We purchased and ordered furniture in August of 2022 in preparation for moving into our new home in October 2022. We figured 6 plus weeks was ample time to prepare in case of delays (so we thought). We proceeded to speak to the sales lady who told us we were looking (ultimately purchased) furniture that was in stock. The lady told us it was no problem because they had it all and it would be delivered to us at our convenience since it was in stock. We pended delivery until a couple days after move in. A couple weeks go by, and we get a courtesy call telling us our recliner won’t be delivered with the rest of our furniture, instead it will be a week later. We thought no biggie things happen. Skip to October 8th our delivery on some of our stuff came and went, but then we get notified the recliner won’t be in for at least another 8 weeks. We already waited 6 plus weeks for the first stuff and planned so that there wasn’t an issue. I messaged Nathan who provided us with notice of this extended delay. I told him my frustration with being told it’s in stock, planning well in advance and already going through one delay even having ordered it 6 plus weeks earlier. I asked for a manger to call me which didn’t happen. He also attempted to cover up that we were told it was in stock by telling us they rely on dates from the manufacturer. As I told him, you cannot tell a customer that something is in stock if it truly isn’t, if it was, why did someone else get the product we paid entirely for before we even got it. I am beyond disappointed and most certainly would never recommend this place. It’s all a sales/marketing pitch to get you in and they screw you with zero compensation for your troubles. I will update this review if the company makes things right with us.

Bob"s was highly recommended to me. However, thus far have not had a great experience overall. Purchased a dining set and it was good until about 10 months in the paint started chipping and a chair began to wobble. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare! Couldn't get a live person on the line, everything was done via text and the info they reported back was incorrect. Went to the store and the manager was very accommodating and easy to work with. Replacement parts ordered to be delivered. Day of delivery I get the text they were behind, then after the time frame I was told we need to reschedule because the truck broke down. A full day wasted! Delivery finally comes and the wrong parts are on truck! Go to store with a store credit because the delivery guy, Junior was AWESOME and got me through to a live person and we agreed I would get a refund and be able to pick another set within 1 month. I was told I would also be compensated for my inconvenience. The store had a limited selection and I pointed out that I really like my set BUT even the display in the store is all chipped and discolored. One of the managers advised that is because it gets alot of use as that is the table all their sales team tends to use. I pointed out that I don't want my furniture to look like that in 5 years. The managers answer to me was I would not have the same amount of usage with my table! Are you kidding me?!? Customer Service is lacking BIG time! I ended up ordering the same exact table in hopes they have improved the paint on their product in the last year. There was really no other decent set I liked in the same price range to chose from. No mention of compensation for maybe a step up or nothing. Disappointed ☹️

Don't bother going here unless you want junk products. I ordered a bedroom set and a bedding set. No one could tell me when my bedding arrived and even tried to tell me it had already arrived a month before. When it was finally shipped it got delayed for days. The bedroom furniture has been much worse. Sporadic delivery! I received a dresser and when it was unboxed in my driveway it was obviously damaged. Had to deny it and then call customer care, which took 30 minutes. Was then told it would take another month to get a new one. I had already waited almost two months for the first piece. Got a chest of drawers, night stand and mirror. The delivery men were trying to leave when I noticed 3 of the drawers didn't sit right. When I opened it it literally fell apart. I again had to call customer care to set up repair because it was already in my house. 3 days later the repair person came out and found even more things wrong with it. We again called customer care to get it replaced. At this point I don't trust a king size storage bed to not fall apart or any other items to be ok. I called to cancel the order. I was able to cancel the bed at the store, but again had to speak with customer care to try and cancel the rest. They would only cancel the dresser I originally declined in my drive way. I am stuck with a night stand, mirror and defective chest of drawers. They can't be returned even if I take it to them. So waiting on a new chest of drawers to arrive and they will take thr broken one. We are out thousands of dollars now for junk furniture and have to go shopping again.

UPDATE!! After we were there and PAID for a full 5 piece bedroom set and a full 5 piece dinning room set IN FULL, that's where the customer service STOPPED!!! We were GUARANTEED July 18th delivery and told as soon as the July calendar pens for scheduling we'd be on it and informed by June 27th. June 27th arrived.. NOTHING!! Go to the store..HASN'T BEEN SCHEDULED!! It's gonna be the 26th of July. LIKE HELL IT IS!! I was GUARANTEED the 18th. Ok..But the dining room chairs won't be there until July 23rd. That was an ok compromise. Now today's the 23rd...and no time scheduled for the chairs. I contact the store...I'm sorry we should have called you it's been pushed back to this coming Saturday the 25th!! Moral of the story...don't pay in full!! Still recommend. Furniture is quality made and reasonably priced. It comes with a fantastic warranty that's worth the price. Post Covid, staff wore masks and we were sanitized at the door. Bonus!! John was knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He was friendly, and a bit comical. He also pronounced my name correctly which nobody ever does. Came in for a bed, left with a bedroom set and a dining room set. Like I said TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!! Still

I heard about Bob’s when I lived in Arizona. The wife and I just moved to Indiana and bought a home. We’ve been looking at furniture for a while now from numerous different places, but none of them had a selection with the variety and quality of furniture that fit our style and needs or they were way over priced. Bob’s had a huge selection of high quality furniture at amazing prices that the only hard part was picking between which couch set and dining table to choose from. Even then the sales Rep Eric was very knowledgeable and able to assist us in picking the right furniture for us. They also offer a 5yr goof proof warranty on all their furniture which made them the no brainer choice and allowed us to pick the shipping date which was super helpful since we don’t move into our home until later next month and they’ll set up the furniture for you as well. They also offer 12months of 0% financing if you need it and have a nice free coffee and ice cream bar which makes the place very inviting for everyone in the family. I could go on but I’ll just end by saying your doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at least check them out before you buy anything.

Today I bought a mattress for my son . I've never been inside Bob's before and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and orderliness of the store . They even have a cafe with treats in the back! The store representative was extremely courteous helpful and kind. The manager came over to review our order with us before it was submitted. I appreciated the extra effort that they went to to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. The process was effortless and easy and I would recommend them to anyone. Just looking around the store in testing products lets me know that they have quality items there. The only drawback to my experience was the fact that I have to wait a week before I can pick up my mattress. However with that being said it is to be expected anytime you were ordering furniture that sometime delay may be involved. They were up front and honest with me throughout the process and I even got a 15-year warranty!

We had to buy a new bed this. Seriously. So we set out into the world today. We stopped by a couple of places then stopped in Bob’s and met Pam. She’s excellent! She’s a real person. She tells you the real deal with the product and listens to your needs and interests. Her knowledge base of the products is wonderful. You don’t hear a bunch of excuses that add up to not knowing, she knows the info. She worked out financing with us and that wasn’t the easiest task. I don’t know who runs this location but I hope they know what a gem they have in Pam. She even picked up another salesman’s slack when she saw a customer had been dropped. We were completely impressed. As for the store, it’s clean, nice bathrooms, nice little cafe area and a really decent selection of product on the floor. Also worth mentioning, they have things set up - if it’s meant to be plugged in then it is. No excuses. Nicely functioning store.

This was our second purchase with Bob's, but we've been in before to get ideas of what we like. Both purchasing experiences were great. You were greeted at the door, asked if looking for something in particular (in this case we were), then shown briefly with the point of his hand where we can find what we're looking for. At that point we were left alone to browse. After searching for a while, we sat at the couch we decided was best for us. After a few moments, Greg came back to check on us. When we told him this was our choice, he came back with his tablet ready to help us check out right on our new couch! His professional appearance made the experience feel that much more personal. We felt the extra effort he took to ready himself put more emphasis on the professional approach to his job. We will fully return to Bob's for an additional furniture needs.

This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money. Their couches break open at the seams after a few months of owning them. And the replacement sent out did the exact same thing. “Customer Service” (if you can call it that) is just as big of a joke. And if they try to talk you into the “Acceptance Now” option, DON’T DO IT! We had cash in hand and Pam said if we did acceptance now we would have 120 days same as cash. But they didn’t write the paperwork as that and now we are paying so much more in interest for a couch that won’t even hold up for more than 3 months at a time. Pam refuses to take responsibility for that. Acceptance Now said we had to contact Bobs. Bobs said to contact Acceptance Now. They don’t care about their customers. Only about making money. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Poor sales reps. Steer clear of this place!

Midwestern friends, NEVER use Bob's Discount Furniture. After being very impressed with their service, delivery day was a disaster. The couch, which we were told came in pieces, did not come in pieces. The couch is one giant piece that cannot physically fit though any of the outside (or inside) doors of our apartment. Before you ask - yes we measured multiple times. Yes we asked all the right questions at the store. No, we currently do not have anything to sit on in our living room. It was not the delivery guys' fault at all - neither of us were given information. We told the store we did not have an elevator, the store told them we did. We were told it came in two smaller pieces for ease of movement, it did not. I give the two stars to the customer service folks, who got the refund processed immediately.

Nice stuff IF & WHEN you ever get it. First time I ordered furniture, took 6 months to get it. Then never got my rug, it was discontinued by then and they no longer had it (got my money back for the rug). 3 yrs later, I got new furniture again, again, they pushed back part of my order scheduled delivery date 3 times, then discontinued the 2 rugs just 3 days before the delivery date (got my money back again). They have good stuff IF YOU CAN GET IT BEFORE IT GETS DISCONTINUED & THEY CANCEL YOUR ORDER & TELL YOU TO PICK SOMETHING ELSE. Oh and do not buy the Bob's(goof) guarantees, they will discontinue it and then it can't be replaced if damaged (their own guarantee to replace it if anything happens). If ya like to gamble.. then there ya go...

I give our sales associate 5 stars. We took a very long time to make our final decision and she was continuously patient with us and never pushy. She even moved tables and other items in order for me to see how they looked together. This is the first time I actually had fun with this process. We have never had a sales experience as good as this one. I am one that I will avoid eye contact or communication with a sales person until my final decision is made and all they have to do is enter it into their system. So this says a lot regarding this experience as she was with us from the time we walked in their doors. I gave 4 stars ONLY because we haven't received our furniture yet to rate it properly. I will update this review at that time.

Anthony was amazing! I’ve worked with him a couple of time and he made me feel very welcome. He was there to assist when needed but did not pressure me at all. I was teetering on buying the living room set. But Anthony sat down with me in the couch as if we were I his home. He talked me through my reservations and I decided to buy it! I had only been back 5 times to look at the beautiful Milan couch. I’m so thrilled to be getting a beautiful comfy set soon!! The delivery dates were insane! I thought I’d have to wait months to get it, I had to push them back a week because it was so soon!! Shout out to the store manager Don as well. He has always been outstanding in customer service as well! Thank you Greenwood team!

Robin was extremely helpful with my latest visit. As someone who’s never needed furniture because I’ve been in college, Robin helped orient me, gave me styling/decorating/room setup advice, and showed me good prices within my budget and various options. I showed up before I picked up my apartment, looked around with her, and was able to craft a list of what I needed. Then, after I got my apartment and was able to measure/take pictures, I came back to the store same day where she remembered me and worked to finalize a purchase from Bobs that fit my needs and budget. She deserves a raise for her commitment to customer service at Bobs!! I’m looking forward to using my new furniture in my new apartment!

I have been purchasing furniture from this company for a few years now, only I dont think I'll continue to do so. I was told my PICK UP ,a chair that I was going to go and get myself is there at the store. Now they don't close till 8pm, I called at 5pm and was rudely told that the store employees would not help me to pick it up this evening even though it is there.They're sure happy to take your money on commissions but customers be damned if they want to pick up a simple chair. After this order is completed I will never again set foot in your store or spend another dime with yoir company. There is no excuse as to why I cannot go in and get my item other than pure laziness. DO BETTER.

I have ordered my sofa and chair and it will be here in only a matter of days. I want to give a shout-out to Regina at the Greenwood location for making us feel comfortable and welcome. No one bombarded us at the door which was nice and Regina kept a respectful distance while we browsed. We ultimately decided on over $4000 in furniture on this occasion and I left feeling confident about my purchase. 4/3/23 I’m back! We are still THRILLED with our power leather furniture. Everything is working A+ and holding up under rigorous testing by our dogs. I will shop at Bob’s again in the future if the need arises. 10/01/23 Everything is still like brand new and working A+.

Bobs Discount Furniture for the WIN! After 8 furniture stores high end and low end we found the perfect sectional for our needs at Bobs. Price was excellent, delivery and installation setup fee very fair, and a great 5 year protection plan. Our sales representative was Kyikyi. Very professional, took her time to explain options with us, balanced multiple customers, and made us feel very welcomed to be shopping in her store. I have been in customer service for 22 years and Kyikyi is the perfect example of great customer service. Because of her attitude and smile we came back and had no doubts where and who we wanted to purchase our furniture from. Thank you Kyikyi!!

I bought the chloe daybed for my daughter in March, had to wait til May for delivery to the store. Then less than 3 months the bed falls apart. I reached out to them for the warranty and they send someone out, but then I have to wait months before they can get the part. She can’t have a sleepover for her bday bc now her bed is broken and she can’t use the trundle either. Months later they reach out to schedule the appointment for the part replacement and can’t give me an exact time just be home on Friday. Well time comes and guess what now i am waiting months again because they wont have the replacement till mid November. Don’t buy, waste of money.

Bob’s Furniture is a great place to shop and buy furniture. The people who work there are very friendly. There is no pressure while you are shopping, and when you are ready to order they are very helpful and detailed. Anthony made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The delivery process was also a very pleasant experience. They showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They even took their shoes off as they were entering my house. They placed everything where I wanted it and cleaned up all of the trash. I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them in the future!

Paid full price for couch, waited a month for it to arrive at store. I picked up with rented trailer, got home to a damaged couch from packaging. Replacement couch was damaged in the same spot, had to get a 3rd couch, and finally got a good one. Only to be offered a $75 gift card for all the inconvenience. Great idea for Bobs as they only have to cover the cost of product bought with gift card. Horrible customer service for someone spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!! Go above and beyond to help your customers, not here is a couple dollars for making you wait 3 months for the couch that was paid in full on order.

Came into the store and the initial salesman only took a few seconds of our time to point a few things out and tell us that there was an awesome free cafe in the back. Everyone here was really upbeat and friendly, the cafe was awesome, especially for our little ones who dont love staying in a furniture store for extended periods of time. We found an amazing bedroom suite and were ready to check out when Eric suggested we check out the mattresses as well. He gave us a full rundown of the different mattresses and the adjustable base and we fell in love. Cant say enough great things about this place. Thank you!

I was pleased with the service experience I had with Anthony. This was my first time buying anything at Bob’s. I was a little nervous about the quality of what I was getting, but Anthony showed me so many different sets after I explained what I was looking for and explained the differences in the material of each one. I ended up buying the set I had my eye on online and after sitting in it I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I would definitely recommend Anthony, he was super personable and good at what he does. Super nice guy in my opinion, thank you for making my experience enjoyable.

Customer service is a joke. We ordered from this chain and received the worst delivery services and customer support ever. In fact, its been almost a week since I contacted the store and still have not received a call back. The delivery people cussed at my wife in a different language (which she is fluent in). Its not hard to be kind, unless you work in customer service for this company. They evidently train their staff to be rude. we received poor delivery service, customer service, and absentee service from the store manager. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

Great and easy experience! Eric was very kind and did not pressure to over sell… Respected our wishes. The manager Jerry I believe was very kind as well, and overheard our conversation with Eric and retained the information we had conveyed to Eric, which was a nice touch and showed that we mattered to them. The prices here really are incredible and cannot be beat. We shopped around multiple places, but this was by far the best. They don’t have sale prices, Their prices are just that good already. Free ice cream, coffee, and candy were a nice touch!

Sadly disappointed with us being a 1st time customer. We opened an account and purchased a King bed set 2 weeks before the holiday. We understood that it may be delayed, but was assured that some of the pieces were available and that when the rest arrived, we would get a call to schedule a delivery time sometime after the holiday. That never happened. We went back to the store on our own to follow up, and now we were being told the pieces are now another 4-6 weeks out!!! How is this customer service? We canceled the order. Thanks Bob!!

Absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff who really treat you like friends! Lots of great, affordable options to choose from. There’s really something for everyone, you can’t beat the price for such amazing quality. Greg helped us from the very beginning. He made sure all of our questions were answered, measured the couch for us to make sure it would fit in our home and just provided overall excellent customer service!! I’d recommend all of my friends and family here. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I trusted this store for furniture of my new house. Tony H (sales associate) helped me with my order. Placed order on Jan 10, 2021 with the promise of delivery by mid of March. Today is the last day of March and they're still struggling to fulfill my order. UPDATE 04/06 : Today they delivered sectional and Ottoman. Whole assembly was full of misalignment and legs leveling issues. Moreover Ottoman came without legs. Underside dust cover came off too. Really disappointed to see such quality.

Don't buy there goofpoof protection If buying furniture from bobs they will tell you that its from Bob and take your money but if you need that after a year it suddenly becomes guardian. I bought furniture and put several requests to within a year to get my furniture fixed because after 2-3 months there is always something broken down or staples coming out or it's making wierd sound. Few months ago I got a brand new love deat replaced and it's broken again. Don't get goofpoof

We were blown away with the service we recieved from Greg. He was knowledgeable and let us look around without hovering. Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a salesman. We left feeling so happy with our decision and who we gave our business to. We will be recommending Greg and Bob's furniture to everyone. Thank you so much for making this a great day of furniture buying! The set and price we got is perfect for what we wanted and in our budget.

My experience at the store was ok, but I’m annoyed that today I received conflicting info on the delivery date. I have already waited multiple weeks for the item and now am told my purchase will be delayed. Then I receive a text and email that the delivery will be on time. And then I contact them via phone to learn the delay holds. I think the communication system needs updated. A delay is bad enough; confusion doesn’t need to be added into the mix.

The sales staff were great, Especially Pam! The sales staff were around to answer any questions we had. Would check in periodically...but then they would walk away. They wouldn't hover over us. They let me and my wife take our time and talk to each other about what we wanted. Tried a few other furniture stores and the sales staff were on top of you the whole time. We ended up buying a sectional from Bob's. Will definitely go back in the future.

This was my first time ever in any Bob’s Discount Store and I must say I was highly impressed! It was clean and very well designed. Super easy to see what you’re looking for! I was greeted at the door by Pam! Now let me tell you, if you ever go to Bob’s in Greenwood IN ASK for Pam!!!! She was so excited to help me and was very informative about any questions that I had! Thank you Bob’s and Pam for helping me find a bed frame! :)

When we walked in we were kindly approached by Regina and after sharing the location of what we were looking for we approached the area. On our way we were kindly greeted again by a manager. We looked around and immediately found what we’re looking for. The closing process was simple and they made us feel very important. Made our selection, he explained delivery options theanager came over and introduced herself and she went over the order to verify the information. I paid and we were on our way. Smooth transaction. I first entered and was asked if I needed any help. I told them what I was looking for. They directed me to that section of the store. I was left alone to shop, not feeling any pressure from associates. I was done looking and started asking question to Pam my sales associate. She’s great to work with. She was quick to help and not pushy at all. If you need furniture talk to Pam.

Robin was our sales person She was educated and knowledgeable about the styles snd fabric/leather and care. We had a couple of laughs and we were comfortable with her. We purchased love seat couch and recliner with coffee table too. After looking at several other stores the prices at Bibs were so much better. Lots of sets to see. Great job Robin thank you

Anthony was great. Greeted us when we came in and explained some things then let us look on our own- just what we wanted. But he was always right there when we had questions. Got paperwork done quickly to open card and finish sale. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant and friendly to work with. If we ever come back, we definitely ask for him!

We purchased a sleeper sofa and chair set over 3 years ago, and it still looks new! We, and our dogs, love it. We just went back and ordered a large sectional for our family room. Terrible experiences. Will never buy from this store again. You can't speak to the same person when calling customer service. Still waiting for my couch to be fixed and correct after 12 weeks. Have spoken to multiple people and still don't have a resolution. Anetra at the Greenwood store was rude and condescending. Do not shop here.

Between the great prices and the warm atmosphere, Bobs funiture is the right place for you. I recently ordered a chair from bobs. It was very reasonably priced and the shipping was pretty average for a furniture. I went in store to pick it up and was helped bringing it out to my car. Bob’s Customer Service care is the best you can get. But do NOT deal with the Acceptance Now team. They are rude. The finance manager there is just unhappy and should not work. They have switched managers there 3 or 4 times within the last 18 months. Acceptance Now is a flat out joke. But the Bob’s team will take care of you.

The sales people here were excellent no high pressure. The sale person was polite professional no pressure. Store is well supplied and prices are posted well. Kinda a joke, they put on there website a couch for 500.00. Thought I would go to the store and buy it and put it in my truck. They keep no furniture to sell in store it all gets shipped from Illinois. That 500 dollar couch is now 609.00 for taxes and delivery fees and an upcharge if they have to put it together.
