Edit: The amount of data to record video and audio makes it highly unlikely the owners claims are true. Regardless, as I state in the following review, the snarky comment made to me was said when I was leaving... as in, the hairdresser decided to follow me outside of the store to have her little word. Also, I'm not a sir, so I guess you messed up with more than one customer that day. Not surprised. They only ever have 2 "hairdressers" on, that'show their store is set up. Read the other owners replies, this person is obviously unhinged. If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn't see the shop was closed, the hours on google said they were still open, doors wide open, customers on chairs. Waited out front with my two kids in a fairly obvious way, however no one there thought it would be a good idea to mention to me that they were closed. Wasn't made aware until someone else came to pay. Seems you pay before the haircut here, major red flag for a hairdressers, if you look at the other reviews you can see why, they are obviously untrained and just generally dodgy. As I was leaving one "hairdresser" (who was dressed completelyin appropriately) stopped me to smirk and snarkily say "we closed 2 hours ago, and pointed to a small sign next to the vending machine (pretty out of the way, could easily be missed), with plain printed text with the store hours. Absolutely terrible social skills.

There is one girl who does good job the guy cut my hair yesterday butchered it disgusting he was not a bad person I will never let him cut again all uneven check the back when u leave he did not give mirror disgusting glad the girl to fix will not let him touch my hair again very bad and it’s not a laughing matter it’s peoples hair regardless of price she has long black hair this girl and yes she can cut be careful who I employ wrecking someone hair is serious when I got home checked the back all uneven and butchered only way to describe it worst cut I’ve had in years to be perfectly honest but very glad sorry I don’t no her name was there to assist me which she did he needs supervision like I said I would not let him ever cut my hair again not sure about how he is with mens cuts don’t care I only worry about my own hair also European lady tall very good cutter and the girl long pony tail that fixed the mess

Total zero from me. Totally unprofessional. Girl was on the phone using her blue tooth all the time. She just hacked my hair. And when I asked her not to use razor she insisted she couldn't do it. Well a proper hairdresser can. I had to go to another person to fix my hair. I have worked in a industry of customer service my whole life. Your staff member was appalling I watched the other girl the whole time. At least he looked handsome and had a perfect cut and she did it and was paying attention to him. End of rant. I suggest the owner look for more professional girls to cut hair.

I don't know how to rate zero stars, or I would. If you wanna simply style your hair even a little bit, go somewhere else to do it because all they can do is shave your hair off. They legitimately have no clue on how to deal with hair. Even a high schooler could do it better than them. I asked for a 0 to 1 fade bottom up stopping at around halfway of the side of my head. They kept messing it up until they basically did a 0 all around but unevenly. Please don't make my mistake just go somewhere else.

This barber's claim is cheap haircuts. You pay cash into a machine and then wait your turn with the number the machine gives you. A large display shows the number so you know where you are in the queue. A bell lets you know when the next barber is ready. For a quick trim, the service is ideal and the price is right. You're quickly on your way again. For a little extra, you can have a style cut. It is not the place for a full treatment and long conversations; simply a quick, good value trim.

Forest lake u10 Hair dresser started swearing the "f" word in shop because I pointed out a problem with uneven cut she didn't want to fix it. Very rude and started yelling and swearing. I had to get security involved who agreed but the u10 hairdresser lady didn't want to corporate. Had to go another place to get it fixed. U10 at forestlake shopping has very unprofessional staff. As customers do we have any rights ?? Well in this shop you certainly don't !!

I went in needing a simple men's haircut, there were two Taiwanese hairdressers/barbers working. The haircut was surprisingly great, the staff working at the time were extremely nice, it was a fast and efficient process (wait time <5 min with zero notice), the price is great. For my needs, this place is perfect. If the owner sees this, please compliment the staff that were working around 11am on Thursday for me!

I’m not a fan of getting a haircut from a Ladies, but I decided to give it a go after I was tired of trying out barber shops nearby. Actually the lady has given me a quick and cheap haircut, cause I got my haircut regularly. She charged me $15 before I sit down the chair. A bit lack of customer service as they speak Mandarin. But I’m quite happy with the price and the quality of my haircut. Will come back again!

If i could do a zero i would. I went there for a haircut and told the lady who was just on the phone to someone else to do a number 1 on the sides and take a little off the top yet she took off all of the back which is not what i wanted and was very unprofessional. Never coming back here again.

Happy as Larry! The hairdresser did exactly what I wanted, it was quick and looks great. Why pay double elsewhere for the same result?. Only thing is the staff turnover is high meaning you might not get the same person cutting your hair twice. Quick, cheap and convenient- I'm sold.

I have been coming here for more then five years always been treated with respect / friendly staff/ very happy with there work great value for your money , quick cut , otherwise go pay lot’s more at a barba , but I am happy to recommend here keep up the good work ladies ,

Worst haircut I’ve even tried. The barber was rude and denied to go shorter after I asked them and was very unprofessional in their job. Except some basics they could not perform any other job and they haircuts they give is very basic. Probably suitable for bald people

Never greets or says a word but always on phone in their own language. Refused me for haircut by saying I’ve got product (gel) in my hair. Been there always and never had a problem. The ladies here are so rude and unprofessional. Never going there again.

Wouldnt recommend. Hairdresser at the left booth was obviously having a very bad day and chose to take it out on me. Will definitely not return and will never recommend. I hope she finds some happiness because she clearly a very sad rude person.

Been coming here for many years. I don't come for conversation or politeness. I come for as the sign says, A quick cut. If you want style, pay double and go to a hairdresser. Pure and simple.

Very unprofessional, rude and worst of all use used and dirty equipments which are pre-used on someone’s head. With the same amount of money, you can get a hair cut in other clean place.

Absolute horrible hair cuts. Went there an hour after shampooing and conditioning my hair and they said “next time wash your hair so the roots are easier to cut” they are a joke

$15 for a haircut (you need to have the exact amount in notes for the machine) The barber did an ok job. Not the greatest but can't complain too much for a quick haircut.

My regular go to. Fast efficient service with a reasonable price tag. No nonsense hair cut.ticket system and cash only. Nothing has been too much bother for their staff.
