I just got my hair done here at Total Look and let me say that it was such an amazing experience! Although I just got a simple cut it was amazing. Starting off with I went straight in and they got me seated - probably because it was a Tuesday and it wasn't busy. I got my hair washed and I don't know for sure but I think they were using a brand called essence, it made my hair feel really nice. I got a massage done and believe me when I say I was in haven. I closed my eyes and had the most relaxing experience with the massager on the chair. I got a trim done by Olivia, she was super nice and talkative, we talked about me going away in a week and hair tips. My hair is curly so she put in some clever curl products (the treatment and the cream) and used the diffuser to style my hair. The price wasn't through the roof being $60 which I think is acceptable for the wonderful experience I had there. Overall I LOVE Total Look and I definitely recommend going there. The staff are great, there care and awareness of their clients needs is super. I will be going back there VERY soon!

Hands down the best salon in Adelaide (and I have been to many!) After so many bad experiences I was left with awful, dry,damaged and horrid washed out brown hair. .. I've been toying with the idea of going copper for a while (I've been every colour but that) but ofcourse I was nervous - it's a huge change and every other hairdresser I had been to I walked out the door unhappy and with my purse alot lighter.. so I decided to book a consult with the girls at total look , after a thorough chat and a plan of attack I booked in, still super nervous I was made to feel at ease.. I emailed a few times and was answered quickly and wasn't made to feel like I was "one of those clients" the salon is beautiful,the staff are so friendly,professional but down to earth, complimentary head massage, tea,coffee,juice,even cheese and biscuits.. and most of all I freaking LOVE how my hair looks.. no one pushes u to buy products but I went back in today and got some because I don't want my hair to fade.. 10/10 service- across the board..

You'd be hard pressed to find a better hair salon in the Eastern Suburbs. I know- I've tried almost all of them! Total look staff greet you with the warmth of family, chat away happily and comfortably and actually listen. Let me write that again real slow ....they actually listen! You start with a consult and they ask questions about your hair as they know you know it better than they do. Then there's the head massage...drool! Then the artistry starts. But wait, it's not over because during the blow dry you get a hand massage!! Staff like each other and speak kindly of one another. They remembered details I shared without needing to check notes on the computer. My only criticism (all good reviews need balance) is that it was over too quickly. Sigh. 6 stars but I can only pick 5.

Called today to see if they had some product I needed. Athena said they were closed but if I was nearby she would wait for me. Which I was so grateful for. When I arrived, I was not sure of exact product I needed, Athena was able to give great advice and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Considering she was closed, she could have just rushed the sale, but instead gave her time and attention to give outstanding service. If I didn't live so far away, I would be back to make this my salon! Thank you Athena.

Total Look Hair & Beauty. Just. Awesome. Athena and all the staff do a wonderful job to ensure you are welcomed and comfortable. From the 'welcoming' massage to cafe style coffee, Total Look provide a range of award winning services. I particularly enjoy the relaxing 'mini facial', a 15 mini relaxing facial cleanse. Amazing. Great service as they fitted me in for a last minute make up session and made the process easy. They asked questions about my likes and dislikes and checked with me throughout the make up session to make sure I was happy. The result was lovely and I had many compliments on the night.
