Clairement ça ferait pas de tord au patron de ce tenir là plus souvent parce qu'à ce rythme le restaurant sera plus viable dans pas longtemps.... À chaque fois que j'y vais(3 à 4 fois par sem)il y a un problème....Quand ça fait 3x que le caissier se pointe avec la mauvaise commande pis que t'es obligé de la prendre parce-que ça devient ridicule il y a un méchant problème.Mes confrères de travail qui côtoient le restaurant on les mêmes genres d'histoires depuis 1 mois et demi...Note au patron:forme ton staff adéquatement et surtout intéresse toi un peu plus à ton entreprise avant...

This place is getting worse each day! They cannot take orders while serving simultaneously. Each order is taken and then you drive up to the window, wait and receive order one car at a time. There's a white guy who always has a hoodie over his head which is not only unprofessional but he has an incredible attitude and just grunts when I say thank you. This morning was my last time there! 7 cars in front of me, 27 minutes to get a large coffee. I couldn't back out and leave as there were another 3-4 cars behind me. They need to hire physically and mentally quicker people at the drive through and get people who dont interact like grouchy zombies early in the morning.

They are the rudest people i’ve ever been served by. I have a video of a worker named Nordie or wtv literally laughing in my face after i said Have a nice day, they’re other worker Magalie charged me extra things on my bill for “past times” that i haven’t been charged without my knowledge and tried to make me pay. After these two incidents they served me two iced coffees with rotten espresso mouse please let me know if there is someone i cant contact regarding this issue let me add they’ve also been extremely rude to my mother

They had Laura Pausini on the speakers which confused me at first but then brought me back to my childhood days when i would go on road trips with my parents and we would listen to her music. A minute passed but it felt like a month long trip on my senses. I came out of there a changed man. I reconnected with some friends, gave up bad habits and found love. I now have a stable job, formed great relationships and I am about to get married. I can’t imagine how my life would be if I didn’t visit this Tim Hortons. Food was okay.

Je sais pas si il y a eu des changements de Personnel ou que jy suis aller plus de bonne heure que d'habitude, mais ce matin jy suis aller vers 5h30, habituellement j'essaie d'éviter ce tim horton car c'est toujours lenfer pour toute, par contre a ma grande surprise ce matin jai eu un service impeccable, rapide, bonne commande, bien fait , super service a clientel avec de l'entregent, bravo a cette equipe , je reviendrai dans cette heure la sans hésiter merci pour votre service, votre efficacité et votre bon service cela ma donner un bon vendredi matin !

N’a jamais été aussi long comme service !! Prend environ 15 min recevoir sa commande en plus d’avoir des erreurs dans notre commande de 2 sandwich 2 breuvages et 2 beignes !!! En plus de revenir pour faire corriger l’erreur (fromage à la crème manquant) rien de bien compliquer !!! Et que sa prend encore un autre 15 minutes d’attentes avant de recevoir la commande !! Sans parler du temps d’attente au micro !!! De plus, la commande refait dû à l’erreur, est encore une erreur !!!

Nobody knows what they’re doing in here clearly. Ordered 2 farmers wrap, no egg. The man at cash put one without egg, one with. I double checked with him that they both had no egg and he said that yes they would both have no egg. Of course I got egg in my wrap so I brought it back. I stood at the till for 10 minutes, wrap in hand, being ignored before I decided to leave my wrap on the counter and walk out. Terrible service, terrible location, just hit the next one.

Terrible Service... 5-6 employees and they're just walking around.. clearly proving the point of look busy do nothing... they don't even bother to open the takeout option, Only the drive through until 8:00am... NOT everyone has a vehicle to go into the drive through... and when the do finally let you in, they won't take your order for another 5-10 minutes because they just have to walk around, chit-chat with each other.. Possibly the worst Tim's out there..

La nourriture était ce que l'on s'attend d'un fast food mais les délais pour un simple trio ainsi qu'une boisson sont ridicules. Les employés que j'ai pu voir se trainaient les pieds et parlaient entres-eux au lieux de faire la commande. Je suis généralement quelqu'un de très généreux avec mes avis mais cette fois-ci, le service reçu était tout simplement une motivation à ne plus y retourner.

They never have what you want to order. They don't respect the hours posted for breakfast. They don't post their hours on the doors so when you look up online you see 24h but they're closed during the night. Overall I don't blame the employees but management needs to do something to rectify this situation.

Service très long. C'est la seul chose que je peut reprocher à ce Tim Horton. La bouffe est bonne, les employés sont gentil, toutes est frais. Tout les employés sont au service à l'auto et on peut attendre de 2 à 5 minutes pour donner notre commande à l'intérieur.

Le service au volant, la personne qui prend la commande, parle d'un air bête et arrogant. Rendu à la fenêtre la même personne avec l'arrogance. Si la personne ne voulait pas travailler a juste a pas rentrer jai pas a subir ton attitude impoli envers les clients. Je retournerai plus à cette endroit.

As for the food I have no complaints. My meal was good and well presented. The problem with this restaurant is the staff. The waitress seemed to me to hate her job. Afterwards we could hear the staff arguing in the kitchen and a few minutes later behind the counter in front of all the customers....

Extremely slow service, more than 30 minutes to order a coffee when there are few cars in line. Always the same thing every time I go by this Tim rather than another. There are also errors in orders. They forget to put items back or put the wrong sauces on the sandwich. Disappointing.

Slow Service, cashiers walk away from cash to do other tasks , coffee sometimes cold and or old, Tim martins often missing proper buns for trio and eggs often cooked soggy, personnel needs to be trained to be more professional and efficient! A smile would be nice!

Horrible service at the drive thru, takes forever to get through. The staff acts like we are bothering them. Their coffee is inconsistent, today it was like warmed up dirty mop water, barely took a sip and had to throw it away. I had enough with this location.

Good service from the cashier, poor service from the kitchen. Several errors in my orders (3/5). 30 minutes today to receive a hamburger (I was given a Timatin after 20 minutes of waiting). I will never go back there again. One star for the cashier only.

The service is very long, both in the rush and when you are the only one waiting for your order, even if the dining room is closed. The employees do not apologize for the delay and don't even look at you, they don't care about anything. .

No defrosted bread to make sandwiches, no wraps, no croissants, nothing prepared, just coffee, milk, and a few donuts and muffins. Extremely disappointing coming from such a well-known brand... only restaurant nearby available on foot...

This experience was a nightmare... I don't know if they don't understand french or just stupid,,, but definetely the most difficult journey to go some food

Staff at 5pm at the drive-thru is unprofessional with the client, and very slow. They freely insulted me because I was paying with a speedpass. Need services training or not work with client to my opinion.

I felt bad for the employees nothing was going well. Charging the wrong amounts and the orders were all wrong. 3 employees that seemed to under 16 with no experience and no manager to help in sight.

Attitude from one of the workers. I will never go there again. All I did is ask her a question and she completely ignored me. Items too bad I disjt get her name cause I would have put it here.

Waiting time for the drive-thru is horrible! Takes about 10 min to get a coffee 2 times out of 3. Some of the personnel is rude and act as if you are disturbing them. I just want a coffee!!!!

First time I walk into a Tim Hortons and the racks were full of donut. As soon as some were removed they were replaced. Excellent job to the young boy behind the counter making the donuts.

They didnt give me the right order and it took way too long. The doughnuts were stale and my "steak and cheese sandwitch" that i ordered aparently was a steak chipotle
