I've booked a number of holidays now through Travel Club Elite. I admit that after the first booking I took their professionalism for granted. Having subsequently booked direct with the resort and encountered a number of nightmares - luggage booked one way only, etc. I was more than happy to book via TCE when looking for another holiday. They listen, holiday options met my expectations and the final holidays were great. I rate them highly.
