling like that & he begins to get louder with a smile on his face. just very creepy. he also kept repeating he couldn’t hear me when he clearly could , which is very unprofessional. hope someone ask him how he is bc he clearly needs it taking his anger out on customers !

Since this place got bought out; there were a few changes. For the 20$ wash, in particular, the machine appears to dispense less soap on the vehicle. I think there is a step in the wash that got removed for that price as well. The wheel shine applicators have been inconsistent and my tires come half way done. I also noticed that the dryers aren't as effective at getting the water off. Not sure why, but I do spend more time hand drying my vehicle in the bay. On the flip side, it's convenient to stop in and get the car washed.

There are MANY choices for car washes on the same road, and this is the best available! Even though there are 3 closer to my house that offer identical services, I drive a few miles farther to GO Car Wash. The wash is thorough and the dryers actually thoroughly dry your car! You don't really have to wipe anything off when you're done, but they do offer a complimentary microfiber towel. Also, the FREE vacuums have perfect amount of suction so you can clean the inside in a quicker amount of time than at other places.

The bee quick got brought out by someone else the prices went up there’s bright colorful lights everywhere promoting their unlimited washes the equipment inside like their brushes got smaller and looks cheaper. at the end the air dryers got moved up so the last part of the tunnel feels lonely. Their vacuum hoses are also smaller. It’s not the same the new owner is about the money more then his customers and their vehicles... I used to come weekly I don’t think I’ll be coming weekly anymore gotta find somewhere new

I've been coming to this car was for years and originally the price was $4.99 then $5.99, now with new management it's $8.00. Also I've never had to take my antenna off. It's permanently on, I super glued the threads because I've had it stolen before. They wouldn't let me go through the wash without taking it off, but I explained that it wouldn't come off. They wouldn't allow me to sign a waiver so I had to leave. I wouldn't recommend going here if you are in a situation like mine. I won't be back....

Yaaaaassss queen. This is by far my favorite car wash ever. I love the rollers that push your car through, the fact that it's set up after you get out to clean your interior (which by the way, they have plenty of stalls for a good amount of people), and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they don't use rubber on the spinners that hot your car to clean it. They are cloth and it's a wonderful thing. Definitely go check this place out. They just added a $5 option that you can do so it isn't as expensive anymore.

A great car wash was needed after a week of rain. This past Sunday, Go Car Wash wasn't to busy. Fortunately I've been using my wash pass and the VIP lane to enter is always fast. Overall the car wash experience is consistently excellent. From the on-site employee guiding your car through the wash tunnel to the free vacuums. They even have a dedicated stall where you can add air to your tires in case they are low. The buisness just got an exterior upgrade with fresh paint too.

Would've given 5 stars but the vacuum nozzles don't pickup all the debris in the car. This could easily be rectified with brush bristles on the end of the nozzle and stronger suction. The vacuums are free and accessible after the car wash. Overall all the automated car wash is pretty decent. It did not cause any swirl marks or chip any paint off of my car. An attendant helps guide you onto the railing that pulls your car through the car wash. The price is also reasonable.

This business car wash equipment is scratching cars. I filled out the damage report but the manager denies the damage. I have pictures of the car before I take the car into the car wash and I showed them, but they don't take any responsibilities and don't give any attention to the claim. This company has several damages reported by customers. Please be careful if you take your vehicle into this place, it is going to be a big chance of being scratch on different spots.

Im torn, i really like this place but the monthly pass is $20; everywhere is is $15 and the wash kinda feels the same no matter where i go. The tire shines works well to be fair to this place but for 5 extra dollars anywhere else i can get a better daily wash everywhere else. Sadly i had to cancel since i ccouc not justify paying the price for an ok wash. I rather save the 5 dollars and have slightly dirtier tires.

Great wash to my vehicle, yet the employee seemed to be on drugs or something. The employee was apparently walking slow motion, and had somewhat of a drink appearance with bloodshot or glassy eyes. Don’t know if random drug tests are performed on employees but to my perspective the employees represent the organization during work hours and while using the work uniform when being out and about in public spaces!

They have air for your tires free vacuums with unlimited amount of time and pretty reasonable rates for the car washes. The only thing that I will say is the credit card machines can be finicky so make sure you definitely bring cash as a backup because there's no way to back out if you don't. there is a call attendant button and no circumstances, but it does take a while cuz there's not very many workers.

Fast entry if you have a monthly membership. I noticed some of the sprays/brushes in the wash have changed. Now my driver-side mirror gets pushed in, but it's easily pushed back out when I'm done. Vacuums are strong and easy to use. Bays are kept clean of debris. Love using their towels to wipe down and dust my car. Suggestion: have a bin at the exits with a sign so we can return them easily!

The best automated carwash in SA, and just about best overall. I've been to good ones where you clean it yourself, to expensive places where they charge a ton to put it through an automated wash and do a quick "detailing" job, and I've been to places where they wash by hand and detail. Bee Clean is my go to for quality, price, and convenience, second only to the hand wash/detail spot.

After getting my car washed and using the vacuums, my car still had dirt on the outside and had gained some bees on the inside, including an angry one that I can hear but not find. Cover your bins. Edit: Went with a pretty mild layer of dirt thinking it would at least be good for that much, you can barely tell the glass got cleaned. It's still covered in streaks and spots.

I came when it first open and hands down to how good it washes the car. I did spend the 20 bucks for the wash and it washed the car very good. Compared to others it is way better. I went to another wash paid 5 bucks and did not wash the same nor dry the car the same way. Came here paid 4.99 got a way better wash plus the free vacuums really suck.... lol pun intended

I liked it a lot, got a months membership 29.99 and I can go as often as I like. The washer line won't hurt my paint but like most machines it does miss a few spots but they supply towels for fine detailing. They also have free vacuums and the have a lot of them. Free air also. Lots of space to finish off your car. All on all pretty good value and pretty clean.

I come here often and always get a good car wash. Today I had an issue with the Bee Clean app and couldn’t redeem a wash I had bought on the app a couple days before. I was given a wash, but my car did not get fully cleaned and the employees offered me a re-wash. They went above and beyond for me and my car that only had few rough stains from an oak tree.

The perfect place for a quick, good wash. The workers who lead you into the car wash are typically young, attentive, clean guys. I always get the Quick Bee service for $4.99 and the car gets a good wash! There are plenty of covered, spacious parking spots to vacuum and dry off any water droplets remaining on vehicle. I feel safe every time I go.

This is the message I get when trying to cancel membership... "We’re sorry, we are unable to discontinue your plan at this time. Please try again later." ... just be aware. Don't sign up, even if it's for a free trial, unless you are sure you are going to use their services frequently enough to warrant the membership... or else. ‍♂️

So I paid $20 bucks to get a car wash that I'm thinking someone is going to dry it when I get out only to find out i paid $20 just to wash it myself. They offer vacuums and there supposed to have drying towels but there weren't any and all the employees were hiding behind the wash bay smoking. I will never go here again ever.

I've been doing business with them for the last year. I had my pickup on and washed it every other day. With their monthly package it was an excellent value. Now because my antenna doesn't come off. They canceled my wash program. It's new Go policy. After washing my truck 100 times with the radio antenna on. Now they won't!

I'm paying for the expensive car wash and my car is not getting the wash that I'm paying for it, I don't think the person the is directing the cars knows what car is getting!! I look back and I saw a car getting something then I didn't get. If the manager in charge looks at the reviews maybe we will get the right car wash.

The staff is super friendly, just wished someone in the franchise paid more attention to the machinery, the sensors don't accurately read what car wash you have. The brush with the micro-fiber towel that comes down at the end, is a hit and miss... and some options like wax and triple foam hardly ever work.

Best car wash I've been to in San Antonio. Everything is well maintained, the prices are reasonable, and the free vacuums are powerful. I've never been through a wash that gets my car so clean! If you're sensitive to mold/mildew like me, rest assured that there are no funky smells during the wash process!

Car is never fully clean after being washed. Dirt and bird droppings still remain even after pre rinsing the car before going through. If you don't get your vehicle very dirty then this place is great for you, otherwise it's a waste of money. Two stars because of the vacuums and air being available.

I would say if they offered to scrub the bugs off at the beginning of the car wash and offered to give you back your change(when paying for my car wash I wasn't given the option to get my change back-it was automatically donated) it would be a perfect. The machine broke my trunk, they didn’t stop the machine so the car behind me smashed it. They don’t want to be responsible for it and refuse to pay the repair. Bad experience, not responsible is the machine breaks your car, and wasted my time trying to talk to them about it
