Worse customer service. I bought a sofa&loveseat from them and only 2 hours after I ordered, I call them to see if I can cancel my order due to something that just came up and they wouldn’t of cancel unless I paid so much money. My order wasn’t even submitted to their warehouse yet , called them only 2 hrs after I submitted an order and they wouldn’t do that . Any place with good customer service u can cancel your order 24 hours or 48 hours before item leave the warehouse but not this place. I wanted to buy so much more from their store but just for that reason I’m not buying anything from them any more. Now I’m stuck with $1800 sofa that everyday I looked at, it remind me of their poor customer service

Do not buy anything here!!!! They will give you now warranty even though they tell you they will give you 24hr warranty. I got home with my sofa and called in damaged piece and missing piece with in 4 hours of leaving the store. They told me they inspected the product with me at the warehouse. Which is a lie. They didn't even help me tie it down something the salesman told me they would do at the store. Notice how google maps doesn't have their number. The only number you have the one on the paper. Which is a cellphone. Also wont connect you to a manager.

I purchased two vanities for my girls and within 3 days both benches to both vanities were falling apart. They refused to do anything about it. And a week and a half later the vanity I purchased for my tween, the drawers on it are not real mirrors I found out they have foil tape and it's coming off inside the drawer that you cant even get to!! It was not self done, poor quality!!! I wish I could upload pictures!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASES!! I've since taken my business some where else!!

Do not buy from here. I bought $1,000 worth of furniture from there and within 1 week of putting it together it started coming apart, they said they only offer a 48 hour warranty. I am so disappointed because I was planned on buying from there again until the way I was treated.

Visited this store today and i was not pleased at all. EVERY staff member had their heads down looking at their phones. Not one person came to assist us with furniture so we left to go spend our money elsewhere.
