Not dissing this place or anything the lady greated us as we came in with a lot of laundry. I personally have never been to a laundromat in my LIFE crazy I know I guess I was always lucky to have a washer and dryer where I lived. But this was my first time and I stood at the machine for about 5 minutes staring at it with my fiance. And I have anxiety so when I feel I look stupid in front of others I start to panic. I was starting to get angry at this point that no one was coming to help so my fiance grabbed the stuff and started bringing it back to the car it wasn't till we were outside that the lady asked if we needed assistance which would have been great when I was inside standing staring the machine but at this point with my anxiety I didn't want to go back in where others were just looking at us. And to be honest I don't think I'll ever return there. All because they waited till I left the building to ask if I need assistance. The lady did seem very nice but to top of it all there were a lot of machines that were out of service like the ones I knew how to use so it kinda was a bad experience for me personally.

I called here today to see if I could wash my 8x10 washable rug, and the staff who helped me were terrific. They went above and beyond to help me! The young girl and a woman who work there even helped me when the coins in the machine got jammed. Great staff! My only complaint is that the machines are outdated with the coins. They do have a machine to convert bills into coins, but in 2023 tap or card options would be ideal. Overall, clean place, a little outdated, but gets the job done and the staff who helped me were great

I brought my clothes in to be dry cleaned on Wednesday and they said I would have my clothes back by Saturday morning. I said perfect because I have an event Saturday night. Came to pick up my clothes Saturday afternoon and they were never sent out for dry cleaning . No one called me to advise They waited for me to come pick them up the day of my event to find out my clothes haven’t been sent out. If they could have communicated this I could’ve sourced an alternative I’m now stuck hours before my event

The first time I’ve ever been here, and the first machine I put my clothes into takes all 8 loonies; the ‘price’ number lights keep changing but not in sync with the amount of loonies I put in - I realize something is probably wrong with it, so I hit the coin return, and it only returns $4 of my $8. Two other machines here have Out of Order signs on them, this should change that number to 3. Has change machine but few if any places to sit. Not a great first impression, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Many dated but functional machines. Often unclean machines. -moldy detergent compartments -powder all over the tops of machines -debris like hair, lint, dirt etc on the door and in the jam... found a sock in the rubber seal once. No ATM on site, so bring cash for coin machine. Friendly young woman who worked here was very outgoing with me one time. She brightened up the place. Definitely could use a revamp. But does the job.

So not my first visit but it has been some time and be aware that the change machine does require cash & the machines are all coin operated -- loonies and quarters. The machines themselves work really well -- my laundry came out nice & clean. The service was amazing -- Danielle went way above & beyond in assisting me -- she even brought in most of my laundry & loaded some of it for me

Not allowed to sit down and wait for our laundry. Not even allowed to fold laundry in the laundromat. They have a sign up saying to fold your laundry at home. I will continue to fold my laundry because I do not want it in a wrinkled mess by the time I get it home. Turn off your air conditioning. It's winter time.

Forts time customers but very disappointed in the dry cleaning service. Brought a suit, dress pants and a dress shirt to be cleaned and pressed and they came back with more creases than when I dropped them off. They did not smell clean at all. Would not recommend this business was for dry cleaning.

I am from the States and very unfamiliar with the area. The lady inside the office area was very kind and helpful. She had no idea what difference her kindness made to my day. My comforters and clothes came out very clean, and the dryers worked like a charm.

Very convenient one stop for wash and fold and dry clean. Great to see owners involved in greeting and taking care of customers especially when masks and social distance required. Clean and always had extra washers and dryers

Service was great, the owners implemented social distancing and mask measures there so I feel safe going there. The owners are very friendly and welcoming too. I was very satisfied with the environment and service.

Our washer broke and we had to pop in here to do a few loads. It was close and that was great but it was really expensive in my opinion. The facility was clean and well maintained and in a pinch I'd use it again.

82 year old dad forced to sit in his cold car. Can't idle the motor. Not allowed to fold his laundry. What kind of establishment is that? I'd give you the zero stars you deserve, but can't.

Wonderful establishment with terrific service. Owners are always helpful. Machines are big and fit lots of clothing. Has dry-cleaning service available as well. Will continue to come here.

I'm working on construction site in Waterdown temporary. This laundromat washer machine price is amazing. Jumbo price is almost half of my living place in North york. Also clean too.

Owners using all big machines but not the one for employees only. Would have cost me triple because they don't leave machines for public. Wont come here again
