"I had a horrible experience 4weeks ago"
"This used to be a great place to go for coffee"
"AVOID THIS TIMS AT ALL COST I walked into this Tim Hortons today at 6 o'clock to buy donuts"
"Oh my god"
"Worst experience at a Tim's in my whole life"
I had a horrible experience 4weeks ago. I debated whether to write this but I am still infuriated so here goes. First when I got there had to wait while staff was having conversation with some very gregarious and puffed up client. He was loving the attention and the female working behind the counter was flirting with him. I could not believe I had to wait while this was going on. Dating game wow! Then my time to order I say bonjour but then started ordering in English..well its a wrap so I mean French English same thing. A Wrap, le wrap.. The girl asks another guy to come and they all laugh like Anglais..Engleeeeshhh sil vous plait..Im standing there thinking oh my gosh they are laughing at me... Im told they do not serve the chicken bacon wraps. Im like but not only is it on menu I literally see them preparing one for that guy I mentionned earlier( said it in French) Then he mumbles smthg like but he is not having a wrap ..he is having a sandwich with pita ...I am dumbfounded at this point thinking Im in crazy land. I said OKKK then Ill have a SANDWICH like lui with the pita wrap. I just can not get over how weird that whole experience was. Btw not first time had a language problem there but not like this where they actually laughed and then the wrap sandwich whatever fiasco. It was just all in all strange. Food was ok ...but service...no!!!

This used to be a great place to go for coffee. Service was quick and the owner (a nice lady named Valerie) even worked behind the counter. Then the place got sold and things went from good to bad and to worse. Here are a few examples on why not to go to this Tim Hortons, 1) If you walk in and are the 2nd person in line expect to still wait 5-10 minutes even if there is a staff of 5 people behind the counter. 2) If you order anything more then coffee expect them to mess it up 50% of time. Don't get excited if you just go there for coffee either, some of the staff seem to have a hard time knowing the difference between cream and milk. 3) If you are an anglophone visitor to Montreal be aware that hiring bilingual employees is not a priority for this Tim Horton. On a positive note the male employee working the graveyard shift is very friendly and hard working. he must really feel out of place in that Tim Horton and I expect he will be gone in the very near future.
AVOID THIS TIMS AT ALL COST I walked into this Tim Hortons today at 6 o'clock to buy donuts. Their counters were completely empty - there were no donuts not timbits left. I was told they wouldn't bake anymore for the rest of the day either because "it was a busy day".... Hands down the WORST Tim Horton's you'll ever go to. I live 2 houses away and have been to this location at least 40 times over the last 2 years. Employees are condescending and extremely slow. If you're lucky enough to walk in at a time when THERE ARE some pastries available, 80% of the time it'll be hard as a rock. Also expect employees to mess up your order pretty much every time and be rude and unhelpful when you confront them about it.
Oh my god. The service from the Cashier was horrible. I went there on 30th August around 9.05 pm. A middle aged man was taking our orders. We ordered many things but as we were adding items to our order, the guy was giving us attitude. We were being polite while making the order even when he was rolling his eyes with every added item. It’s like he’s doing us a great favour by taking a big order. He was showing expression of annoyance because we had a big order. The restaurant showed 24hr. So it’s not like we were very late customers either. Not going back there again. I am not going to pay for getting attitude from anyone.
Worst experience at a Tim's in my whole life...5 people in the front working and they still cant manage the cash register..a couple of them cant prepare drinks..ridiculous..had my order wrong 2 times..gave me attitude..and at the end of all THAT..they messed up my sandwiches...Never coming back here and I wouldn't advise no one..Its a good thing they dont have a drive-thru cause it would of froze the entire restaurant. It's just a complete disaster but the main problem remains with the management. No ship can sail with an amateur captain...
Horrible service when I go there. The staff are generally rude & disrespectful. They ALWAYS have very limited choices (donuts, timbits & muffins), every single time I go there. You're kept waiting while staff chit-chat or better still...argue, in the presence of customers. I've finally had enough & will no longer set foot there again! It's unfortunate that this merchant replaced Dunkin Donuts, which I have fond childhood memories of and miss terribly!

Staff is very friendly but very slow and disorganised. Half the time the order is wrong. Edit: Half the time they do not have iced coffee. I asked if they have ice...they do. I ask if they can make me an iced coffee. They can't... Edit: A customer right after me got an iced coffee. The new employee that just arrived gladly offered to make me one. I can never go in the morning as it would take 25 minutes for a wrap and coffee even there there is 5-6 employees. Ridiculous. Needs a management change.
Very quiet place with a lot of regulars. Small amount of space and slow service. The location is optimal, so in the end, it balances out. If it wasn't for the donuts, I wouldn't go there nearly as often.

The most mismanaged Tim Hortons I've been to. On the same visit, you will hear multiply time sorry that is unavailable. The cashier is so used to not having everything available, every item you order from the kitchen, they will turn around and ask the prep staff if he can make that order. After multiple visits, I decided to black list this Tim's, and just go to the McDonalds two blocks further. Save yourself time and do the same.
The inside is filthy and discusting. The garbage area is so filthy I don't think it has ever been cleaned and disinfected, just gross. Don't they have health inspectors in this country? I have visited 3 world countries that were cleaner. Plenty of mentally ill people hanging around. There was a man sitting down apparently he had some mental health issues and was sticking his hand inside his pants and touching his privates.
No bathroom available for months for NO reason even though they offer eat-in space. (COVID is almost over, no?) Super slow service with only untrained students. Even though they called us at one counter but just left us there behind and served for another customer at the different counter. It was really frustrating.

Only stopped as I was driving by to see if they would change a coffee from another location which was undrinkable due to being burnt and doubt the filter had been changed. They made the change with a smile and without hesitation. I was finally able to enjoy (drink) the coffee I had paid for. Great service and good coffee

Lousy place, bad service and bad attention, in three days I have not been able to buy timbis because there are never, I do not understand why it is supposedly open 24 hours and at night the shelf is completely empty, you can see that the employees do not want to work and do not give importance to the clients. Pathetic

Showed up at 10pm, no soup and no bread for sandwich, when I asked what they do have they showed me half racks of donuts... why bother having soup and sandwiches on the menu if you can't even order them... poor logistic management... never go to this place drive an extra 2 min and go to a Tim hortons that's owned by someone who cares
Dreadful atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Employees were wearing earphones and even after the terrible service, you say thank you and have a goodnight only to have no response whatsoever, not even eye contact. At least the drinks were made correctly.

Service and coffee are what one should expect from tim horton. It was pretty good, no problem. The issue is that I came here for the wifi. it says wifi on the door but it doesn't work today apparently. The staff was not rude but still answered they couldn't do anything about it. That really sucks when their internet is down!!!
Typical Tim Hortons experience. No dining in here. Take out only. It was a hoot ordering in French. If you're struggling they will help you out in English... ha ha! Had to sit in the car to consume our breakfast with the hot coffee. Tim Hortens is always the reliable and cheap place to go when on vacation. Recommended!
Bad service !! We were around 10 customers waiting to get served .... We waited around 10min nobody was working. Two girls were in the bad smoking on the side of the building. One guy was taking to someone on the side of the counter and abother guys was just cleaning stuff Nobody got served in 10 min we just left...
Every time I go to this Tim Hortons I get my toasts burnt! Manager should be doing something to train better employees because the quality of the food is unacceptable!

There was a young male cashier whe we were waiting in line. He was serving a customer who was very clearly giving him a hard time though politely. He kept calm and cool the entire time. He needs a raise. This quality of employee is rare

When I went to order a simple sandwich, the employee was super rude, yelling at her coworkers and told me “we don’t make sandwiches after 9”. 2 seconds later another employee was making one and when I asked they said that they do them. Anything to leave earlier!

Today Saturday it was closed according to hours it was open. without any justification or notice of why, there was an employee and only those of us who were waiting outside were looking at us and he did not say anything about why or how long they opened. terrible service..
This Tim Hortons is the worst I have ever seen. Sadly, I live close to that one, so I went there a few times, and it is always slow (expect 5 minutes just to get a coffee), full of people, racks are always empty, etc. When it's possible, choose another Tim Hortons!
Absolutly terrible service. No one understood what an apple fritter and ice cap was and on top of that there was loads of junk and other food bits in my ice cap. Disgusting. This place is going to make someone sick.

The staff and the service is atrocious. The staff all look like you are bothering them when you walk in. Also it seems like you are bothering them when you order a simple coffee, they kinda just throw it at you, they all look like they are at a funeral.
My boyfriend went to get me 2 apple cinnamon doughnuts at 7 am Tuesday, the day after the snow storm, and they were dry. I thought they were supposed to be fresh daily. It's the first time he goes to that particular Tim Hortons and the last time.
They don't even deserve a 1 star , zero customer service, If you dont have the items in your menu you must update it in your systems and instead of ignoring customer you should apologize and try to reimburse the payment...such a shame
First of, the 3 or 4 employees working there were all in break outside when we arrived. The machine to make latte was broken and the washroom were far from being well maintained.

The donuts are not always fresh in this one, despite the apparently heavy traffic... When there is a mistake in your order the staff will respond defensively to you making notice of it. Possibly one of the worse Tim's around.
Waited 30 mins for a trio of farmer’s wrap. Gave our order to someone else, gave us another person’s order. Management is just terrible.

Cant even get something that sounds like a decent combo in there.Look at this they had no more soup? Paid a fortune for at least a decent sandwich .I buy Tim coffee at the supermarket but never walking in there again!
The girl in glasses never smiles. I am always afraid to give my order to her whenever i go . Sometimes i confuse my order by seeing her in front of me. Otherwise good. Keep smiling and be cheerful …
Extremely Slow, dirty, does not hold all items ever. Wasted my time here waiting… If they are understaffed, sorry for the clients !

The crescent always taste like they have been cook 3 day's ago.... always dry and stiff. Bathroom always extremely dirty and sometimes the staff can take very long before they serv you.
Food quality is better than others branches ive been to but the service is super slow. Its usualy a bunch of unmotivated staff who are on shift and take their sweet slow time to serve.
No drive thru, employees chit chat and play instead of serving clients… also not wearing proper uniform and nets for air and stuff… plus it’s quite dirty stuff on the floor everywhere
It's a decent place. The service is reasonable (but could be quicker) and Tim Hortons as a brand overall has pretty good food. There's not much parking if you're driving, though.
WORST TIM HORTONS EVER. DIRTY TABLES AND FLOORS. THE PERSONAL HAS A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. IT TOOK ME AROUND 15 MINUTES TO ORDER. DON'T GO THERE IS THE WORST TIM HORTON EVER!
Staff doesn't have proper knowledge of their products. I ordered black tea with milk and sugar and what i get was green tea, even though i repeat him thrice what i want.
Worst experience Every time they hand over me wrong order The evening staff is very rude & unprofessional …
Place is dirty, service if you can get any in the early morning or late night. Rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No donuts on Saturday nights or Sunday nights ??
Yup... Client comes next there. They will do everything else before serving you. When they actually do, they have more stuff to do... Happens 3 times
Tim hortons stores in montreal going backwards , stores always dirty, muffins and dounts always missing and on top of that the service very very bad
The service was adequate. The cashier was able to take my order in English which was helpful. The ambience is not different from most Tim Hortons.
Service is getting worst everytime I go there, my order get forgotten most of the times now

I ask for a 4 cheeses bagel and they stole me by giving me half a cheese bagel and half nature bagel for the price of a full cheese bagel.
Great workers, specially during this pandemic, always nice and I never had a single order wrong. Usually I go once or twice a week.
Always a long line to wait, like 10-15 minutes of waiting!!! Bad services and management! Obviously there is a lack of something!!!
The slowest Tim ever. You have to wait like 15-20 min to get the cup of coffee, even when there are only 3 people in front of you.
What can I say it's Tim's. They are polite staff.

Absolutely filthy. Garbage all over the floor from overflowing garbage cans, bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned.
Went there for a long standing craving of french vanilla. There was empty dining and signs of social distancing. Felt safe.
Gave me a defective lid on my coffe cup should make your employee's clean my car cup holders as it leaked all in my car.

Quick service even durring rush hour. Standard Tim Horton's vibe but nothing outstading in terms of customer experience.
Good coffee and doughnuts. Love the muffins. The drinks can be a bit too sweet though, even when you mention less sugar.
Someone was arguing with the cashier which made the wait pretty long but other than that I had a pretty good experience
Very quick and friendly service. There is usually a line up but it moves very fast because they have plenty of staff.
Nice place..small ,compared to other Tim Horton...but clean!!

It's like every other Tim's in Canada: fast service, great products for the price and the ever popular gift cards.
Not much better than "okay"... Could have been a lot better, but could be due to the whole COVID pandemic....
They always sale old bagel coffe cold I go many time same nothing change I hope in future they serve better
Slow and careless. Staff pretty annoyed when they meet you. You can wait for 20 min to get your breakfast.
I love this place, products always fresh 24h. there is nothing in this place whi tates bad. it is so good.
Clean, staff are nice and speaks French and English. Menu are limited when ordering late. Parking free
Says opens at 5:00 am but arrived at 6:05 and still the doors were locked wth?

Quite expensive, coffee is terrible, donuts and Tim bits are nice. Dunking donuts is much better
Slow service, got my order wrong, overcharged and had issues getting reimbursed the overcharge.
Never open before 7 am even though this business keeps updating their opening hours to like 6
The worst service ever and nothing is ever ready for service rather Go farther to get my food
Lol I bought breakfast bagels with egg , cheese and bacon it was so dry impossible to eat!!
Didn't even end up ordering, the line was so long because no one wanted to work the cash
Service is good but the selection is always lacking and it can be hard to find a table.
Lol the lineup is outside the restaurant with like 40 mins wait. What a disaster.
An excellent Tim Hortons the service was the best and every product was on point
The staff is super friendly but the dining room needed some very deep cleaning.
A little bit messy, clearly understaffed. But the staff is friendly and helpful
If you dont know french dont visit this place, they will treat you like jerk
The food and atmosphere is pretty good however the service is way too slow!
Probably one of the faster Tim's I've been to and super friendly too …
Who doesnt love timmies? -1 star for the bathrooms on the second floor...
Clean bathrooms open at least + hours getting better should 24/7 its tim
Maybe it's for the day but they don't have a lot of variety. Good flavor
The best french vanilla with a shot of espresso so far in Montreal.
Ok staff, Not a fan of the coffee, but icecaps and donuts are good.
Great cookies, donuts and sandwiches, but coffee needs to improve
No drive thru, and frequently missing ingredients or menu items
Service very slow washroom noir clean hairdryer broken not good
Good service and good food. Nothing out of the ordinary here.
