I was very excited to order with Urban Styles Furniture, they had a great selection and decent prices for what I was looking for but unfortunately our experience was not great. Our sales team member was super helpful when picking out a mattress and bedroom set, we settled on our options and but wanted to make sure the bedroom set we chose did not have a crazy long lead time (January 2022 lots of shipping delays on furniture) and we were told it would be 12-16 weeks on the furniture and 4-6 weeks on the mattress. We were changing the size of our bedroom furniture and did not have anywhere to put the new mattress so we asked to have everything delivered together. We asked if the lead time on our furniture changed once the order was placed wit the manufacturer that we be contacted. Our furniture ultimately did not arrive until the end of July/beginning of August and between March and July we contacted the store 5-6 times for updates. Each time our "expected delivery time" came up or passed we had to call the store, the store did not contact us with updates. On two occasions the staff was rude and would not allow us to voice our concerns (not the sales staff member we previously worked with), when the manager was not in there was no offer to take a message, and the person I talked to made a comment to me that "they were tired of taking flack for this set and everyone was complaining". I asked on each occasion for someone to reach out to us if there as a change or the delivery was pushed back further and this did not happen, and we were constantly told we could have the mattress delivered (and later made to feel that the reason the mattress was damaged upon delivery is because we didn't have it delivered and requested our order together). In total it took 3 deliveries over a 3 week period (total order included mattress, bed frame, nightstands and 2 dressers) to complete our order and the mattress and one dresser had to be replaced due to damage when it arrived. The first mattress arrived stained and the delivery team suggested we might have gotten a "loaner" mattress which was later determined not to be the case but if it is something they do then that is concerning. During the first delivery the team knocked a clock off the wall damaging the wall with scuffs from the paint on the clock and scratches in the dry wall. There were multiple delivery issues with the first and second delivery and finally the third delivery all of items arrived. We had been in contact with our sales team member who we felt did try their best to help and keep us informed but the rest of the service team did not. I had been in contact with a manager what was helpful to start and then acted as if we were an inconvenience for following up when we had not been reached out to. We were told they were "definitely going to be doing something for us in addition to getting our wall repaired" after the first delivery. It took almost 2 weeks after the final delivery in late August for our sales rep (after I made inquiries to the manager) to reach out and let us know they were giving us was ended up being approximately 6% of our total back in a refund. Our wall still had not been repaired and we had not been contacted by the warehouse team to set up time to have it looked at, which we noted each time we spoke to someone. We never received a call or apology from the manager regarding all the issues we had. It is now October and our wall is not repaired and we have not been contacted for a repair. I have also reached out with details regarding our service and lack of repair to our home through their website for assistance on 9/12/2022 and did not receive any response. While we still like the furniture, the customer service and resolution to the many issues we had was not appropriate and will be looking into our options to ensure we get the repairs made. I held off on leaving a bad review in hopes the company would honor their word but unfortunately that was not the case.

This is a warning to anyone who is interested in purchasing an item from this store - beware of the worst customer service you will ever experience. We bought a sectional couch in October and it arrived at our house damaged at the end of November. The delivery guys took photos and told me someone would be in contact. A week passed by without a word, so I reached out myself the owner Mike (who was our sales contact) and he said he'd handle it. I went back and forth for over two months with Mike because he just kept giving me the go around. I was finally able to speak with someone else who put in a new claim for us since Mike was not handling it. I got in contact with the repair person immediately and thankfully he ordered the necessary parts! Timeline was 3-6 weeks for arrival of parts. It's now been over 9 weeks and the store still hasn't contacted the repair man to let him know if the parts have arrived. I have reached out again twice to multiple people at the store without a resolution. I am so frustrated that I paid for a brand new sectional and here I am over 6 months later with the issue still isn't fixed. I'm convinced this team only cared about making the sale and not about resolving our issue. I want to make note that we love the couch and overall it seems like good quality! We just shouldn't have to wait for over 6 months for the issue to be resolved.

We first purchased a couch from Ashley's Furniture in July. Unfortunately, they were unable to fulfill our order within the allotted 90-day time-frame. After visiting Urban Styles, on several occasions, we settled on a gorgeous cappuccino piece they had in the showroom. We had some hesitation, as the world is in flux due to the pandemic and furniture is anything, but easy to come by. Mike did everything to assure us he could have our couch to us within the month. I was extremely skeptical, I must admit, but we still went through with the purchase. Mainly because they offered us a sweet deal, that even if we had to wait, was well worth the hassle. Not only did Urban Styles Furniture deliver on their promise, they called us within two-weeks of said purchase to schedule delivery. I am nothing short of amazed with the quality of service we have received. The delivery crew was fast, efficient, and respectfully followed all guidelines whilst in our home. We truly appreciate giving Urban Styles Furniture our business and look forward to working with the company again. There is something to be said for companies that rise to the occasion, especially in 2020, when everything is uncertain. Thanks again to Mike, the store manager and his team at Urban Styles Furniture, you forever have a customer in us.

I’m so heartbroken. May 2022 we placed an order with the manager for a large piece of wall art… we were assured that it would only take about 8 weeks and that shipping to Florida wouldn’t be a problem. So we happily paid for our art and extra shipping. Now here we are in March 2023 and we still don’t have our wall art. I have called dozens of times. Spoken with more than 3 different employees, been told that they would call me back but no one ever does. I have even messaged the CEO on LinkedIn to no avail. I Was told that my item was in the warehouse… then that it was in the wrong warehouse but it is now in the right warehouse… then that they were just back logged and trying to get through a bunch of other orders… then that the original quote for shipping isn’t going to cover what shipping companies are quoting now… then I was assured that it would be delivered in 10-14 days because the shipping broker was working on it. That was in January 13th. Well here we are, March 13th, and still no delivery. I just want what I’ve paid for and what I was promised. No one will call me back, no one will give me real answers. The sad thing is that I still want the wall art that I purchased!!!!!!!! I just want someone to figure this out and make it right!!!

We had a great experience. While I am not for people who work on commission and there were times I felt really bad walking into the store to check the color of the couch we ordered to verify it would match the paint color and other things in the house we were building, everyone was super friendly. I also changed my mind on our original set we were going to purchase but I am so glad that I did. We ordered a living room set and an awesome light fixture for our dining room. We had issues with the light fixture we received off the truck that wasn't in a box and had a plug for connection like a lamp and there were pieces that were broken but we received a whole new one. Mike was awesome and very apologetic for the light fixture scenario. We also had a chair we ordered that went with our living room set and the legs were stripped and wobbly but they exchanged that for us as well and they were super nice about it. So far we love everything that we have purchased, more so because it is unique and different. We will continue to look at the store for additional pieces for our new home.

I recently bought a condo downtown and needed to buy furniture to furnish it. I called the store on the Friday before Labor Day to inquire if they were open and able to do labor day delivery. I spoke with Jeff. Normally their delivery service does not work on Mondays but they were very accommodating and told me they would be able to do that for me. I went in on Saturday and purchased a bedroom set, a dining room set, and a number of accent tables. They were able to work within my budget and Jeff went over and above to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Admittedly I can be a little bit of a tough customer but he was very patient and listened to my needs. They arrived on Labor Day and the furniture was set up perfectly. I have shopped here in the past when I was buying furniture for a previous home I bought and had similar great service so obviously their reputation holds over time. I have shopped at basically every furniture store in town and this continues to be my go to. Highest recommendation from a very picky shopper.

The team was great when placing my order. I ordered multiple pieces of furniture 10 weeks ago with an expected 2-3 week lead time. I’m still waiting on two items and the dresser I purchased had to be replaced because it was leaning 3 inches forward. The replacement was quick and painless, which was nice. The delivery team was missing screws for the slats on the bed frame, which had to be delivered the next week. The delivery was originally expected at 3 weeks for a dining table and chairs, then pushed 3 more weeks since they had the chairs, but no table. Now they have the table and no chairs (still no ETA). I also had to text/call for follow-ups for about month to get an update. The team is kind and understanding, a replacement was pretty painless, but with supply issues I wouldn’t trust delivery times.

2 stars explanation below: We bought a new couch from them and added on a warranty through the company they partner with. Having 3 dogs at the time, we liked having the peace of mind in the event that the couch incurred damage which didn’t take very long. Working with the warranty company was a nightmare and they denied the claim based on the assumption that the damage was accumulated over time and not a singular “incident”. I reached out to Urban Styles to let them know my dissatisfaction with the warranty company and did not hear back (which was months ago). This is the reason for the 2 stars. Until I hear back it will stay at 2 stars.

I recently moved and needed to purchase a considerable amount of new furniture. This was a my chance to change up how I styled my home also. Urban has an incredible selection, but the displays inside are what set it apart. I've purchased a table, but not the standard chairs, I was able to customize. I've purchased art, serving trays, accent chair, kitchen chairs, and more. James Welch helped me on several occasions and has even promptly handled returns and exchanges. Great staff, great product, highly recommend!

This was my first time at Urban Styles and I loved everything about it. The store has such a unique, eclectic variety of furniture and decor pieces and is so visually attractive to walk through. The sales staff are helpful, but not in any way pushy. I wasn't necessarily planning on buying anything when I went in today, but fell in love with the couch I found.I was so pleased with the service, I knew I couldn't leave without it. Shout out to Mike for his help in getting the perfect couch for my home!

I was so excited to get bedroom set from this place. That fact that I waited almost a year to receive it is no big deal considering it was during covid. But the fact that when it arrived my headboard has many flaws in it. I have contacted them to get a new one and nothing has been done, I have even went up there and James promised I would receive another one. So now another year later I still have yet to get it and with no communication at all.

The furniture is very unique and stylish. We ordered a sectional, live edge coffee and end table, large wall clock, and few decorative items. Everything is heavy and of good quality. Most of it was delivered pretty quickly but we had to wait on a couple items. The staff was very pleasant to work with going above and beyond when things didn’t go as planned. Overall a good experience and will be back in the future.

Ugh I love this place. So many unique items to look at. It's got a real flea market vibe with upscale products. Pretty expensive furniture but it's all gorgeous. When I get my first home this is definitely somewhere I will make a point to stop by. From sofas to end tables, coffee tables to bed frames, bookshelves to dining room tables, chairs to lights, posters to scoreboards this place has it all.

We won the sectional giveaway and we love this couch! We purchased the ottoman to go with it and it’s absolutely incredible! We haven’t had a couch that fits our family perfectly and we all fell asleep on couch comfortably. Everyone was so kind to answer our questions, send us measurements and load it in our uhaul! We know where we can go for good furniture now!
