The food service was ok but the hygiene and housekeeping was so poor the toilets were all clogged wand when complained about to the staff deployed on the counter they said it wasn’t their duty! I would recommend to use the next door Mc Donald or travel few more miles to other Tim Hortons More

Update: i ordered this morning a Medium french vanilla with bunch of other things.. When I got work I found it half empty. This is not cool. I usualy get my morning ☕ from this location... It takes less than 60sec from ordering to paying and getting the Order. Good service

This Tim is close to my place. We come in weekend for coffee and croissants etc. Two weeks in a roll, we found out the croissants we bought tasted like previous night leftover. The service is not that great either. We will switch to the other Tim nearby from now on. More

The person at the counter couldnt understand me and I didnt get what I ordered the way I ordered it. The person had problems speaking in english and couldn't speak french , i think she was from an Arabic decent. If here in Québec you cannot

Staff prepares drinks and food with no mask during the biggest wave of COVID yet and in a red zone. Had to refuse the order and leave. Went to McDonald, instead they were all wearing mask as required.
