For instance, Elle & Nancy, have as a team, a true understanding and grasp on the essential concept of customer service, which is pertinency. They attend to the needs of their client by listening, asking pertinent questions with respect to the desires and expectations of their client, me, Mr. Fabian Trotman, all while preforming their duties with sincerity. Their similes warm your heart. I am currently a transport adapted (T.A.) client of the STM, I sometimes walk with a cane. Elle & Nancy were observant of my physical limitation during our interactions. Nancy offered me a chair to sit while they prepared my arrangement, which I graciously accepted. Elle reassured me that eventhough their establishment closes at the particular hour in which my T.A. vehicle was supose to arrive for my departure, that she would not abandon me in the cold in order to wait for my ride home. I truly apreci-Love, everthing that Terrafolia Flowers did to make my experience it their store an excellent one. My friend, loved her gift which the team of Elle & Nancy arranged. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mom’s birthday. I received an email alerting me that the flowers had been delivered and accepted, however, no flowers were ever delivered. I spoke to my mom who works from home and she relayed that no one had rung the doorbell or knocked on the door. In the order I had left my cellphone number, and never received any calls. I called the store, to inquire about the status of the flowers, and was informed that the flowers had been left with a neighbour after a failed delivery attempt. Apparently the delivery driver had attempted to call me but there was no answer. But this I find hard to believe as my phone never rang nor did I have any missed calls. While the flowers are beautiful, they were quite expensive over $100 and they did not come with any water in the vase, nor were they properly wrapped for transportation. All in all what was meant as a birthday surprise for my mom turned into a hunt for missing flowers.

We ordered the sympathy heart wreath online for a funeral, and when I called in to check some details, I was bummed to learn that the heart wasn't available. However, the gentleman informed me that they would do a circle wreath that would look as much like the photo as possible. The arrangement turned out even more beautiful than I'd expected. The flowers were so colourful and fresh. They just radiated serenity and love - a true reflection of our beloved deceased person. The ribbon and card were also done perfectly. We couldn't be at the funeral in person, but seeing our wreath at the site through photos on such an important day made us feel like we were part of such a monumental moment. Thank you for such a fine quality product, for delivering on time, and to the gentleman on the phone, for fixing little details for me. Today, your flower shop has brought warmth to many.

I rarely buy flowers, and especially never for Valentine's Day, but this year on a whim I ordered a bouquet of Gerberas for my other half. Many florists will be running flat-out on Valentine's day, scraping the bottom of the barrel for flowers, with rushed delivery and high markups. This is not the case here - I haven't seen any increase in prices, and the bouquet was fresh and beautiful. The included vase was stylish and suited the bouquet perfectly - a nice bonus. Prices aren't outrageous, although delivery was higher than expected, but the professionalism of the service provided was outstanding. I'll be more than happy to order again, and recommend them if only for the quality of the service.

Update: Got a floral arrangement upgrade, which is nice and looks pretty. Per staff, driver had a flat tire. I called at 12:15 EST to check if flowers can be delivered on the same day. I was reassured by the staff that it can and they suggested to place the order ASAP. I have already entered all the info in the order before calling and just wanted to have it confirmed that flowers will arrive the same day. That didn’t happen. Just found out my order wasn’t even sent out yet. This is pretty disappointing considering the fact that I have been ordering flowers from these guys since 2018.

I order from Terrafolia whenever I would like to send someone flowers on the West Island (I’ve placed at least 5 orders at this point). I’ve yet to be disappointed. Ordering online is super simple and easy. True, the flowers are not inexpensive, but they are of really good quality; vibrant, in beautiful combinations, and they last a long time. Delivery is also very quick with reasonable timelines – I once placed an order early in the morning that was delivered before the end of the day! There are also add on options such as chocolates or a little stuffed animal.

We ordered flowers for a funeral and the arrangements turned out beautiful. We received so many compliments on how nice they were. When we went to order them (in person), the florist was helpful and patient with us. She gave great recommendations. I have also used Terrafolia for other events (birthday flowers and get well soon flowers) and the arrangements are always beautiful and actually look like the advertised picture online, if not better! I absolutely would recommend them for any arrangement.

I have been to this shop twice in two months. I am beyond pleased. The owner has such an amazing and friendly personality. You can literally go into the shop, have a seat and speak to her. Very great atmosphere and selection The owner is pretty informative on which plants is good for low light and humid places. Very thankful for that. Overall we recommend going to this place for any flower arrangement and if you're interested in plants. We would definitely come back !

I used to order flower delivery every year for my ex-boss every year for his birthday. This year, I noticed that they changed their business name and now charges soooo much for delivery. Before, delivery was included obviously because it was a flower delivery company…. If you buy approx $85 bouquet, expect to pat around $120 after taxes + delivery. The service seems to be good quality for sure. But the massive change in the extra charges are not pleasant.

We live in Boston (originally from Montreal) and whenever we are able to return "home" we buy flowers for our mothers at Terrafolia. With the past 2 years of Covid, travel back has been very difficult and we have had to call in orders for multiple occasions (sometimes very last minute). The staff always takes my phone calls to discuss the bouquet (even if they sound busy) and prepare beautiful arrangements. Thank you

Terrafolia florists made a beautiful wreath for a funeral in less than 24 hrs notice. They were recommended by a family member as I’m not from Montreal, The person I spoke to was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with over the phone. The wreath was beautiful. The website is not overwhelming as some sites and the florists will work with u. I highly recommend Terrafolia.

My family and I had to place a very “last-minute” order for a funeral and the staff at Terrafolia did such an amazing job! Given the verr short prep time, they were professional and timely. All the bouquets were beautifully arranged. Prices are higher than other stores but the services and quality are worth it.

I went in today for a quick bouquet and Elle was so sweet and kind, I felt so bad walking in right before their closing time, she was very professional and even did a complete change of bouquet for me last minute!
