I understand that the library is a public domain. But oh my lord it is so loud in there that it doesn't deserve to be called a library. I come for uni study, but the crying babies, the yelling elderly people. And the random noises coming from full volume computers is more distracting than if I were studying at home with my baby siblings demanding my attention. The only reason I've given them a star instead of 0 is because at least they have quiet rooms but even then those dont block out all the noise. Essentially what I'm saying is I miss the consistent shushing that comes with stereotype of a library. Even as I'm writing this someone keeps attempting to make a Skype call on the public computers with no head phones‍♀️

Booked a unit complex annual body corporate meeting here on the 10th of December 2018 ($70 booking fee). I turned up with the other co-manager of the BC to set up for the meeting but we mistakenly turned up an hour early. Two female staff members there running the joint at the time started yelling at and being very rude to us and one of them rolled their eyes with contempt at me when I had to run back down stairs to grab my phone to record the meeting. I told them both off for it and they made up their usual self-entitled sob stories and excuses for behaving that way towards us. Very abusive, disrespectful and unprofessional on their part to treat customers that way who pay THEIR wages with THEIR council rates.

This upgraded public library has so much to offer at this new location. There’s plenty of car park available, including undercover parking. Access to the library has been well considered with the lifts for prams, trolleys, or wheelchairs. There are good public toilet facilities including a parents room that are kept quite well maintained. The children’s area is so lovely with computers, an adorable cubby house and a play area for the children to stretch out. There’s even a craft area that’s available for different craft activities. My favourite areas are the abundance of quiet rooms, desks and study areas that have good powerpoints and seating.

This library is one of the best my family and I have been too because of the childrens area. My child made a few friends their as the atmosphere is very inviting especially for children of all ages. We loved it and we know choose to travel hours to that library due to the welcoming experience we receive.

Beautiful brand new library, clean toilets. Plendy of free 1 hour per day computers plus you can take your own laptop, tablet or phone and hook into the free wireless. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of books, DVD. If they haven't got it, they can order it in.

Absolutely the nicest place to visit. Plenty of space and light and a good array of books and magazines. Super helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. My husband and I love it. It is the best library in Brisbane and we have visited quite a few!!!!

A spacious modern library with bookable meeting rooms & WiFi. Staff were very helpful getting me set up and it was easy using the library website to request a book from another library and then pick it up a couple of days later.

Always helpful staff and a nice kids play area. Best outdoor library area that any LIbrary has. Good private rooms and booths plus plenty of desks for work with power outlets. Clean toilets and easy check out

Great place to hang out with friends, free WiFi, helpful and kind staff, clean amenities, kid friendly with lots of activities, good variety of books. Lots of events and things to do. Love this place.

Awesome library, close to nearby shops. It is large with plenty of working areas, it's air conditioned, and it's employed by friendly and helpful staff.

Best library in Brisbane. Big convenient area for mums with kids and so many events and children activities. Lovely and helpful staff too.

The library has a great online booking service. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great place to spend time. Lots of videos, cds.

My local resources to elevate my knowlegde, huge area with different book collection. We can use quite room with a week advance booking
