Is it possible to give no stars. HORRIBLE bank. they told me to pay my car loan in cash at a branch and have that branch call them to confirm. I gave them $1,500 CASH on Saturday. it is now WEDNESDAY and it has not reflected on my account. I do my actual banking through Randolph Brooks and thank God for that. You guys have the worst hours and the worst customer service. I have been calling this bank since yesterday and no one picks up ever and they give no option for a call back because the do not care. YOU TOOK MY MONEY and did what with it?? WHERE IS MY $1,500 and why has it not been put towards my car loan. If my car gets towed I swear to God you are not going to like me very much.... SOMEONE FROM THIS BRANCH NEEDS TO CALL ME AND GET THIS FIGURED OUT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

poor service my wife went in to reset code on atm card , and they told her since she did not answer street address question in a prompt manner that they will not help her. Even with her ID they were not going to help her and that she needs to contact customer service. I have been with bank of american for more than 10 years and never have i had this kind of poor service. Once the manager was involved he did nothing to help out was rude, and customer service was sub-par. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate as well, this service makes me want to switch banks.

This place is the worst Bank of America I’ve been to. There are seven teller desks and always only 1 or 2 workers working them. It doesn’t matter how busy they get...holidays, paydays... nothing. They move at snail pace. And it seems they are always on break. Horrible service and not one person is in here smiling. I’d rather travel to the one on culebra. Beautiful bank and extremely satisfying customer service. Also very fast paced. If you can travel the extra 10 minutes, it’s worth it.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon simply to cash a check that was drawn from Bank of america. I used to be a Bank of America customer but because of their insane and obscene amount of fees and charges and miscellaneous processing expenses we left Bank of America and never looked back. My check amount was for less than $200. I'm informed that it's going to cost me $8 to cash a check that was drawn from that very Bank. Really!? One more reason why Bank of America is the king of fees.

Shopping banks, lobby full of customers and a room filled with customers to see a banker. No sign in sheet. Met a teller named Frances, horrible service. She made me feel like I was wasting her time, asked for a manager and she was rude also. First impression was down right ugly. No drive-thru also, at all branches. No thank you, I'll take my money somewhere else!

Tried to deposit some money in my daughter, who lives in NC and is about to be hit by a hurricane, account. Took cash out of the BoA ATM and went inside. They would NOT accept cash. I had to write a check to deposit into her account since I don't have an account there. Which is safer, cash or check? Unbelievable. Cashier was polite but firm on not accepting cash.

Horrible every time I go. Never a pleasant or quick experience. The tellers are awesome. having three people come up and ask me if they can help me while there is only one teller is very annoying. They need to fire more of them and hire tellers. I gave one star because they will not allow me to do them and -10

Worst Bank ever, deposited 1,700 on my first transaction with them and atm took my cash and didn’t return or deposit my money and I been 3 weeks without because I have to file a claim. But they froze my card so now I can’tmake claim because my card numbers are no good. Like robbing you and you can’tdo nothing

Litterally just needs to be shut down. Unless you are using the ATM it is a pointless waste of space. They use their drive thru as a freaking parking lot and never have more than one teller. If they do one usually disappears within minutes. Worst Bank of America I have ever had the displeasure of going to!!!

If i could give negative stars i would. Came in to make a wire transfer and was told they could not help me even after providing 2 forms of id they requested. The whole experience was a complete waste of my time. I will Be closing my account and moving my money to another banking institution.

I don’t think it’s very safe to stand outside in a line around the building of the bank, in the heat with a bank bag of money to deposit for my business. And it’s not just a busy day… I’ve tried to come all different weekdays and it is always waiting in a line outside.

Labor day weekend Friday and a line wrapped around and out the door. So who ever manages this branch thinks that 3 tellers are going to give the best customer see Vice to all these upset people that have been waiting for over 35 mnts in line.... I'm waiting this bank

Even with the whole covid thing going on the security at the entrance offered cold water and kept the line moving and Emily help me she was very professional I appreciate her and Bank of America for continuing to help their customers even in these trying times.

Worst Bank of America you can visit. Never give you the change you need because they’re always short on coins. Service is soooo slow, you can spend more than 40 mins for a a teller service. Please do yourself a favor and go to other location

Slow service. Long wait just to make a wire transfer. Didn't know I needed an appointment for such a transaction. If I need a smart phone to use the ATM at night, they could at least allow me to do this transfer online.

EMILY, the supervisor on shift refused to take my deposit for a business account due to the bills being rolled. When I asked for assistance, she proceeded to tell me I was making a line and to move off to the side.

It's always ridiculously busy. Some of the tellers are rude but some are awesome. Honestly, they really need to hire more tellers especially on Fridays when they know they get extremely busy.
