Not even one star.what has became this place is awful.There are some employers who try to keep the place running but there are also a bunch of "kiddos" who hang around with theirs colleagues who supposedly at work but is bad really bad.This place is a gathering of kiddos who apparently live a high life in no life and I am no kidding,two in the back on third phones one who was not only staff getting ouf of the employees area with a prison dress attitude and gang air three kids at the counter transforming into a bar like really guys you still own this pit? Everything arround is broken one ceiling light is like after the war and the "teens" are terrible they transforming this place into a gathering after school party or what.sorry but we keep this place alive WE not this kids so you the owner better put your foot on the door because in three or four years this kiddos will start shooting in your store.

Actually the worst Tim's I've ever been too. I don't like to spread negativity but I've been disgraced one to many times. You'll arrive after the 15 minute walk to get there, only to find out that only their drive thru is open. Not to mention, all they focus on is drive thru. Their in person clients are left waiting for ten minutes just to get a sandwich that isn't even what they ordered. They never get orders right, and the employees always look so lost and confused. I get it, it's a minimum wage job, but you still need to put in some effort. If you hate the job that much then quit. Not to mention, the employees are so apathetic, I'm surprised they don't just throw the meal at you. Lastly, their ice capp machine is ALWAYS broken. It is the pointes-aux-trembles equivalent to a McDonald's icecream machine, its pathetic.

Went to this Tims over the summer. Because of Covid had to pas thru the drive thru. Spent approx 10mins waiting in my car next to the microphone waiting to order Finally, when I do get get served, there are no more Iced Cappuchinos. Since thats all i wanted I wasnt going to wait with everbody else, i decided to leave the drive thru lane. In backing up my car I clipped the EXTEREMLY high sidewalk curbs causing damage to my vehicule. Since May Ive been waiting to hear from the manager. I did speak with a team leader. She was rude, impolite and arrogant towards me DO NOT SPEND ONE PENNY HERE. THEYLL MAKE YOU WAIT INSIDE OR OUT LACSADASICAL MGMT!! PAS FORT!!!!

Edit: Disrespectful and completely rude staff. Mock customers and spend more time talking than serving causing huge backlogs in the line. Needs new management and a complete restaffing. Original: still has a ton of room for improvement...the dark roast is drinkable but that's it. Donuts are disappointing. Meat in their sandwiches is reminiscent of tofu-faux-meat...only not vegan/vegetarian. 24 hours is convenient as is drive through (unless there's a huge line), just make sure they get your order right if it is busy.

This Tim Hortons is an absolute tarnish to the brand. Unfortunately, I live in the area but believe me when I say this, take the 5mins needed to go to another one and you'll save the following: -Abysmal Service -Constant Mistakes in Orders -Wait Times beyond any Drive-Thru experiences I've ever seen If it was once in a blue moon, it'd be selected employees but this is steadily and constantly the worst Timmy, that is bad owners in my book, please sell your business to someone who will care.

I blame the management team for getting untrained staff on the floor. This is slowest, most frustrating Tim I encountered in Canada and I have been to 6 provinces and one territory. AVOID! Your order will be delivered wrong after it took you 25 mins and explaining yourself over and over to multiple people.

I don't know if it's just me but everytime I go to Tims it seems like there's nothing. The thing that I did want was apparently super complicated because I had to repeat it atleast three times. Nothing wrong with the taste of the food it was all good. Just improve your service.

Made an online order from the Tim's app showing the store open 24h and same thing for Google but when I got there an employee at the drive truth told me they where close... Ok no big deal , but you took the payment anyway while closed ?

Service is so slow! They are like10 behind the counter and someare just chating there doing nothing just waiting for the next customer. Instead they should help others preparing the food and drinks.

Too small, not enough room, especially when you're waiting at the counter to place your order. Since it's to close to the door, you always get bumped in .... And service is slow …

Just passed by the drive thru (it’s advertises to be 24 hours) and the girl working drive thru tells me they are closed…. Please hire employees who are not lazy incompetent degenerates
