The alarm went off when I walked past the scanner and instead of asking to at least see my receipt to see what the problem could have been, or check the cameras to make sure i didnt steal anything, the guy at the door demanded to search my bag. I said no, and to get the manager so he brought me to another guy that didnt tell me who he was and he searched my bag anyway against my will. After it was done they found out I didn't steal anything and didn't even have the morals to apologize, just made me look like a thief and searched my bag in front of everyone in the store. To the jerk at the door I say, I hope you find this review because you had the chance to apologize. I just don't know who raised you to treat people like that. To the other guy that put his dirty little hands all over my belongings without my consent in front of the store for everyone to see I say, who do you think you are? You make me sick. Finally to the managers, nobody saw me steal anything and if you track me on the cameras it would even prove it but instead i was made out to look like a criminal, and searched against my will.

I went on 21 june 2022 , I bought ready to eat potato wedges at their food court which is like a small resto just when you enter on your left I thought they were fresh like it should be I go outside start earting and the wedges are all cold and wet . I go inside and tell the guy responsible I didn’t get his name but its a Spanish men with glasses responsible in preparing ready to eat food .I asked him politely if I could get a new fresh one and he starts GETTING ANGRY AND TELLS ME TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASK THEM AND THAT HE CANT DO ANYTHING AND SHOWING ME ATTITUDE LIKE HE OWNS THE PLACE .I GO TO CUSTIMER SERVICE , THE GUY IS VERY NICE AND TELLS ME ITS ALRIGHT , YOU CAN GO GET ANOTHER ONE , I TELL THE CHEF THEY TOLD ME I CAN GET A NEW ONE AND HE DOESNT BELIEVE ME , HE GOES WITH ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL COMPLAINS FOR FOOD THAT HAS GONE BAD , AVOID THIS PERSON ( Spanish men with glasses ) Seriously this guy ruined my experience at this walmart location and my mood

Super poor services. They lowered price of certain products for a specific size but they mixed them with same products with a different size. They put the two different sized products together under the same reduced shelf price. No surprise, I was overcharged. The female staff at the customer service was very rude and claimed the price for the product i bought was not wrong because it was just placed to the wrong place. Her supervisor was even ruder and disgraceful. Her excuse? Today was the first day the price was changed and they did not have time to put everything in order. Is it a joke? You guys did not do your job properly and tried to escape from the consequence of your wrongdoing. IT IS A LAW IN QUEBEC THAT If the pricing error involves a product that costs $10 or less, the product is given to the customer free of charge. It is not about money, it is about how Walmart wants to serve their clients.

From last one year, I have noticed that there is a stark difference in customer service at this Walmart. Usually, I would initiate to smile and greet the employees or cashiers helping out and got back responses in kind. But recently, from last 6 months, I got cold looks and indifferent attitude for no apparent reason. Mind you I did not see these employees before. The "gentle lady" at self checkout was pretentious and selective to help out only some people and "seemed" to have mumbled something at me while I was busy scanning items at the counter. Generally, I don't write negative reviews but I thought to share my piece of mind here. Anyways, I try to stay positive and ignore the bad apples which this world has a lot. I appreciate all other diligent and sincere employees at this Walmart for doing the great job in general and in these hard times due to covid-19.

J'ai commandé par Internet, un oreiller dont le prix canadien est de $202.30 le 8 septembre 2021 devant être livré au magasin Walmart Pointe-Claire. Le 19 sept, je reçois un avis par internent que le paquet était envoyé au magasin Walmart du Bl Hymus à Pointe-Claire, Qc, mais que je devais attendre qu'on m'appelle pour aller chercher le colis au magasin. Depuis rien. J'ai pu recevoir une copie de UltraCanadian de la livraison au magasin du colis par FEDEX. Mais le magasin ne m'a jamais avisé de la livraison du colis. Depuis je me suis rendu a trois reprises au Walmart de Pointe-Claire, pour parler au Service a la clientèle. A chaque fois on a pris en photo mon numéro de facture et on m'a assuré que je serais remboursée. Je ne sais plus a qui m'adressé pour obtenir le rembourserment d'un colis que je n'ai jamais reçu.

The shelves are a disaster, stuff is misshelved. Items are placed incorrectly so prices do not reflet the item on the shelf. There is garbage and items from other departments on the shelves. There are used take out cofree cups on the messy shelves that have been there for weeks. My kids actually check every time we go if certain items are still where they shouldn't be and if the coffee cup is still on the same shelf. The Staff Is USUSALLY Hiding And Having PERSONAL Conversations. The best part of a visit to this store is leaving! The only staff that do theit job well and with a smile is the greeter. I have learned the drive to ANY other Walmart is worth it. Stay away if you want to buy the things on your list and to find the items where they belong, you Won't find it at this store!

I would say to everyone to stay away from this Walmart. The management of this store has completely dropped the ball when it comes to respecting the social distancing. They have removed floor direction arrows. It looks like a traffic jam in the aisles of the store. No one is respecting anyone just walking wherever they please. They have set up 2 lines for the cash registers with everyone standing next to one another and people just walking through the line to get where they want to go. It is so poorly organized and putting everyone at risk because of this poor management. They should be fined and held accountable for their disrespect to the public. STAY AWAY

Do not rely on this location for your trading/sports cards . I noticed that the vendor was stocking the inventory and as I approached he told me to come back in 5 minutes when he was finished . I strolled around for a few minutes and came back . He still had all of the empty boxes in the aisle but he was talking to a woman that he clearly knew (they were talking about plans for later) . This woman had literally 99% of the fresh inventory in her arms and left nothing else for other shoppers . This was a clear cut case of collusion . Chose the other Walmart two minutes down the road from this one , you won’t regret it .

I am reviewing the Walmart Pickup service. I give it a 5/5 stars for many reasons. 1. There are always a great amount of choices when you can pick up. They also have an express pick up (for a small fee) which you can get your pickup FAST. 2. No pick up fees like other grocery stores. 3. Hats off to the staff who bring out your groceries. They work very hard, rain or shine. 4. Walmart's great prices. Always competitive with other stores. 5. If their is a problem with your order, they are quick to rectify the situation, no questions asked. Most of my groceries are purchased from Walmart. I highly recommend you try it.

Today, at the self serve, the supervisor flags is over to a cash that became vacant and proceeded to disinfect the bag tray and nothing else, not the touch screen, ... With Covid measures that relaxed no wonder number are climbing. Sheer incompetence! Very disappointing they don't do price matching anymore and a reason to do more shopping at Maxi. Typical Walmart. Lots of parking. Quite often they are out of stock. Their clothing is of very poor quality, almost see through most of the time. Shoes are very cheap on quality. My daughter went through a pair in a couple of weeks! You get what you pay for.

Amazing, excellent....Web site is very good for on line shopping. Thank you to my shoppers Emmanuel, Behal, Farouk and Warren I had the biggest order of the week for several families it filled up my trunk and back seat. Everything was very well packed. Picking up was easy. Reserved parking was perfect. They were packed in boxes which we will reuse by a friend that is moving. Thank you Walmart. This service is very much appreciated during this pandemic. BTW my shoppers refused a tip which brought a tear to my eye. Let us all continue to help each other and Be kind to one another

As for merchandise, it is as any other Walmart superstore. Excellent quality price ratio. Food section including fresh vegetables and fruits. There is no car service center though. There is no Macdonald restaurant but they have their own ready-to-eat food section where they prepare delicious roasted chicken, chicken wings, potato wedges and company. Very convenient store and wheelchair accessible as usual. This store is a relief for west island shoppers as for quality, prices and diversity of merchandise. Unfortunately, I have difficulties finding what I need whenever I come here. Floor staff are practically nonexistent, and when they finally are located, they rarely seem to know where anything is. Groceries are expensive here. Steer clear of the bulk bins — it’s easy to spend a mortgage payment on a couple of bags of nuts. Sometimes veggies are an okay price — celery was $2.89 the other day They have less clothing here than in other Walmart’s and fewer size selections. Beauty products again are limited. It’s difficult to find natural hair products.

Le magasin est propre et les employés polis. Cependant l'organisation est un peu différente des Walmart que j'ai visité précédemment, ce qui ne permet pas de se retrouver facilement. Et les stocks ne semblent pas bien gérés. Nous sommes en automne et pourtant malgré plusieurs visites je n'ai pas trouvé une seule robe de chambre pour mes garçons pourtant il y en a pour les filles. Quand aux chaussons toutes les fois où j'ai visité je n'ai pas trouvé leur taille et le rayon semblait avoir été vidé. C'est bien dommage.

Malgré ça plein-nitude, quand on entre dans ce Walmart, on ressent un vide du à la distance qui sépare les portes des premiers rayons. La section épicerie est incomplète, on ne retrouve pas les formats de produit disponible en ligne. Les rangés sont sont quelques fois un peu laissées à l'abandon ou dans une chamaille de produits mélangé. Ceci dit, les autres sections sont bien aménagées, sauf la section des produits ménagés/corporel/pharmacie où il est plus dure de si retrouver.

The driver from Walmart I got today was terrible. He left all my groceries on the grass when I clearly have a large driveway, path & porch. My groceries were full of ants and all banged up. My camera even caught him just dropping my groceries to the floor. Milk was leaking and even my Pringle’s that come in a hard container was dented. Two of many things that were damaged. Be aware in West Island for a man in a silver/gray suv with a tire on the back of the vehicle. Good luck.

High traffic. Groceries on sale are missing from shelf (fish can, flour, meat). The fact that Walmart does not issue rain-checks and recently does not guarantees the lowest price makes it a less attractive choice for saving money. I appreciate the new self-serve cashes do. One thing that does not make sense to me is why Walmart does not matches the online price for his own website. I will have to wait a week and Walmart will pay for shipping...

The prices are extremely competitive, and there are always sales and clearance items to be found. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Comme tout les Walmart rien de vraiment particulier mais la place est relativement neuve donc pas trop de coin défraîchi. Bonne section de fruit et légume en entrant. Section de vrac aussi intéressante. Rendu au fond du magasin par exemple ont à l'impression que les marchandises manque pour remplir les tablette ou encore que l'inspiration fut à cours de créativité pour agencer le tout donc ont a comme l'impression que d'un manque visuel.

Wish. I could give it -5 stars. WORST Walmart in the history of Walmarts!!! They barely have any stock half the time and the interrogation you get at the self checkout is absolutely ridiculous, intrusive and intolerable. Bunch of losers who can’t even do their “job” properly. Also the alarm rings EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you leave the store for absolutely no reason whatsoever. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save yourself the aggravation.

Lousy service. Went to pick-up my order further to the email I received. Called the phone number 4 times letting it ring at least 20 times each time. The lady at the customer service in front of whom I was standing called Robert or a clerk at least 5 times over the loud speakers in the store with no avail. Left without my order. I have asked for it to be delivered at my house, no can do. What am I supposed to do ?

Wished to have an extra receipt printed as items purchased were for a birthday and manager refused and would not change their mind. Is it that hard to have an extra receipt printed??? Manager was very rude and disrespectful from the start. Will take business elsewhere after this experience. Strongly recommend others do the same. As managers are supposed to be leaders not disrespectful and rude and petty!!!

This Walmart had everything I needed! Many things were on sale, including a pool that I'll be using for a Koi project. It was on sale a few days ago and by the tome I went to buy it, it was on sale for way cheaper! The cashier, Ian, was super kind and quick, and this was just an overall good experience (minus the one blonde lady near the lotions that followed us because my hubby and I are brown.)

I had an exceptional experience at this Walmart. For what they lacked in variety, they made up for in customer service. There was a bit of a misunderstanding, so I had to speak with a manager. The young lady, named Sabrina, clarified the policy with a concise and empathetic explanation. I really appreciate employees that take their time to really show the customer that they matter. It's a decent enough supercenter. The food department is well stocked. Roast chickens and fresh fruits and veggies. But there are a few things missing, most notably the electronics department is way too small and understocked. They have TVs and way too many bluray movies and not much else. If you need something more than that it's better to look elsewhere.

this is a clean store. it's nice to shop in the morning and during the working week - there are very few buyers. Products are periodically rearranged, there are enough strollers and baskets. The parking lot is big enough for its surface. It's close to the main roads so if you need to shop and live a little further away you won't get stuck in traffic.

Love the fresh food variety. The women's clothing section could be better stocked and a lot neater and more organized. just because it's Christmas doesn't mean parts of the store should be ignored. You don't need 5 people unpacking some boxes of toys while the women's clothing has clothes all over the floor, in the wrong section, just a mess

I went to this location of Walmart it’s pretty organized. Plenty of parking spot available. Customer service is good. But few items are not clean like coconut and few vegetables. Coconut with fungus on it also many flies. Also international section is very limited many products are out of stock from this section. Rest everything is good..!!

I don't understand how this supercenter, is always so empty. There are great. Super selection, and everything is in neat order. Also, there is parking a la masse. Too bad, but I get the feeling this outlet will close (I happened to stumble upon this place when heading to the best Costco in Quebec, situated close to this Walmart).

The rotisserie chicken tastes unwashed and unseasoned , it tastes like it was boiled in water with imaginary seasonings and put on the rotisserie just for color and looks. The store is nicely stocked , clean and organized had pleasant shopping experience. Just don’t buy the chicken if you were brought up on flavorful food

Always understaffed. The management in this store should switch jobs already. Walmart should Replace current management with better staff who know how to talk to people and workers alike. I never liked using the self check out because God only knows what harmful germs are hanging out in the keypads of each debit machine.

Easy to access this location. Bathrooms right at the entrance. Men, women and family bathrooms. Food at entrance. Several self-serve registers. The art and craft section isn't great - it's usually messy and there isn't much available. The toy section is quite large and at Halloween the costume section is quite larger!

The older lady checking the vaccine passports on Monday February 7th at about 2pm was very rude, yelled at my boyfriend only because he got vaccinated in Ontario and for that reason his passport isn’t quite the same as the Quebec one. Absolutely disrespectful, that person shouldn’t have a customer service job at all.

Good selection of items. I wish they had a smart cuts and a restaurant in there, they probably don't because of the pre-existing "grandfathered" hairdresser/barber and restaurants in the strip mall where they are located. Parking can sometimes be hilariously bad but I blame the inaptitude of the motorists for that.

I went to this Walmart pharmacy for the first time although I usually went to the other pharmacy for prescription medicines. The pharmacist was very nice and kind; she even gave us a follow-up call a couple of days later! We were all very touched. This Walmart pharmacy will be my go-to pharmacy from now on!

Although it's disorganized in places it's much less so than other nearby Walmart stores. I also find that it has a better selection and far nicer produce and fresh foods. Parking is a bit of an issue, as I think the parking lot is poorly laid out. That said, it's been that way since it was a Zellers store!

Feels a little messy especially where the clothing section is, but otherwise, very spacious and clean. Keep in mind its a fairly new store, so it didn’t have time to get dirty yet. But so far so good with the appearance. Not very crowded, but that might be due to the somewhat remote area we live in.

The woman at the customer service is very rude and talk to people like if she is annoyed or something. She is not nice at all. This is the second time I am returning an item to this store and I encountered this lady. She was as rude as the first time. Other than that the other staffs are very nice.

Kind of messy throughout the store and I saw a mouse trap. It was missing about 50 items from each aisle in the food department. I also didn't find what I was looking for and no one was around to help. The cashier was impressively fast though and I was impressed with the size of the aisles, so big.

Walmart assez complet, mais très peu d’espace aux caisses libre-service. Pas très pratique quand tu as beaucoup d’articles. Certains Walmart ont des sections 20 articles et plus avec des comptoirs et de l’espace supplémentaire. De plus, ils ont toujours des sacs gris en plastique, très minces.

On y trouve pas toujours ce que l'on cherche, surtout après 16h. Tablettes souvent vides et les employés semblent perdus quand tu leur demande quand est-ce qu'ils recevront les commandes.... C'est plus facile de dire qu'ils ne savent pas plutôt que de chercher l'information ailleurs.....

One of the largest Walmart Supercenters I have ever visited! (This location was a Target store for a short while.) Wonderful, large food & grocery department... otherwise like all other Walmarts. I didn't interact with any employees but cash-out was fast and efficient.

I love this Walmart with its wonderful attitude to customer service! The store is always clean and in good order, the groceries are well stocked - the produce fresh and the prices are good. But it is its customer service commitment that is so outstanding - five stars!

Needs to be updated. It is stocked appropriately but it's in disarray. They don't have the large self checkouts. When it gets busy it's chaos because of poor layout and awkward isles. Would love to see this location rearranged with abetter design for shopping.

Un peu plus petit que le Walmart du quartier Dix 30 (la section vêtements me semble plus petite). Cet établissement est bien entretenu et on y circule bien. Un petit resto ou café dans l'espace à côté de l'entrée serait bien (comme à l'époque du Target).

Other than The store location not having a McDonald’s restaurant inside, I got what I needed like bubble bath soap, body lotion, Easter chocolates, apple crumble pie and McCanes smiley fries which I haven’t had in a long time. The staff was very helpful.

The store music has changed to. Mainly french and not even good french music...its SO annoying i tend to leave early..... Can only take so much......Being a mostly english community walmart should customize their music to the language of the patrons....

Not a bad little Walmart. Very knowledgeable staff. Always tidy. Got what you need but stay away from the meat isle. Cuts aren’t as fresh as other places, but the veggies and fruits are on-point RIPE! They more than likely got what you’re looking for.

Terrible service. I went to pick up my order they took over 20 minutes to bring it to my car and they gave me someone else's order. Good thing i checked . When they found my order there where also other items in my bags that i hadn't ordered.

i was satisfied with my visit, they had what i wanted in stock, parking spots are very narrow however Also, only place in town you can find bags of sugar, have to check often because they only keep like 4 in stock and people gobble them up

It was like walking into a zombie apocalypse. Food shelves half full. Floor super dirty. I appreciate the new checkout cashes, they’re awesome, but the inventory on the food shelves were totally lacking. This location is slipping.

No more cashiers, one cashier open the rest are all automated,bad business move, not enough staff on the floor. Automated cashes with a 5 to 10%discount would be appreciated. Maybe when Zeller's opens things will get better.

Since I work nearby I can quickly go here and buy what I need. This is obviously bigger than the one in Dorval, and I can also do groceries if needed. Prices are so/so and so far it's been great shopping at this Walmart.

I have always been a loyal customer to walmart and now that I work there I love the company even more. Their first priority is to help people whether it is Customers or people that are in need of a job. I am grateful.

Spacious and clean shopping experience. Grocery items such as meats are of superior quality to those of nearby grocer chains. Great prices and variety. Definitely the Wal-Mart of choice for those in the West Island.

The items on the shelves are often gone for the bread section and it's not my most favorite Walmart, but it has everything you need for the house and the kitchen. Huge parking lot, self serve cash.

It better Walmart in this one then in Kirkland. Hear you got someone greeting you and making sure you clean your hands. Just wish people would wear for safety their mask. Should be mandatory.

I like this Walmart better to the one in the city. Less congested, easy parking, not too bad traffic just before noon. Would been better if there was more on the floor staff to assist.

I went during the pandemica day before christmas, so that's why I would rate it a 4 because everything was all over the place. But overall it had everything I was looking for.

Like all supercenters you have a great chance at finding what you're looking for. This particular store was clean and well organized, I'll definitely be shopping there again.

For my first time in Canada, I thought the layout of all Walmarts is the same. I had a little bit of trouble finding what I needed but this Walmart had everything you needed.

Good location , easy access. Staff is always polite and store is clean. You can find some great deals but they don’t have as much selection as other Walmart locations.

Well stocked, clean, extra wide aisles in grocery section. Good variety of( ethnic) foods which are not available at all locations. Indian, Carribean etc.. nice store
