If you actually want someone to pick you up, this is not the company to call. The dispatcher was rude. Nonetheless, he said the driver would be calling me shortly when he was on the way. This never happened. I booked the ride at 9 pm and
Needed a ride to the airport, picking me up at 4:30 AM. I was called by dispatch saying they couldn't get a vehicle. I ended up driving my car to the airport, where the parking fee will be astronomical.
You can't reach anyone once you've booked a ride. It rings & then someone picks up & immediately hangs up. Horrible business. No wonder Uber & Lyft are putting these places out of business.
