This branch doesnt know how to do anything. Left my new job early to get them to print a direcr deposit form for me, somehting ive had normal tellers do for me in seconds my last 3 jobs, and they say they dont know how to do it. You literally enter my account, go to the page where the rouring and account number are, and click print. Train your staff this is unreal, anyone should be able to do this, anyone.they said the banker knew how to do it but I guess they refused to stay open past 5 to serve me since ahe was already helping somebody else. Wheres the customer service?
Rude! Tried to setup an appointment by phone only to have no one answer. Third call I decided to go to this location, upon arrival was asked if I had an appointment. Once I let them know nobody was answering their phones I was told to take the tome to go online and make an appointment. I don't have time to pull over and get online for that, I'm I not the customer? Is it not my money that pays you to answer my phone calls? I will be moving all seven of my accounts out of Wells Fargo tomorrow. Ridiculous
This is my 2nd complaint about wells fargo in the last 2 weeks. I went to this location and was asked whether or not I was opening an account elsewhere. I asked the teller why she asked me that. And she said that withdrawal seemed like I was. Now what business is was ot of hers what I plan to do with MY money. I was planning on finding another place to take my business to... if I wasn't sure then, I am certain of it now. So unprofessional and looks like they're all in need of diversity training.

I know that they are not processed on same day but they do it all the time. The manager rudely refused to do it saying as bank's policies. Did not know that branches of banks make their own policy. Would give negative if I could.
Used to love that bank and location. But the current management made it impossible to bank with them. They disregard their customers needs, change policies as their please without even caring how it is affecting the business. After so many year with them I am forced out with no good reason or comprehensive explanation. If you are the business owner I would stay away from that bank and that branch.
One star only because I can't put none. By far the worst customer service experience ever. Me and my husband were victims of RACIAL PROFILING by the manager of this Wells Fargo branch. Is tragic that an institution that has to prioritize customer, still employs such UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL people. Disgusted definitely never going to that branch again.
Catherine Stilner helped me with a issue with a credit card auto-pay being set on the wrong account that led to an overdraft fee. Everything was resolved keep up the good work!

Very hiigh fees If an Auto draft happens to hit while insufficient funds 35.00 fee but great bank over all. Fast help good loans for good credit report.

Contacted them about scheduling a loan officer appointment and never got contacted again.
The Banker was not willing to listen or try to help with my conserns. Horrible service.
