There is at least one homeless person living on the premises, so be careful if using the ATM after hours. Speaking of the ATM, I put my card and PIN number in and began to make a deposit. I put two checks in the machine, which did not process them or return them. It just took the two checks, failing to add that amount to my account. I called the bank as soon as they opened and was told that they can’t watch for my checks when they empty the ATM machine at the end of the day. I have to do a stop payment and ask the check writers to re-issue. Member since 1988, but I will be closing my account because someone can’t be bothered to simply be on the lookout for two checks that their own machine took.
The Tellers were very nice, apologizing for the long wait. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes to see the Home Mortgage Consultant for a set appointment. When she saw me she was over it the minute I walked in. Throughout the entire visit I was made to feel lame. I was so bothered by it that I thanked her for her time and decided to pull my personal funds from the bank to pay cash. I just didnt want to have to pull the funds from savings. In the long run, I saved myself some headache. The Staff there was great, nice and offered me bottled water while I waited.
Everyone there was a joy to work with. Ana the banker there was awesome. I showed up to my appointment and did not realize I needed some paperwork, she allowed me to run home to get it and come back. There was a bit of a wait but I appreciate being serviced so I did not have to take time off work during the week. Earlier in the week I had taken time off work and went to 2 other branches and was rejected. So although the other two branches are closer to me, I will drive over to the Potranco location, anytime I need to go to a branch.
Identifing documentation good enough for a public notery isn't good enough for Wells Fargo... To cash a check issued by their bank. Their newest commercial says they want to win back the trust they lost , but then they demand I pay money to the government to identify me when I brought along documentation of my Identity. They literally confirmed I had identified myself. Suck the teat of a government that has long been untrustworthy and I will see you as untrustworthy too.

Been sitting here for 30 minutes no one acknowledge me to say hi or we will be right with you. Left and came back since I was early for my appt. Sarah the personal banker was done with her customer but still no acknowledgment had to go to the tellers and they said I have to wait on this one particular banker not Sarah which she was free and available and no customers were in line for the tellers.
Whether the place is busy or not they take FOREVER I’ve came many times with it being one car and it being multiple cars THEY STILL TAKE FOREVER. Every time I’ve came I’m here for at least 30 minutes before I get helped AND they don’t go by order who got here first they will help all other lanes before they’ll get to me. Worst bank location ever.
This branch discriminated against me because of my medical disability. Super embarrassing and frustrating. It doesn't matter if I have two forms of identification I was refused service and wasn't explained why other than the system couldn't verify me. But I was advise to go to one on the other side of town... (They EILL help me?) Wow

I want to say that this Wells Fargo Bank is an amazing experience. I got to meet with Anna Garcia and she's been the best help for opening my new account. I highly suggest that you ask for her and I believe that she'll make anything happen for you because she did that for me.
The fees are outrageous for anything you do. I was trying to cash a check that was from wells fargo and they still wanted to charge me 5 times more than any check cashing place would. I have closed my account and moved to another bank and recommend everyone do the same.
Dear Wells Fargo, send Corporate to SHUT DOWN immediately this branch ASAP and FIRE every living soul that works here. Never experienced a Banker (young spanish guy) fight with a potential new customer, Horrible!! We took our money to Bank of America. BAD, BAD and BAD!.

Wait time is ridiculous, Definitely needs improvement in this area. Customer service has gone down in drive through.Training is definitely needed. Management needs training in empathy. I dread going for simple transactions.
This location NEVER answers the phones! It is very frustrating when my question is for this branch only and the phone never gets answered so I keep getting routed to the 800 number. Please answer your phones!
Someone needs to let this bank know that COVID restrictions are easing up here in Texas. This bank still doesn’t let you walk in without an appointment. We have moved on from COVID open up!
If you had a zero i would give it that. If you are a commercial company they will take care of everyone else ahead of you. I f you have a business bank somewhere else
Suzanne is the best! We take all of our banking needs to her. I hope her boss reads this and gives her a raise. We were thinking of changing banks until we met her.
Ok compared to other local banks. Have had trouble once or twice with this branch on two occasions however they rectified their mistake relativelyquickly
William reed was my banker and he was the greatest! He really helped me out and was super friendly. I'd recommend him if you ever stop in
