Westmount location is top notch. They take care of their plants and their staff is very friendly. West Island location is not quite the same. I paid top dollar for a plant that ended up being infested with gnats, I noticed them flying around the pot and in the soil the very next day. I repotted it twice. I opted to pay more (this plant is available at ikea for half the price) I figured a high end florist would do their best to take care of their plants and avoid this issue. Just a word of caution to customers - If you choose to buy a plant there, be sure to move the soil around, make sure it’s not infested - better yet, go to their Westmount store. Especially since you are paying so much! While I understand these things happen, They won’t refund me.

The arrangement that we sent was beautiful, our friend sent a picture! The staff is really on the ball! I received a call saying that you received an order for deliver to the same person and day from someone else and we both ordered the same arrangement and that we might want to send a different one. You were so patient when I went back to your website at your suggestion, and chose another one so that our friend wouldn’t get 2 of the same. I’ve been going to the Pointe-Claire location for years, it’s in a great building and the flowers are quite lovely. The staff makes me feel valued and it's an overall a great experience. I have only ever had one negative experience (everyone is allowed an off day) but I was truly taken aback when the owner contacted me to make it right. This local business values their customers more than any other business I know and I will remain a loyal customer for many many years!

Tried to order an arrangement of flowers and they sent cut flowers Dan said it was an inexperienced worker that took the order He offered to send a vase or give me a discount. Said I could not get an arrangement for the price I suggested but I would have paid more if the girl had told me that. So, I had to pay for a mistake that the employee made.We have dealt with Westmount Florist for thirty years but no more Will deal with Beaconsfield Florist from now on.

Purchased a $45 bouquet of Birds of Paradise and roses and they were finished after three days. One of the florists were actually at first trying to sell me the opened roses until I said I wanted closed ones, go figure. They were selling me old flowers while this was for my parents 46th Wedding Anniversary. I might as well go to Provigo and make my own bouquet of flowers where they guarantee at least a week of freshness or your money back.

They have a vast variety of flowers to choose from and all of them look well maintained. The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. They took the time and care to explain everything to a flower beginner like myself and gave me incredible recommendations. They even wrapped the flowers nicely so that I could carry them in the snow.

Amazing service. I contacted Westmount Florist the day before my husband’s memorial Service for an urn flower arrangement. The arrangement was stunning , absolutely perfect . Last week I ordered an arrangement - Carmella - for a friend's birthday. The picture looked appealing but it not always the case in reality. When I saw the actual arrangement I was very impressed. Both beautifully presented and tasteful. I will certainly be ordering flowers from here again.

Ordered a special flower arrangement online and what was delivered was exactly as shown on the site, and the quality was truly excellent. The Delivery was perfectly on time, even with an email before and after delivery. I was extremely happy with the products and service.

Very disappointed with the $50 worth of Mother's Day bouquet I purchased for my wife. Five tulips lasted well, the bedraggled peonies were gone in a day and the balance was pretty much greenery. Will have to look for a new florist for the next occasion.
