Okay, so let me start this by saying Nashville is great! I want it to just get a tad better. I am from here. Born and raised. I have lived here for a very long time. However, I just came back from San Diego. I have live there for the past 7 years and they have an amazing transportation system! It is definitely getting better in Nashville, but you do not even need to own a car if you live in California. Now the thing that Nashville is really doing well, is that they have updated the routes and they are adding more transit centers. The thing that needs to happen is we get rid of the clunky old trains and bring in electric trolleys. That will help a ton! They are much nicer, better for the environment and they do not make any high sounds when traveling on the rails. It is really cool! Taking all of this into consideration, hopefully the people of Tennessee allow more transportation. As long as the zoning laws are put into place I would be very happy if Nashville was a slice of what San Diego is, because of the convenience. My only worry would be capital greed would ruin the system and a large part of green and forests would be torn down. That's what I do not want to happen.

I use access ride, I’m a young woman on the autism spectrum. I was t going to say anything originally, but after another awful experience with this sane person, I need to say something. Ty, she’s a woman, answers the phone , and gets all huffy that I did t have the address I needed to go that second. I am always prepared, but I slipped up once this morning. I googled in less than 5 seconds. Then, she never repeats the trip details back to me. So I call back, Ty answers the phone again, I ask her to repeat the details, she’s quiet for 5 seconds. Then repeats them, I will say as a side note, Ty has gotten my trip details wrong 3 times in the past. So I had to ask. They were correct, so I said”okay! Thank you Ty!” And she straight up hangs up on me. WeGo, your people need a serious lesson in customer service.

ALWAYS feels "shady" when having to make a bus transfer here. The lighting sufficient, and the bathrooms are downright scary! It never appears that security\Police are GUARDING riders\staff, or interested in what's happening. They're always grouped up, talking and\or smoking, and not ACTIVE in reducing crimes, other than thinking their presence is an adequate deterrent. Often, to self serve ticket machines are out of order. And the customer service windows have limited hours. Not to mention EVERY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES LOOKS LIKE THEY WISH TO BE ANYWHERE THAN AT WORK! I can't recall EVER seeing someone actively, with pleasure, performing their job duties. THANKFULLY, the overhead signs, updating each Bay, bus arriving, time for arrival & any delay reported, are almost always working & accurate!

A bit of a customer service issue regarding existing regulations. While I left my phone accidentally on the bus seat, i became aware of the missing phone and called WeGo Central asking they alert the driver. Request was refused because was not a wallet; however my wallet is my phone even to the extent that QuickTicketTN card is on the phone. This is 2022 and a phone is as essential as a wallet if left accidentally on a bus. These internals should be respectfully reconsidered in light of modern ACH and Debit Card processing methods.

Last year I signed up to be a beta tester for the QuickTicket system that is being implemented to our transit system here in Nashville,Tn. I’m happy to report that as a whole the system is convenient because you don’t have to worry about having exact change to ride the bus. Just swipe your card at the kiosk when boarding the bus and find a seat. Thanks Metro Nashville Government for making this possible. Definitely a step in the right direction to making our city the best state to live in America .

Despite generally having positive experiences with the bus, I was disappointed with the behavior of the older white male driver who claimed there was no space for my bike while simultaneously allowing a Caucasian male to store his bike. Additionally, I observed the driver exhibiting discriminatory behavior towards an older black male by allowing a Caucasian man to board the bus first. It is important to acknowledge and address incidents of discrimination to ensure a fair and equal experience for all passengers.

We Go Central has been such a help to me....With access to WIFI, help with me obtaining a QUICKTICKET card and other features- the only thing I wish is that I wish they operated all night and day because I have various situations where I have to stay downtown because I needto be there to be available to work the next day, and I don't have any place to stay overnight.... I hope you all figure that out out; I am trying to make better money--- I DON'T want to be on the street because I am happy in BELLVUE!

For the most part most drivers are friendly and polite and have upbeat attitudes..but there are some who are just rude hate their jobs and it reflects in their attitude. Most staff will smile and ask how you doing and even thank you after you paid your fare. Some will go has far has to wait at stop at the proper times giving you a chance to catch it without pulling off. I APPRECIATE THAT THE MOST! CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS SOME OF THE BEST REPS. SHOUT OUT TO MR.S BAILEY!!

  • Mary Ann Bensley

Please let the passengers boarding to sit down before driving off. This is a huge hazard especially when its raining because I fell the other day when the floor was wet and the driver proceeded to go as I was still walking to sit down. I hurt my leg but it only left a bruise but my elbow is still hurting from the fall. Please just let us sit down before you leave! I thought our safety was your number 1 concern? Thank you

I feel there needs to be buses going 24 hours a day. There also needs to be more sidewalks on some roads so people can safely walk to their homes at all hours of the day and night. Some buses are either so early to the point where I miss it even though I am going as fast as I can, or so late to the point where i’m waiting around for hours. I think this bus system could be much better.

  • Anil Gopakumar

Buses don't accept credit cards for tickets. And there is no info on where to get the app. If you don't carry cash with you, WeGo public transit ia not meant for you. After a lot of research, found that QuickTicket is the app you can use to purchase tickets for buses online. Buses run on time and they have Wifi. Love the riding experience

  • Tony

Terrible place always stinks bathroom is never cleaned. Few drivers actually do their job and leave on time most of the time they coming back to the bus after it should've left then have the nerves to take their time to get on the bus and rush everyone else to get on. Security is a joke they don't do anything besides stand there and talk

  • Terrie A. Howard

Well my car broke down! And had to take the Nashville public transport. This is very new to me. But it was convenient. Got me where I needed to go, transfer and all. Just wish they had the bus stops a little closer to my destination when getting off. It's an experience. Be glad when I get another car. Yeah! My car died …

  • MRD Services

WeGo Bus drivers need SUPREVISION. The bus drivers either come too early, and don't wait for arrival time, or arrive late. When getting off work, you don't want to stand at a hot BUS STOP, because the drivers don't arrive on time. They can also cause a person to arrive to work late, by not arriving or leaving ON TIME.

  • Mark

We Go Transit need improvement with customer service. I don't understand why some bus driver will drive off, while you walking towards the bus to aboard. People are always complaining about we go CUSTOMER SERVICE. When they call to make a complaint nothing get resolved. We Go Transit Need INTERNAL INVESTIGATION....

  • Will Ward

BRT routes arriving every 10-30 minutes are the best routes. Hopefully, your destination is near one. Buses that arrive every 40-60 minutes often present more challenges with traffic issues in Nashville. ADA accessible floors via elevators. Escalators and stairs in an open setting make it easy to get around.

  • Joseph Morrison

There is a Dunkin Donuts there that you can grab a coffee, and a quick snack. Only downside is when school let's out, and there are a bunch of kids flooding the station acting wild. They do have at least ten extra Metro police officers during this time. Overall it is a good station.

  • David Carmona Berrio

Very affordable public transportation system. But the schedules are WAY too off, for us as passengers we need to know our schedule to walk on time, sometimes RAINS, sometimes the HEAT is too harsh, etc. and the bus just plays with our

  • Larry Robert White

It was not to bod for a bus station .busses on time pretty clean considering who was riding driver sounded like he was a little to firm at times but that's his job cause I can imagine things can get out of hand pretty fast lol. Lol

  • Bree L

Paid cash to get on at the airport. Easy to get to the airport from the hub. Purchased a one way fare to get to back to the airport. The ticket agent was a bit cranky. Wish there were more buses per hour to and from the airport.

  • michael gunderson

Sometimes I think a homeless person on the street could operate a better public transportation system. Yesterday I had to endure an hour and a half ride on a sweltering bus with no ac. I guess they don't check these things.

Its Sad For Many But there's Still Great BBQ And A Lobster Places And Many Other's Booming With Business With Delivery Of Course And Social Distancing But It Has Hit Tourism All Over The Country Including Here …

  • Natasha Briggs

Pull off on you when your waiting at the bay... won't stop for ya if you run to bus... bus drivers rude... but as someone who is poor I have no choice but to put up with it. ..... make you go digital....

  • Charles E. Stewart (Ask)

This is or was kinda nice about ten years ago I do think it's time to be better organized and to build a hub for all tourists and locals to connect to other cities and to better connect Metro Nashville

  • Bradley Pinkerton

Bums everywhere and dirty. Bathroom is disgusting. If you have to take a bus... it'll do. Security is almost non existent and drivers and supervision is RUDE!! Union mentality at its worst.

  • Alexandra M

Very friendly staff. Drivers care about there job and getting passengers safely to there destination. Drivers wear mask and do there best to encourage passengers to wear there mask too.

  • Cameron Leaverton

Just wanted to say thank you to the driver on the 52 bus. Every morning (5am), he is friendly and on time. He is also very helpful. Definitely could use more drivers like him. Thank you

  • Johnathan Taylor

We go public transit I was just down there when the rain and storm came through the camera rain from getting beat up by the hell I had a ride around twice I finally got back downtown

  • Celeste Phillips

The people's that ride the bus have no respect for the guard down there .It people sleep in the restroom .there no soap in the display.and the doors in the woman bathroom alway lock

  • D Lighted

Bring cash! Very Annoying you can’t buy tickets with a card at the station. No cashless rides unless you download the QT app, which we’ve only seen in the Apple store. Seriously?!

  • K1N6 G33

The Bus driver will pass you by while you standing at the bus stop. They don't even what to park at the bus stop and wait for the right time to leave, when they arrive early.

  • Jackie Tracy

I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and a lot of the drivers don't want to let me on because they are to lazy and worthless to get out of the seat and strap down a wheelchair

  • Keisha Smith

Efficient. Gets you in and out quickly and safely. 70% of the drivers are nice, helpful and respectful. Not from Nashville but I can get around fairly easy through we go

  • Timothy Shouse

Buses are late most of the time. The 18 bus # 729 to the airport didn't leave the station from downtown till 7:05. And I will be late for work Friday 11/03/2023.

  • Clarissa Adams

I admire the fact that I can catch one bus from where I live to get to my job. What I don't like is being passed up by a busdriver well after 11pm at night.

  • Jason Smith

I was harassed by a bus driver who pulled up beside me and Shine the flashlight at me while he was driving next to me looking at the girl I was walking with

  • Shannon Diaz

Always have busses that come frequently and compare to other state bus routes this is way better with their timing on busses how they operate. No complaints

  • Wrath Omar

Needs work. They need to treat their customers like they are worth more than a fare to ride their busses, and stop the junkies from slopping up the place.

  • Starbucks Junkie

Nasty place not. Safe security don’t do any thing just sit around and eat and talk bathroom are unsafe. Men walk in to the ladies bathroom all the time
