We ordered a sectional and a shelf on 7/12. We were told it would be in on 7/31. Well that day came and I heard nothing from this company. So I called mid-day. I spoke with the owner and he said that they wouldn’t get it in now until 8/5. He apologized for no one reaching out to me and said they normally send a text. He said that someone should reach out to me a day or so on 8/5 and/or on 8/5. On 8/4 I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called. Spoke with the owner and he said he hadn’t gotten it in but that didn’t mean it wouldn’t be in tomorrow morning and he would call me first thing in the morning to let me know if it came in. Well they open at 10 and I heard nothing on 8/5 when we were told it would be in. So my boyfriend called at 10:30 and the lady he spoke with couldn’t find their log. She said she would call him back. Well by 11:30, he hadn’t heard back and he called and no answer. He called again at 11:40 they didn’t answer. So I called a little after 12. No answer so I call again and he answered, the owner. I tried explaining what had happened this morning (multiple interruptions from the owner) that my boyfriend had called and they couldn’t call the log and he said “I haven’t spoken with anyone.” I explained it was a woman he talked to. I tried explaining to him what he had been telling me since 7/31, but he kept interrupting me, getting angry and rude. He said suddenly he couldn’t talk to me cause my name wasn’t on the receipt but every other time, it was ok to talk to me. He then said I was interrupting him but I could not get a word in whatsoever. He wouldn’t let me talk and felt like he could talk over me. He was yelling at me and telling me how they’re a small family but have the biggest inventory in Indiana. They’re a $4,000,000 company. He was throwing at me that we can just have our money back. He hung up on me 3 times. I called my boyfriend and my boyfriend went down there. The owner then belittled me to my boyfriend calling me a liar and saying I was yelling at him. My boyfriend told him I explained what had happened and he definitely wasn’t happy that this man had the audacity to call me a liar and say these things. He also stated he would never give a date cause he basically had no clue when the couch would come in. He explained the same thing, they’re a small family owned business so they would never do these things. But they also have the biggest inventory in Indiana. So are you a small business or the largest furniture business in Indiana? We would have ended up spending $5,000 or so at this place. We had more furniture we were going to buy, but sadly we do not want to do business with them. Especially with how they treat their customers and that they think it was ok. All I wanted was an honest answer on when the couch would come in. But this owner decided treating his customers poorly with yelling, interrupting and rude behavior was the way to go. All they had were excuses for their behavior and their lack of organization. I’m not a customer is always right person, but to treat your customers so poorly is sad. This man is sexist, only would apologize to my boyfriend and not me.

HORRIBLE customer service! My wife and I bought a couch and loveseat from these guys last year. While it was being delivered I noticed the back of the couch looked twisted and said something to the delivery driver about it. I spent MONTHS trying to get help from Ian (the guy you see when you go into the store). He’s as far from helpful as it gets. FINALLY I got him to schedule somebody to come pick up the couch (cost me $100 for pickup) to evaluate it, because it got to the point the reclining mechanism was digging into my carpet. Ian claimed the entire base/frame was replaced and I had the “new” couch delivered (also $100). The delivery service they use is ran by Alex, who refers to himself as Ian’s son and Ian refers to Alex as his “business partner”. When they brought the “new” couch, it looked the exact same as before. Alex acknowledged what I was saying, took pics and said he would talk to his dad. He didn’t think it would be right to charge me to come pick it up and fix it again, and even said the entire thing should be replaced. Alex told me he would talk to his dad and I should hear from Ian the next day. I gave Ian a week before I called him (typical, Ian offers TERRIBLE customer service). I didn’t get a good feel for Ian the day I met him and just shouldn’t have bought the furniture, but here we are… Fast forward to today and I call back. Ian is unwilling to help me with a twisted frame because it’s just an “aesthetic issue” and if I wanted them to look at it again it would cost me another $200 for them to pickup/deliver, even though Alex (Ian’s business partner/son) said it wasn’t right to charge me again. Ian was unwilling to call and talk to Alex and get back with me on a solution. Instead he LIED about giving me “2 free deliveries” (WRONG! They’d been to my apartment to do the initial delivery and to pickup the faulty, and I paid for all of it) and was a jerk the entire time. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. They’re selling “nice furniture”, or so they say, and are completely unwilling to offer any type of good customer service.

When I received damaged furniture after waiting 6 weeks longer than I was told, this owner accused me of damaging the furniture. He did replace a dresser, with another one that was more damaged than the 1st. After, I sent multiple pictures, he again accused me of damaging furniture that had a very poor finish and unfinished raw wood showing. In addition,I ordered a set of 3 living room tables. The dinette set, entertainment center and tables I ordered where all to match in mahogany color. The set of 3 tables arrived in black. When I brought this to his attention, he informed me it wasn't his fault I didn't order tables to match the other furniture, again suggested I had damaged the tables, but, IF I boxed them back up, sent them back and he found them without damage that he'd refund money. I did receive money, because of course there was no damage! I finally, gave up on him correcting the damaged furniture by contacting suppliers. In the end, I'll have to pay a professional to fix dresser to match the other 6 pieces of a full bedroom suite I paid good money for. I realize, this year has been horribly stressful, but raising your voice, accusing customers because of poor manufacturing, degrading them hanging up on them, blaming them for damage and a mistake when placing an order and being beyond rude is not justified or acceptable customer service. This owner kept yelling at me about how awesome their customer service was, yet the above happened, I was told repeatedly I'd get a call back and wouldn't hear from anyone for days, until I called back. Ive spent almost $5,000 at this store. Furnishing a large home, and have as much or more to go. Rest assured, it will not be here!

Horrible customer service ! I was told I would receive a table on the 9/9/2020 didn’t receive it til 10/12/2020 .. I was told the table was in stock , which is why I decided to purchase the table . I had to call them each time to receive an update, when I called I was told it was nothing they can do. Every week they said orders were pushed back . So when I asked why I wasn’t I told before I bought the table I would have to wait this long the sons/fathers response was its signs all over the counter to read. So today I finally received my order and it was not assembled ,and they told me it’s a third party company so I would have to pay more money on top of the 100$ fee of delivery if I wanted them to put it together . RIP OFF!

I purchased my sectional in March knowing it would come in April. April 25th came and did not recieve my sofa. I called and asked and they told me it would br another two weeks, they just did t get around to calling me. Too weeks later I haven't recieved a call or my sofa. They are not very good at communicating. I will not purchase from here again. I would probably be better off ordering off of wish.com

The staff is very knowledgeable and responsive without pressuring you to purchase. The furniture that I have purchased is high quality and they have had sofas and recliners in stock this year and last year when other furniture stores I visited were delayed 6-12 months! I have told family and friends to go here and those that have purchased have been extremely happy

HIGHLY recommend checking out warehouse furniture. I ordered my couch Thursday afternoon and it was delivered to me Friday morning! The staff is chill and not in your face but helpful and knowledgeable. Affordable prices AND quality products! I spent months couch shopping and wish I would have known to just start here. Don’t waste your time!!!!

Recently I bought piece of furniture. Owner described me this cabinet like a solid wood. I was really disappointed when I found out at home the furniture is veneer. He definitely knows a lot about furniture, he told me about his experience and special education. I will never come again in this store. And never will recommend to my friends.

TERRIBLE! Bought a table for Thanksgiving and was told it would be ready before. I spent 6 months waiting and making payments and decided to get a refund. They made an error and instead of communicating with me they treated me as a thief even though I communicated with them that Synchrony Bank had made a mistake. Would not recommend! 0/5

I visited this store for the very first time on a Friday afternoon and had a brand new sectional by the following Tuesday. Alex was very helpful and very kind! Communication with delivery driver, Eddie, was excellent! Warehouse Furniture is efficient and affordable, and I recommend checking them out! I love my sectional! THANK YOU

I bought a new sofa and love seat and was delivered the wrong item. A display. When I called the owner, he told me too bad that’s what I get. The sales lady said she made the mistake and it was her fault but Alex would not honor his employee mistake and was very rude and unprofessional as a business owner. Small claims it is.

Can't say anything but good things about this furniture store. The furniture runs from classic to modern. The owner of the business is gracious and welcoming. Super friendly staff, prices are very reasonable, we bought a nice wood pub table with bench and the thing is solid and very nice! I had to put my furniture together myself but I think if you want them too they will do it for you. Will for sure be back if we need anything in the future!
