I browsed this location recently while waiting on a friend. I found overall variety interesting and areas tidy, especially considering the amount of people, including CEGEP students, who stream through. Most pleasantly however, and the motivator behind my review, is MARISA at the jewellery counter. She was personable and helpful, her conduct and interaction exemplary of good customer service. She was good to briefly acknowledge each of those waiting for help while serving others, her friendly bilingualism, courtesy, manners and politeness during my transaction greatly appreciated. I have noticed a decline in this area around the city which had Marisa stand out even more! I am even happier with my selection and shall be back. (If you are reading, thank you, Marisa!) (I am not a personal friend nor a regular customer at this location.)

I always had great experiences at this location ( they have a lot of variety of items and staff were always nice and courteous) except a few weeks ago , i was looking for a spring jacket and since the fitting rooms were full and i was just looking at jackets, i was just trying on jackets on the sales floor . Then an employee ( older lady) screamed at me that i was not allowed to do that and i needed to try stuff on in the fitting room and then she was talking about stealing or something . I then just went to the fitting rooms to try on my jackets , embarrased . sounds weird to me that you absolutely have to go in the fitting rooms to try on jackets , i wasnt doing anything wrong and the way she was screaming at me felt very uncalled for , she could have just said it nicely.

Generally speaking, I hate all department stores and such, but I'm willing to make an exception on Winners. The stores are usually easy to navigate, spacey, somewhat well organized and while they always have a very randomized inventory, if you go in wanting to find a shirt for less than you'd pay almost anywhere else, you will always find a shirt and typically for less than almost anywhere else. It's just that going in the store you don't know what color, brand or cut the shirt is going to be... But there's always one you'll like. I'd give them 5 stars, but I hate people and there's always a bit of a crowd at Winners, so I still hate going there. So that's 4 stars and a glowing recommendation.

I generally shop at Winners, once a week. There is such a variety of products, which change regularly, to give you something different every time. From designer clothes at reasonable prices, to less expensive items that require careful examination for flaws or poor quality materials. Do not miss the home section which has high quality comforter sets, towel sets, and sheets, all of which are more reasonably priced than anywhere in the city. They also have men's wear, baby toys and clothing and a vast array of shoes from top brand names, which are fashionable and in every possible size. Luggage, purses, jewelry, and makeup, plus lots more surprises. Don't miss shopping there.

I saw a mug with a red promotion sticker and I am looking for one for recently. I waited in line to pay but the cashier scanned it and told me it’s not the correct price tag. The price tag was probably put by someone else as per the cashier. Waste of time in line to pay and to pick the mug also. If they can’t manage the tag well, close the store is what they should do. Don’t waste time here. Get good stuff with the price they deserve instead of trying to find something good in racks of garbage plus deal with incompetent employees and managers

Hit and miss selection wise. Sometimes you'll find lots of things at very attractive price tags, and other times it feels really drab and not worthwhile. The two of these extremes could happen days apart though, as inventory gets added frequently. Got some really amazing bamboo bed linen here, brand hoodies, and some household stuff (storage boxes, dog bowls etc) at really good prices, but it took repeated checking in. The lines at checkout get really long and tedious after 2pm, so go in the morning if you can.

Its Winners: Huge selection. Great prices. Lots of room to shop around. They dont have too much clothes avail for big guys (2xl and up) so be mindful if you're a big guy but for the rest of us, loads of clothes and shoes. They should expand on the selection of neck ties, dress shoes and formal suits. When its packed, the lineup moves fast. Most staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Shop early, beat the crowd get to selection ahead of them! Peel and Atwater are both great!

Winners is known for good bargains. Looking for a good winter coat, boot or gloves at low price, check Winners. It has a big collection of last pieces from big brands. Sometimes you can't find your size but this is how it works. You have to be lucky. You can find there different clothing items for different seasons. You can find underwears as well. Not only clothes but also toys, utensils and other items. May be the only thing that you can't find there is food items.

Winners is beginning to look like a factory outlet . Before it was one of my favorite stores now I pick up three things and when i get to the cash I'm trying to decide what to take out because the bill is so high . I dont even understand why they put a Marshalls directly below..they sell the same thing . Very limited for bigger sizes in beautiful things . Just because you are bigger does not mean you dont like nice stuff

Worst selection I've seen out of all the winners on the island and off the island of Montreal. Very small C.A.T and PUMA clothes. Size 34x34 is never available. They say it's because ppl buy it fast but yo...common sense....invest more in those sizes. But they seem to have an all you can eat selection of man purses. Also staff is overworked. Very Very bad management. But winners can't see that so on with the shi* show.

I notice that the managers have all changed and I have to say that the ones before were much nicer. Harry the store manager is not the nicest person. Mike was much better. The workers at cash tend to have conversations amongst themselves while ignoring customers. The ladies at the fitting rooms are over worked not to mention the ones who work on the floor. The selections here are hit or miss.

Located in the Alexis-Nihon mall it is a great place to find that one particular designer item you have always wanted at a great price!!! However,,, i would not by jewerly there! I bought a 100$ pair of Diamond Loop earrings and they had a zero return policy! Obviously my girl did not like rhe Earrings lol. Peace out and pay attention to details,,, and your girlfriends taste in jewelry lol.

Great value for the price, a lot of different choices, brands always for less compared to outside and other places, besides clothes there are the great chocolates, coffe, kitchen appliances and most importantly the Perfumes !! The famous brands perfumes for an economical price just you have to check weekly so you get to choose...5 stars well deserved keep it up Winners !

I tried to return a Christmas gift on December 27 without a receipt. Rosemarie said I needed a driver's license. According to TJX return policy, a government issued picture ID is required. A medicare card is a government issued ID. Rosemarie please familiarize yourself with the company policy. I was able to return it at the Winners at McGill College.

Large location and they have a lot to offer, but the security guard is way too rude. He was convinced that all students with backpacks had stolen something and made EVERYONE with a backpack wait to have their bags checked. This happens a lot with this guy. I understand a store like this needs security but I find that a little excessive.

Really fed up with this winners ! 3 times I had to return Items that did not work - And now, i realize one of the items I bought is missing, so was forgotten at the cash, but still surprised the cashier can’t notice that? Isn’t that part of the job? So I ALWAYS end up having to return there ! So fed up ! Not going there anymore

Do you want to buy good quality items for a cheaper price? Winners is the place to be! Clothes, shoes, home items. You just have to be there on a lucky day, because you cannot always find the right clothes or shoes that you want with the right size and colour, great place to shop for less money and better quality for sure!

The store is fine the mall is terrible. That's a senior citizen I would like to be able to sit down once in awhile but the mall has removed all feeding because of this pandemic. The premier of the province of Quebec wants people to shop locally but he's not making it easy for anyone. So for that reason I say shop online.

I just hate this place with a bottom of my heart. Winners, they make you spend & spend & keep on spending... I don't know why am I keep on coming here?? It's like a casino that makes me happy. Very good retail.store a little of everything I love to go in and browse around there is always a piece of merchandise that catches the eyes.sometime patrons leave things pitched around however the employees are courteous and will replace articles as quickly. as possible .The return policy is like any other store

One of the best winners I have ever been to! Quite large and I found what I was looking for! I had been looking for leggings and a wallet and had been to two other winners previously that did not have the same selection or even comparable to one at this location! Lots of stuff to buy . Great selections . However the staff needs training. Imagine my horror and disbelief when a staff member was conducting an obscene phone call on her phone and speaking really loud at the same time. She was very unprofessional and looked like she just rolled out of bed.

I work around so I shop there offen. What surprised me Monday was when I went to return one item, the cashier didn't speak any words with me. Not even "Hi Hello,bonjour" She did the refund without talking to me at all. I have to comment it. Please hire and training a cashier properly.

Great deals and awesome products. The bras and underwears are a hassle to try on though. They're all attached with multiple plastic ties. Most floor staff are engaging, friendly and helpful. Cashiers are fast and pleasant to throughout the transaction. I always enjoy shopping there.

Winners has an extensive collection of items of good taste at a great price. The place is clean, bright and has great directions. The employees are just serving enough and the wait at checkout is never long. I like to swing by whenever I visir the mall to look for new deals.

I hate there black friday because theyre products that are on sale are not good . Theyre black friday sale for the clothes are terrible like you cant find you size on it and the designs are like back in 60s . I hope this coming boxing day they have a good sale.

It's not the best winners because of its location. The home section is tiny but that's because of lack of space. The best winners homesense for home stuff is pointe claire Fairview and Laval St Dorothe. Other than that, it's a winners so it's what you expect.

The store is arranged so it is easy to find what you are looking for. Because the store is so large your best bet is to shop there with a specific item in mind. Otherwise, you will get lost in all the merchandise they have. Prices are ok.

It was a fun experience, there were many great fashion finds for the fall and winter season. The store was very busy, but it didn't feel crowded because of the great service, and the store layout, I really do enjoy shopping at winners.

Convenient location, the check out line is short. Because of the location, not as much merchandis as the other Winners, but it has almost everything you need, it's great to pickup something you need during lunchtime or after work.

Like most Winners locations, stock can change quickly at times. This is a large store @ Atwater on the metro. Tend to have a larger selection of footwear than other Winners locations however, this wasn't the case when I visited.

It's Winners. Kind of a mess, never know what you'll find but it's part of the fun. The lines at the checkout are still nuts but move rapidly now.
