This clinic offers a great deal of care for pets. They professionally and warmly addresses the concerns that pet owners have in making the best choices for their pets wellbeing and quality of life. Upfront prices that are affordable - one of the few vets where asking for a quote won't give you a figure that somehow doubles after operations and tests due to the fine print of "estimated costs". Detailed explanations are provided regarding the health of your pet and the outcomes for surgery. He won't push you to undertake unnecessary and costly procedures (unless you as the client believe it will benefit your pet). The option to have an affordable home visit is very important and just adds to the quality of service and care that the clinic provides. I'm very happy that as a client I am able to call up with concerns about my ageing pet and know they will not only recieve a response but will be treated with importance.

Dr Ken has looked after my various animals for the last 16 years both as mobile vet and also at his practice. He has always treated me and my animals with respect and kindness. I have only ever had to go elsewhere twice and that was for an out of hours emergency (Dr Ken provides this information on his website). He has euthanised 2 of my animals who were very unwell (at my request and with his professional agreement) and I was given time and compassion to deal with the process. When he came to the house to care for my first cat, his ‘coffee table’ surgery was of the same high standard as the clinic situation. Mel and Shannon are always caring and helpful when I call and my dog seems to know the clinic is a safe place to be as she pulls me into the building! They made an appointment with us but rang up and cancelled on the day. They told us that they couldn't fit us in for the day. Why make the appointment then? We'd already waited 3 days for them to come in the first place. It wasn't as if they made us a priority. We'd given our dog medication in preparation of the vet's visit. They didn't care. They actually had the nerve to blame us for them cancelling the appointment. They were rude and completely indifferent to our dog's well being. I wouldn't use this vet service if it was the last one on the planet. Don't trust them to keep appointments. They won't. And don't trust them to care for your animal. They don't care at all.

He was fine the first time he came to see our dog although I did hear him be rude to another client on the phone while he was at our house. The next time he came he was rushed & seemed more concerned about getting home so he could go away for the weekend. He gave our dog at least 4 injections of god knows what plus tablets for him to have over the weekend. Within minutes of him leaving our house our dog died. We were frantically trying to contact him as he drove off down the road however his phone was conveniently uncontactable. My dealings with him after this event were horrible, he’s rude & had no compassion at all.

I have been taking my dogs and ferrets to Dr Ken for around 10 years now and highly recommend him. He is such a caring, compassionate and knowledgable vet, who has always gone above and beyond to care for my pets. I recently had to leave my dog under their care for a few days while she was unwell and I felt comfortable knowing she was receiving the best care possible, while also surrounded by such caring and compassionate staff. Thanks to all the staff, it's such a great feeling knowing I have a vet that not only I can trust, but who my pets also feel so comfortable with.

Dr Ken is fab with animals and amazingly good at people too (not all vets are this good!). A quick diagnosis, thorough health review, lots of good questions. Exactly the service you should receive from someone caring for the special someone in your life. Was initially concerned by the look of the building, however once you step inside it's everything that you need, including excellent service. A third follow up meeting just to be sure was very welcome too. Highly recommended... for animals and worries humans too ;) As Dr Ken says, 'Let's take a look...'

We have been using Dr Ken for a couple of years now and our 8 yr old staffy needed a tooth and a lump removed, it worked out he needed 7 rotten teeth removed so the surgery took longer than expected, so he had to stay in overnight, with no extra charge , but for care .Dr Ken & Mel both rang me a couple of times to keep me updated as they knew we were both stressed. Thankyou Ken, Mel & Kelly ,for taken care of our precious one, see you next time , highly recommend.

Ken saved our cat. I called last minute before COB on Sat, was advised to still bring it in. Operation (some bad teeth infection) was done in half an hour after arrival. And after 2 days we got our small family member back, felling much better. It not just good service, and attitude but price was really lower, compared to a few offer ive got over the phone by other vets. Thank. Now i know, where to go if our cat in troubles

My dog gets so anxious going to the Vet and has required sedation at every Vet we have visited, until we met Ken. Ken has such an amazing way with animals! He is able to make my dog feel relaxed & even administer his jabs without sedation, or any restraint. Massai now get's excited about visiting the vet as he adores Ken. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Super fast diagnosis! Super fast treatment, Super cheap!!! Super happy fur baby!! Dr. Ken is the best vet I have come across in over 30 years of being a pet owner. I can’t recommend him enough. Great service friendly staff and no delays (unless there's an emergency) they have a water bowl in the eating room and will also perform surgeries if needed the staff remember your pets and try their best to make your pet happy. I did my pups vaccinations there and am planning on going there in the future for my budgees

Dr Ken has been the personal physician for my pet spaniel Rory for all of his life and has always been very helpful , kind and extremely knowledgeable. Rory loves Dr Ken and his tail never stops wagging when he sees him. I recommend Dr Ken to every one I know and rate him very highly.

Dr Ken's is a small business and he takes a lot of pride in looking after his animal patients. Dr Ken is the sole vet at his practice and he is supported by 2 parttime vet nurses/assistants. I like this surgery because both you and your pet are made to feel like you are family.

The service I have received in the past from Dr Ken and his staff has been nothing but first class. They always go above and beyond my expectations. I love the reminder letters and nothing is ever too much trouble. Can certainly recommend.
