I thought the price was expensive from the get go, but when I went to wear it they had not even ironed it or removed any of the stains - looked like the suit had been pressed between two boards and sent back, for $30. They agreed to re-clean it, but when i went to pick it up it was still stained and wrinkled. I'm mad now and I want my money back, but the attendant won't authorize that and expects me to call various numbers to complain on her behalf. Anyway, in the end she accused me of being rude to her because she's an immigrant, of all things... I am sure the attendant has nothing to do with what happened to my dry-cleaning, but do not call me racist. You took my money and did not render the services i paid for, twice in a row. Stay away, there are better services elsewhere. I will not be back.

I have never gone to a business that made me feel like a king .This place was so nice and clean that I wanted to stay longer then I needed to wash and fold my clothes . The owner Chris was one of a kind this man went out of his way to be super kind I really left feeling super special they have a wash and fold options or you can do your own they also have free pick up and drop off at your home if you live in dundas it really is a special place to go and wash your clothes went again this place rocks always s pleasure WOW It has gotten better they have done some new renovations and they look great also they have added a great big machine that is awesome for huge loads such a great place

Clean place, one laundry load is twice as big as the other coin laundromats I've been to (price reflects it), there was a detergent dispenser on site which saved me a trip to the store. A lot of machines. There is plenty of folding counters too with basket-buggies to help you get your clean clothes from the dryer to the folding stations without straining your back. TV was on to help kill time. Driers did a decent job too, had my stuff in for 40 minutes (thick clothes could sit there a bit longer but didn't have the time). Really convenient that it was open so late in the evening.

This little gem is my go to laundromat. It’s clean, quiet, the machines work well & the price is decent. Parking can be limited during peak times, but there’s enough street parking near by. Also, it would be nice to see hard surface areas wiped down. But I may not see that because I go in the late evenings & staff is gone by then. There’s also a change machine which is super convenient, a vending machine & you’re able to purchase laundry supplies for $1. Great spot!

We are new toDundas and haven’t had a functioning washer/dryer since September so we have been using Kris’s wash and fold service. The NICEST most professional man. Laundry is ready same day if we want. Always done before we even remember it’s gone. Fair pricing for blankets and quick responses. Clothes always look and smell so much better than if we did them. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything Kris!

So very clean and really self sufficient if staff has gone home. Your money is well spent here and the machines actually fill with water that is the temperature you set it at. Great place reminds me of where I use to work in winnipeg. Would love a job here as everyone is friendly and . Some tasks are mundane but here the job gets done and you are in and out in no time. I give this place a 5++.

I have used a few laundromats but this one is very good. The place is very clean, newly renovated and well kept, there are many machines all in very good shape that always work. I never had to wait even on busy days probably because the ratio of washer/dryers is well balanced. There is also TV and internet as well. Service is always friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommended!

Excellent staff, good quality machines and the price is decent. I have and will come here again! Would recommend to everyone. (Please note dryer times may need to be longer then you think, almost all clothes come out damp, not sure if this is intentional or just older style dryers. Mind you the first time ours came out wet the owner gave us a handful of quarters to finish.)

Kris really saved us when our washing machine broke suddenly and our new one had a shipping delay! The wash and fold service was great. I will probably use it as a treat every once in awhile when we get behind on laundry. They took great care of all of our clothes, and my lululemon tights came back looking brand new.

Started coming here after our dryer broke down, to dry our clothes until it got repaired. Lady there told us we could not come to just use the dryer only. Not going back if I ever need it again, thats just terrible customer service. Just make sure you use all of the services so you don’t get kicked out. …

Agree with most of the positive posts, but it appears that this business has also been affected by the economy. Drying time per quarter has dropped, and I suspect that the temperature has also decreased to offset operating costs. Now costs twice as much and twice as long to dry clothes.

Owner is great. Went there today for the first time, I had a bunch of bags to bring out to my car, so was taking them one at a time. The owner thought I had left a bag behind accidentally and actually ran it out to me at my car to make sure I didn't drive out without it. Very nice man!

Great place to get the job done. I was happily surprised with the great service I received from the second I walked through the door. Chris helped me bring my laundry in and was happy to help me work the machines. The machines themselves are efficient and quiet.

The owners Kris and Anna are always friendly and helpfull. As are the other staff. I have been going there for ten years. They have good quality newer machines. As well the laundromat and washroom are keep clean. The air conditioning is also great to have.

Crystal has been very good and improving ever since Chris took it over several years ago. Very helpful, very clean, rarely any out-of-order machines, wide variety of washers, and quick dryers. Lots of comfy chairs. Just need some WIFI please!

Descriminates against people that are medically exempt from the law. Gives you a hard time for not wearing a mask even if you are medically exempt under the law. Doesn't want to give respect even though he wants respect!

My son does his laundry here all the time. I tried it one day because I had several loads to do and all at once, done! It's very clean! Management is usually on-site.

My favorite place to do my laundry. Clean and all machines work great. Ive never had to wait for a washer or dryer. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Very friendly staff showed me all the amenities, including the soap and dryer sheet dispensers, ATM, change machine, and the huge washers.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Dry cleaning service was on time. And the industrial washer handled a weighted blanket very well.

Very busy on weekends but it’s usually got most machines working and is kept clean and tidy. change and ATM are available also.

The machines are very efficient! 25 min for a wash $2. And .25 for drying increments. Clean, quiet and nice staff lady.
