The staff at The Wash Tub on Sunset, especially Cesar, Robert, Anthony, and Omar, are always incredibly kind and courteous. They go above and beyond with the service, and always finish with a smile. I have been going to this location for a few years now and it is nice to be recognized each time as if I'm the only client they have.

Never got my car waved into the vacuum , never got text saying my car was ready , they didn’t collect my claim receipt meaning anyone could have walked up and just taken my car . No one at the front desk acknowledged me until I came back around a second time . This place is just a big no and it wasn’t even busy .

Joel was professional and knowledgeable. After an explanation of the services by Joel I ended up putting both my vehicles on the monthly service. The price point is actually just right versus the SERVICE. I had one vehicle detailed as well. I recommend the wash depot and I also recommend this location.
