"Very cool stuff! I'm so glad they are getting a variety of activities to do at wonsport in general"
"Nice facility, 4 good rinks, average but good change rooms, and fully accessible! The seating for the main rink is great, viewing for the other three is not ideal as you are just at one end and looking through netting"
"Servus Tube Park: Fun winter activity for the family and kids where you can enjoy tubing down a hill and a magic carpet will take you up the hill"
I’ve got to share a story. In late august 2023, my 8 year old son had a big crash mountain biking at Winsport, and it resulted in him getting a concussion and the first aid staff at Winsport earned 5 stars for their response and treatment of my son. First of all, my son completed his second week of mountain bike camp at winsport, which he loved. Excellent instructors, and set up. He was so excited to show me his skills that we went mtn biking at winsport after his camp. He was on his last run and he accidentally took a turn funny and then crashed and hit his head & helmet against the trail. He was in super rough shape, knocked out. Winsport has the first aid phone number posted all over the bike trails so we were able to call for help. Within 5 minutes, Gabby, first responder at winsport, arrived to help. She got my son safely down to the first aid facility, and she and her colleague checked on his vitals and the state of his injury. She recommended that we go to the children’s hospital right away. We did. It was officially diagnosed as a concussion. what really made winsport top-notch in my books, is that a week or so later, I got a phone call from the head of the first aid sept of winsport, Riley, checking on our son. That made me very happy. The Winsport staff genuinely care about their clients. I’m very grateful.
First time is always a memorable and cherishing moment in life. I had my first ever ski lesson and introduction here. It was simply superb and awesome. I would never forget the day and things we learned and did there! ⛷️ The instructors were really helpful, willing to support and teach. Their passion for skiing motivated us! The equipment were great. They had a wide range of sizes of equipment and volunteers to help with anything. The weather that day was also great. A bit of sun, warmth, clouds, snow and great time Overall, would recommend anyone as a beginner to try out skiing or snowboarding here
Very cool stuff! I'm so glad they are getting a variety of activities to do at wonsport in general. The hill is very meh for boarding, but the tubing experience was great especially if you have kids to take along! We went to pumpkins after dark and it was a great little experience, definitely something you need to see in person to appreciate and get in the festive mood!
Nice facility, 4 good rinks, average but good change rooms, and fully accessible! The seating for the main rink is great, viewing for the other three is not ideal as you are just at one end and looking through netting. They have a nice cafe as well. I have been there for both para hockey and stand up (classic) hockey tournaments.
Servus Tube Park: Fun winter activity for the family and kids where you can enjoy tubing down a hill and a magic carpet will take you up the hill. $28.35/ ticket. Helmets are recommended and can be rented for $10. The closest Parking lot to the new entrance is the Day lodge parking lot. No previous experience is needed.
Went to do the Downhill karting and it was a lot of fun. Prices were very affordable and worth the value. We bought tickets that allowed us 4 rides and a free digital picture. We went as soon as they opened at 1 pm on a Friday and it wasn't too busy so we were able to ride the lift and Downhill karting very quickly.
A great time!! Bought the 4 rides for the kids.... And then the wind picked up and then the rain. They shut down for the night after only 2 runs. They honored the last two runs the next day! They also offered a refund. Went back and they had so much fun! Would highly recommend. Well worth the price too.
We loved this place and will definitely return. My only criticism is the lineup to get helmets. It’s quite disorganized and would be nice to get it streamlined. It is really fast so if you are timid about fast karters whizzing by you then you might want to reconsider. We loved it.
This place is awesome there are many things to do, the scenery is to die for and the staff are all amazing whether you want to hike the trails and see some deer or some foxes maybe the odd coyote to two ❤️ they mean no harm
Went for the tubing with some friends and family. Was an amazing time and had a blast. The kids loved it and with the powered lift it's easy to get back up the hill and ride again. The staff was also great and they made sure you had a safe and fun time.
Great place for beginners and it is affordable too (50 per day) we went yesterday and the weather was quite warm but still ok. Parking lot was full though and many many tourists. A bit crowded but I guess it is because the hill is too close to the city
We signed up online for $31 each for 3 goes down the downhill karting. We were not really sure what to expect, but arrived at our timeslot, went through to the karting area, grabbed a helmet each and got our ticket scanned. We jumped on a
Good easy place for kids and adults to learn to ski. Had lunch with the kiddies at the cafeteria. The food was horrific even for ski hill cafeteria standards. Pack your lunch. Great staff at all the desks, lifts, and cafeteria.
Love the Downhill Karting 40 Dollars for 4 rides and 1 Digital Photo. I will probably go back again and again for downhill karting Super fun. Mini golf was also great experience.
Great to see where the Olympics happened. You can also mountain bike and cart down the runs. You need to book online though as they exhausted the tickets to sell at the office.
We went to Winsport for Pumpkins After Dark! There was lots of parking and a bit of a walk to the event, but it wasn’t too bad.
Go Carting is an amazing sport. Every time you visit there, you are always energized. AmaIng place and full of enjoyment.
First time visiting for watching sledge hockey practice. Great Cafe available on site
