Terrible customer service, I had to return 3 times to the store because they don't know where my external memory for ps4 is that I took to repair. After that he(the manager) tells me that they don't know where my device is and that when they find it in a period of a week they will call me to ask me to go for the new replacement, I never received a call. I feel that it is a scam to buy insurance for the devices since, however, your service and care for them is nothing In general, I feel that the manager does not care about the customers since I told him that it is very difficult for me to go to the store (I live far from the center) and he told me that he would speak to me by phone, what I perceived at the moment was that He just wanted me to leave and not help. Now I'll have to call to see if they have any answers .

Alert : Never visit this place We got 6 phones phone from them as part of black friday deal and we were promised a good deal but they totally messed up the registration part while porting our numbers due to which we have been paying 3 times more than promised and it is not worth it and after multiple calls with them and bell I am still nowhere close to the solution as they keep on telling they cant help. So if anyone is visiting make sure you check everything what they do as they are not reliable at all. One piece of advice for them try to take responsiblity of what you do but you guys are scammers in my opinion.

Worst customer experience ever! These guys sit to spend hours for what they get paid! They don't know their work! Nor do they no how to respect customers! If I were to, I would sue them! To talk it specifically, I bought phones with family plan and had a deposit of 421$ done over a year ago! They don't bother finding where your money went nor do they bother helping you out properly, all they would say is, it's you and bell who have the business to do, we aren't responsible for anything "EXCEPT FOR TAKING MONEY" in advance! PS: They know how to keep money and not return it! Watch out

I really loved this place! So much attention to everyone! I got the service and new WOW phone from this place! I was served by very professional person! He suggested me to choose the plan and I really satisfied! I would definitely recommend this place, especially Syed who knows what he is doing and super fast, friendly and of course professional 100%! By the time i was waiting to print the final papers, his co-worker shows me a nice case for my new phone! Very organized! The assistant of manager was present and also was very helpful and friendly! Good team work! #1!!!!

I went to this store with my friend who wanted to buy a phone plan. I was truly impressed by the service at this branch. The girl in this Source store, Sara, who was helping us with selection and explaining the details of the plans was very kind and extremely patient. It took more than an hour but still she never ran out of her vibrant energy and her charming smile. Never seen a sales person as genuine and sincerely dedicated to her work. They have good plans on offer and with such good customer service, who wouldn't want to develop a relationship there? :)

This is the first time I visit this store. The inefficiency behind serving customers is beyond me. Multiple salesmen were standing around, some one their phone, and one of them was talking to friends. I wanted to purchase a product from the moment I entered the store, but their disinterest in customer service lead me to spend 40 minutes of my time with no one acknowledging me. Didn’t buy the product, dont recommend this place. Terrible customer service.

Needed to do a return, there was an issue with how my receipt was originally given to me (no barcode I believe). Team was able to figure out how to get it fixed however their attitude was disgusting. I’ve never felt more unwelcomed in a store so I just stood there quietly while they continued to make remarks to each other about me. Will not be returning.

I went for the black Friday phone deals, the employees saw me waiting they rushed to serve me. There is little you can do to improve the experience though, your service is good, I had no problem getting assistance, but your choices of hardware are rather limited, and that small section of options is the reason for my 3 star rating.
