Longest wait ever for food at a TIMs with no one in front of me at the cash. Group behind me got their order before me. My order seemed lost. Even though I’m standing at the food counter waiting for what seems like an eternity...every one avoids eye contact. No one asks if everything is OK. Bad sign. Eventually got someone’s attention who looked on the order screen to help find my lost order. Wanted to try the Meatless Burger...they had none...only the breakfast patties...so they put two smalls. Tasted like sausage...not good at all for a burger. Would probably be nice with eggs. The one making the sandwich dropped a bag...didn’t say anything...is it for me? I’m eating in...so they got that wrong again...it was only the Franken-sausage-sandwich...missing wedges. What??? They ran out of potato wedges (people after me got them all I guess). Got a half cup but they added a hash brown to compensate. Coffee is probably cold by the time I sit down. Tim’s reputation is going down faster than an Olympian downhill skier. Am I done with the franchise or is this simply the worst one out there???

I'm not livid. this occasion was just annoying. At 11:30pm, i went through the drive through to order a plain bagel with butter. What i received at the window was a sesame bagel instead. I cannot eat sesame seeds due to my medical condition (ulcerative colitis), so i went in and asked why i received a sesame bagel, and was told that they don't have plain bagels, even though the guy punched it in on the drive thru screen... Like i said, it was just annoying.. the worker seemed like a real knuckle head, and the manager didn't seem to care about anything. At the same time, why are so many food items not available around the evening anyway? Only 2 types of donuts available, only 2 types of bagels, mediocre coffee available... Seems like a recipe for loosing customers. Try to improve the service in general, or whatever is wrong with this system. I may have pointed out 2 so far.

This Tims has gotten worse and worse over time. Quality has dropped off, but worst of all is that the speed is horrendous. During rush hour your easily spending 15-25 minutes in the drive through which is unacceptable. I went inside to see what takes so long to notice that not only are they understaffed, but that the current staff is constantly on their cell phones, talking etc... There was once where I went inside, was about to order and 1 of the employees who was about to go on break was able to place an order before me... a waiting customer, during rush hour... After the order was placed the cashier took a phone call right in front of me. Absolutely unacceptable service. Save your time and money and go to a McDonalds.

Very bad service. There’s a racist older lady that if you speak English first or your French is not québécois perfect, she will be very mean and treat you like garbage. She seems to be the manager. My experience was awful. She put my hot chocolate far and didn’t even give it to me. After 15 min I had to ask if that was my order and she was very rude to me with her answer. I hope whoever goes there has a better experience. If you don’t have a perfect québécois French I wouldn’t recommend going there.

Driving by this Tim Hortons at night the architecture intrigued me... Up close it is very ordinary! so my theory is that it's the lighting. When I diverted one Saturday morning, the restaurant was closed. A FedEx driver was leaving asserted short staffed. I suggested it looked like the drive through would work for him, he said nah, but bet he's glad he changed him mind! The parking lot looked appropriate.

Went by at 9:45pm tonight (A Friday!). Website says they're open 24hrs. I pulled up to the drive through and nobody says anything for like a minute. So I say "Hello?" I get back "Yeah we're closed man" from a female voice. I said I just want a coffee, she again with more attitude "Yeah we're closed! We closed at 10pm. I said its not even 10pm, no answer back... So this location closes when the employees want and doesn't care about being polite or their posted hours. Plenty of other Tims around that will now get my business!

Since the reopening after ren ovations, some of the newer staff are really unhappy and rude. No thank you or any smiles. The service was Fast, great coffee(the best in Canada) I'm addicted to their coffee.but as a customer I find it upsetting to be talked to rudely the last few months from the main lady running the drive through. Plus no plastic gloves during covid

I wish Tim Horton had a recognition program because I had the opportunity to be served by Mr. Nick and Ms. Molly last week and let me tell you, these two were so kind and professional. They greeted me with a smile and served me the best toast and tea. I really appreciated the wonderful service. I hope they are highly recognized for their excellent customer service!

Two employees were rude giving me the wrong coffee, and I left coffee on the table. They even complained me asking twice, I repeated twice I want an ice cap as well. Whose mistake is this? They took my money and no returning and no exchanging my coffee at all. It’s like robber!!

Dont know what happened to this place. No Doughnuts on a Tuesday afternoon. I was told their delivery was coming in the following morning. I was told by staff member they have something like $3000 budget for doughnuts and payroll lol. And when they sell out they wait until Next order to replenish. We were 3 cars that just left

Tim's off T-Can near Sources. Place is updated and clean. Food and coffee is as expected. Staff are fine, but sometimes lack friendly personality. I do go there often for morning break.

Changes, depending on manager on duty. Seems to have also had some other changes, since specials run out too often. Location is helpfu off the highway, so lots of big-rigs. Parking is available, but be careful for the truckers, they got to get back to work, so can be in a rush.

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Mobile order took 15 minutes before I had to tell them I ordered. Coffee had grounds in it, tea was the wrong one, donut was stale. Rude kids but they were working hard, at least. You get a star only because you made the tea mistake better.

This has to be the slowest Tim Horton's on the planet. I don't think the staff know their head from their a$$ when it comes to customer service. It took 15mins at the drive thru to get our order. Completely unacceptable and whomever owns this Tim Horton's should be ashamed.

Nice place and friendly staff. The food was fresh everytime I went. I generally go for lunch and the only thing that I noticed was that the food was not that needed to be put on the grill wasn't hot enough, however the staff would always reheat it when asked.

This Tim hortons is always short staff and always close. It doesn’t respect the opening hours. Its now 8:00am and they are serving people through Drive Through. Very Bad Service

2nd issue I have through DoorDash delivery now with this particular location. This time I never received my order. Notified them via the app, a day later the rep told me that the driver did in fact show up to my work. So unfortunately they

They always mess my order no matther what. I ordered a cheese croissant and for sure i'll get a regular croissant. I ask for an english toffee and they made me an earl grey tea. Then one day i asked for my receipt and they told me to park

Fastest Tim Hortons that I've been to throughout this entire pandemic. Great job!! Order was right and I didn't have to wait 10+ minutes in a drive-thru.

Check the level.of your coffee in the closed cup. They short it most of the time. My friend asked for a regular medium and the picture shows what he got.
