I'm really disappointed with the ordering in store option. I ordered a coat 9 days ago in-store because my size wasn't available a the Saint Catherine location. I was told by the sale associate that if I order in store it would arrive in 5 days. When I hadn't received a confirmation email, I called the store and I was told that my item was likely in delivery and it would arrive in the next day or two. I called today (day 9) asking about my coat and I was told that that apparently there was a system glitch and my coat was never delivered and that it would have to be ordered *again*. What is most frustrating is that if there is a system error, you aren't notified automatically. If I hadn't called again, I could have been waiting for weeks for an item that would never arrive. If I had been notified I could have organized myself and ordered another coat or gone in person- now I have to scramble to find a coat last minute before I leave. There has to be a better system so people don't end up disappointed. Also, having a better tracking system so we can see our order status would be useful so you don't have to call every time you want to know the status of your item... I will not be ordering in store again.

Simons is a wonderful clothing store if you aren’t on a tight budget. The prices range from reasonable to hundreds of dollars for a t-shirt. Simons is maybe best known for its own brands (Simons and Le 31) but you can also find tons of other brands including designer (hence the higher prices). I personally think Simons own products are their strength as they are durable and very long-lasting. They might cost a bit more than some other places but I feel it’s worth it as they last considerably longer. All in all, a wonderful clean store with truly lovely staff. I definitely encourage you to check this store out.

My last visit was very dissapointing. I gained a bit of weight since I last had to shop for pants and I got my last pair at simons. They are size 29 and fit great because the material is stretchy. I tried on multiple styles and had to size up to size 32 for most styles. Plus, most brands didn't go larger than size 30 so I couldn't find any jeans that fit me right. I'm 5'3 and curently 140 lbs. I think it's ridiculous that they don't offer bigger sizes. Made my shopping experience really sad. I usually really love shopping at simons but now I don't know if I want to go back.

I purchased a gift online from SIMONS and I also bought several other gifts from different known clothing companies. Out of all the purchases I made, SIMONS was the only one who deserved a 5-star rating. They made everything smooth from the online purchase, order modification, packaging (it came with a pretty gift box), delivery, returns(I love how I only needed to show the QR code in the post office instead of having to print the label) and reimbursement(very quick). I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with your service. Thank you

Bad customer service. I bought an item, presented the Simon's loyalty card and a female employee at the register said they would send the invoice by e-mail. I never received the invoice, now I need to return the item because it was a present and it is too small, and I have no invoice, nothing at all. I suspect they do that to prevent customers from returning items, so avoid the loyalty card if you can and always demand a paper invoice to avoid situations like mine.

This place is huge. There is a great variety of clothes and accessories. It can be very very confusing where to look for the product you need. There is a wide price range from affordable to very pricey designer stuff, but you can rarely find super cheap clothes here. The staff are always there to help. Always check for items on sale on their website and absolutely don't miss the home and decore shop downstairs which has very cute affordable items.

On February 26, 2023 around 12:30, a sale clerk name (Marielle, I think) working at the cash of the men's coat department and her manager (unfortunately I didn't ask for his name) offered the most exceptional service I have ever encounter in the retail world . Thank you very much, you both really made our day and restored our faith in good humanity. I hope upper management will read this and give them a bonus for the amazing customer service.

There are always problems with this store. Today we were in down town and wanted to go to it. It was the only store opening at 1:30 PM. But even so at 1:30 a lot of people were waiting outside, and instead to open they said they didn't finish the inventory it will take 5 more minutes. After 15 other minutes still nothing and already some people were saying it will not open before 2PM, so we left. Very unprofessional.

A very well laid out and amply stocked branch of Maison Simon. Not the largest, but it has most everything. I especially like the men's department on the mezzanine. It has a very good selection of Hugo Boss, as well as the various Simon house and lesser known brands. Quality has always been more than satisfactory. I find the Simon's brands to be stylish and affordable. I always enjoy shopping here.

Simon's sizing is ... not inclusive at all. For women clothing, nothing goes past an L which is a size 10 - and when I asked if they had a plus-size section (I'm a size 12) they said yes on the second floor, but all there was was only designer clothes, underwear and accessories .... if there was no plus-size, please say it directly so we don't waste our time here

If you have ever been to Montreal and not gone shopping at Simons, you are missing out. They have an wide selection of clothing for Men, Women and children at good prices. The styles are up to date and displayed in a clean and well organized store. Don't take my word for it, just stop in and see for yourself. Excellent staff that are actually helpful!

You can find nice clothes. But horrible service at the downton Montreal store. I bought a pair of jeans and the three employees I interacted with where not nice and not helpful and when I made the purchase that was the worst of them all, he was arrogant and didn’t even say thank you. One of the worst experience I had buying clothes lately.

Top of the line fashion chain founded in Québec City, carrying exclusive local brands such as Le 31, DJAB and TWIK. Selection is huge from stylish basics to designer brands such as Lacoste, Diesel and Paul Smith. Hope to see this chain open up in Toronto. Very friendly bilingual staff and many fitting rooms spread throughout the store.

Excellent choice of shirts of all styles, for very good prices. Don't let the low prices make you think that the merchandise is cheap quality, because it's not. I've had some of these $13 t-shirts since 2011 and they are still undamaged! I don't buy any pants nor shorts here, but the shirts, t-shirts and sweaters /tops are the best.

Allah and Marie-Chantal from the coats and outwear department upstairs are very professional and service oriented. They went above and beyond to help me find the right size and right color plus helped me with an issue with my gift card. Thank you, it was a great experience at the end of the day in the busy holiday period.

Here's why I give it an overall rating of 4 stars: 5 stars for the customer service! Very professional and helpful 3 stars for the atmosphere, because it is really crowded. But hey, it's downtown, it is to be expected. 3.5 stars for the items sold. I love their home decor department. I like it less for the clothing.

Well, I accompanied a friend to the Linens dept. She wanted a white double fitted and a mattress protector. I find her an ecru sheet on sale for 13$ and I bought 2 whimsical twin flats 4.99 each for gifts. Unfortunately, due to the rail delays, the protector was not in stock. Just the fragrance alone is worth a visit!

This store has a great selection, but the service here is always hit or miss. Some days you’re greeted and treated with courtesy, or disregarded by pretentious employees who somehow believe that working at (hardly) high-end boutique grants them the right to look down on you if you don’t fit their model of clientele.

Wednesday after noon, I go up to the cashier and ask if they have any summer dresses « We don’t have anything in your size »as she and her coworker laugh at me, being an extra large, and as a person with an eating disorder, this made me feel so much like crap. Tears ran down my face as I walked out. Never again

This is a really interesting Montreal experience to go through when you are in town. The designer clothing section was really interesting to walk through and the main floor choices were very reasonably priced. A very clean and well maintained store with very attentive staff that did all they could to help out.

Really nice store with a good selection of clothing. Although there is some high-end clothing, it usually sells out fast so you need to check regularly. As for the general clothing, they have most items in all sizes. Would definitely recommend taking a look around the store if you're shopping at the mall.

So it is back open, for a while now actually, but it was humming in a prepandemic way. I didn't check the 3nd floor.They have a house bran there is an assortment of materials and styles. My memory isn't great but pre-pandemic was not as pricey. It's an okay department store, but pricey unless your happy.

Great selection of apparels and accessories but alas the associates were neither professional nor bilingual.Companies like this have to learn that products are not everything and especially in a big store service matters. The attitude of the associates was somehow wrong they need to be humbled.

Around and after Xmas they have really good sales. Got a Hunter coat that retailed for $350 for $130, and a designer sweater at 70% off. You've got to have patience to sort through racks of stuff, some of which is ho-hum, but sometimes there are serious finds. Sock selection is fun too.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and the customer service offered at this store and their entire team is OUTSTANDING. Great selection, stylish items, great quality products and clothes at reasonable prices. They deserve all the stars. You can't go wrong when you shop at Simons.

The clothes are good quality. They're more expensive than the fast fashion chains like Sirens or Ardene's, but the pieces I have bought are well-constructed and I've been satisfied with each purchase. I mostly buy from their Twik label, designs which are practical and quirky/stylish.

excellent customer service, excellent products, excellent disinfection protocol. I was impressed that a cassier cleaned the surface everytime customers pay their products. I really love how well they understand the importance of cleaning surfaces to prevent any covid outbreak. bravo

I go to Simon's for jeans and underwear. They've got a nice selection, nice staff, and good prices. For a fun time, take a friend and try on hats. It's a fairly expansive store with lots to explore. And it has entrances directly to the mall and the food court too, which is cool.

Good value for clothes that you can't find elsewhere and have a true European fit. I've had good experience with the house brands Le31 and DJAB. And to top it off their online shopping experience is second to none, so you don't have to visit a store to get your Simons fix!

Simon's is the best place for shopping for girls and boys both. There are lots of varieties available for all seasons. I love all the design over there. Plus they have started maison section in which you can find your household and Kitchen items. Even you can pay a visit.

There is always nice designers to discover. The clothing are reasonably priced as well as very cute and trendy. There is always something for anyone. The customer service and shopping experience are phenomenal! Return policy is very good too! The sales are exceptional!

Great service and was able to get all summer items I needed for remainder of my Montreal visit. Got here early April to be with my daughter after her surgery, but extended my stay to help out a bit longer. Unfortunately only brought winter clothes from Houston Texas!

I really like the store, we got all our linens from here. It's not very large but it's got a good selection of everything from sheets to curtains, pillows, throws, bedcovers, crockery.... All in all a good place to go for shopping and not too expensive

My favorite department store! Despite its size, Simon's does not fall victim to the same suck-in-the-past mindset that other large retailers have (for example Sears). The space is filled with fashionable options for the new generation and the old.

Unfortunately over crowded and often lacking sizes. On the main floor you're usually very rushed. If you are shopping on upper levels the experience is a bit better, but generally be ready for a bit of chaos. They have a good variety of styles.

They are having a sale now, winter and summer clothes, bathroom on second floor where there is a service desk, water refill fountain very useful. Not cheap but quality stuff.
