Well, I was really not satisfied with the service provided. I ordered on line for flowers to be delivered to my wife on January 11th. Flower had to be delivered the next day. Later on, I tried to get in touch with someone to give some instructions on how to deliver my order, but I was never able to reach someone. I tried several times by phone, left 2 messages, I also wrote an email and...still after more than 24h I still got nothing. It is a poor quality services and for that I gave a 2 stars. Unfortunately, because I live away from the flower shop and my wife works closed, she had to get the flowers by herself...this is ridiculous. Here's is the answer I got from the people from this flower shop...I decided to copy paste it before they removed it. As you can see, the chosen tone will give you an indication of what kind of service you might have. And for information I am an infection control specialist, working in many institutions to fight the present pandemic....with my proven success in the ottawa region I certainly don't consider myself as ignorant....just a client really not happy with the service provided. People at this flower shop should have called me, it was really simple. From the message received, you can try to hold on this lonely star. Answer from ottawa flower shop: No Phillipe ... actually you are ridiculous. You ordered the nite before , going to the Montfort hospital . I messaged you for more info , you gave no details !!! You could have simply replied . There are major restrictions due to covid . Instead of replying however you wanted to give us instructions ... like you are the only order we have for the day ? I don't know what planet you live on but there is a pandemic . You are a very demanding , ignorant , Winey , self centred person . You are not the only customer to be taken care of and maybe you should just provide all the proper info instead of blaming others . You seem like a person that loves to complain judging by all your google reviews . Must be nice to have so much time in your hands . Your wife had to pick up your order because she finished work at 3pm ... so we are unable to cater to your demands . Maybe order from a Quebec florist to be delivered to your home next time . Our policy ststes that we can NOT guarantee a delivery time .. but we try our best . As well , you did not mention ANY details in your order you just stated to deliver to 713 montreal Rd . That's like saying .. dekiver it to St.Laurent shopping centre !!! We are florists not Private investigators . Enjoy your miserable outlook on life ! I give you a 0 stars as a customer . Thank you for the headaches you caused !!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who lost someone close to them. No tracking or even notice of delivery so you have to just trust the flowers will arrive. Over a week later, I ask my friend if she received the flowers. No. I email the shop, they respond, confusing my order with another and making an insensitive joke under the circumstances. They say they delivered the flowers. When I tell them that my friend has not received them and reiterate that both the address and phone number of the recipient on my order are correct, they stop responding. If you call, you are directed to email. EDIT: All you had to do was respond when I pointed out that the flowers never arrived. I sent that email in the evening, after going back and forth with your earlier in the day (via email because as I found out the next day, you can't actually talk to a person on the phone) with fairly quick responses from you minus the, well, horrifying laughing emojis when you didn't realize who you were emailing with. I expected to see a response in the morning but come 2 pm that day, still nothing. That was the communication issue, after the lack of delivery issue: after quick responses, silence once I pointed out the flowers didn't arrive. Did you respond because I commented here and on your facebook page? We'll never know because you DIDN'T respond until I commented here and on facebook. Sympathy flowers arriving 10 days late doesn't work. "Take care."

I had an incredible experience with Ottawa Flower Shop! In particular, I had terrific customer service from Peggy. I purchased an arrangement from the Ottawa Flower Shop with white hydrangeas for my best friend's birthday. White hydrangeas are her absolute favourite. I was looking all over Ottawa for an arrangement comprised of mostly these flowers, however I could not find one anywhere. I therefore decided to order a flower arrangement from the Ottawa Flower Shop that had *some* white hydrangeas! To my surprise, after I paid for the arrangement, I received an email from Peggy (from Ottawa Flower Shop) asking if I could like the arrangement to be all white hydrangeas and white roses! It was such a wonderful surprise - I could not believe it! My best friend received her flowers on her birthday and absolutely loved them. The flowers were extremely fresh and - as promised - the arrangement was all white hydrangeas and roses. I will be purchasing all of my future arrangements from the Ottawa Flower Shop! Thank you, Peggy and the Ottawa Flower Shop!

These people wrote the book on customer service... Top Notch!! Not only did they deliver a beautiful arrangement to my wife at work quickly during rush hour traffic to Kanata (I ordered late in the afternoon), after letting them know that she didn't receive a vase with her flowers (which was probably my misunderstanding thinking that they came with one), without hesitation, they went all the way back to Kanata and delivered one to her. They didn't lay blame as to who was in the wrong, they just made it right. To those of you who complained and still weren't satisfied with the outcome, there's probably nothing they could've done to make you happy because, I know, they will try their best to do the best they can and I really appreciate this in a world where customer service seems to be getting lost. Thank you :)

Peggy and Cindy are the sweetest! I just love them, they won me over with their kindness and the care they put into making a gorgeous birthday bouquet for my sister! They went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations! My sister could not stop gushing over the bouquet. The flowers and arrangement was the most beautiful I've ever seen! They used the freshest flowers and also added extra flowers, extra variety of flowers, birthday pick, and a handwritten birthday card, all wrapped up beautifully with ribbons, and the vase it came in was very elegant! They were very efficient and responsive, and extremely polite and pleasant to communicate with. I highly recommend them. I cannot say enough good things about them. A heartfelt thank you to this sweet flower shop.

I had reached out to TOFS to have flowers delivered to Morrisburg for a birthday, unfortunately I didn’t know that the $100 delivery fee was actually meant to discourage people from having flowers delivered outside of the city. Naturally, when Peggy reached out to let me know I had been fully refunded but my order was cancelled, I was disappointed. Peggy totally heard me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. They truly a family run business, her nephew ended up doing the long distance delivery! Point is, they are a great shop with beautiful merchandise and they will do the best that they can to make sure you’re happy with your experience. Thanks Ottawa Flower Shop Family!

The Ottawa Flower Shop created a beautiful arrangement on my behalf. Living outside of Ottawa, I made a choice of florist based on a Google search and I am SO HAPPY with the choice I made. The arrangement was beautiful, and the service was excellent. They made an initial attempt to deliver the flowers on the set date, but no one was home. They called the same day and returned at a later time to complete the delivery and ensure it would be safely received by the recipient, my cousin. So pleased. Thank you, Ottawa Flower Shop! If I ever need anything else in Ottawa, you will be my first and only call!

my husband bought me an amazing bouquet of roses and lilies. the bouquet is very dense. and as the flowers are in various stages of blooming the bouquet will last for a while. it's absolutely stunning. and I would definitely order again. perfect gift to beat some of the January winter blues. my only comment would be I wish florists included a small note when bouquets include poisonous flowers. consuming any part of lilies are highly toxic to cats, even ingesting the water lilies are in can be enough exposure to kill a cat.

Really disappointing service. I booked online and there was no option to choose a time. I needed the flowers to arrive before an important meeting. I called after booking and asked what time they would be delivered. Staff told me they would check and call me back. They did not. I called again later and was told there was only one delivery time, and was quite rude. Because of that, the flowers arrived well after the appointment and sat in a hallway for 8+ hours. Wouldn't recommend.

Check the website today and it says open from 10am till 7 pm, than I decided to drive there to get some flowers for my wife , I knocked no answer, I walked thru door and saw no one Stayed for 15 mn waiting to see if someone would come no one showed up and it was after 1, a total waste of time so I had to go to Loblaws to buy flowers. They left everything unprotected even a thief could come and take anything he wants. What kind of business is that??

I ordered a daisy bouquet and they ended up being all carnations. Also I emailed to confirm when delivery would be, and I didn’t hear back which is totally fine I understand things get busy but I would have preferred to cancel my order had I known that they only had carnations editing to add : the owner let me know that my order contained hydrangeas as well and have offered to send the daisys which is above and beyond in my books!

My boyfriend ordered me flowers and they arrived past 11 PM after being told that the latest they would arrive is 9 pm. They were supposed to be “Valentine’s Day” themed and they showed up all white. Don’t understand what is Valentine’s Day themed about pure white flowers. They look like sympathy flowers lol. Literally so disappointing and disheartening. Wish we chose a different place.

Definitely NOT recommended. Like others rated, customer service is very poor. Had an arrangement delivered as a gift with no notification or identification of shop, arrangement left on doorstep overnight in a snow storm, many of flowers were frozen as might be expected, and one week later, still no satisfactory resolution. I am embarrassed that donors spent good money on this.

What luck that I found this shop! Peggy and Cindy were quick, kind, and professional in helping me order an arrangement to be sent to my MIL in Ottawa for Mother's Day. They were quick to respond and were accommodating to my requests. The arrangement turned out so beautifully! The flowers were fresh and vibrant. Will definitely be using them again. HIGHLY recommend.

Ordered Flowers at 4:45 on Friday for a Saturday Delivery. Called at 3:30 on Saturday to see when they would be delivered. Someone would get back to me . Called again at 4:30pm ..again someone would get back to me...This was for a special occasion which is now nearly over..24hrs later and still no flowers. I'll amend this post when I receive the flowers.

Very disappointing. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner but the bouquet was not even close to the image on their website. I contacted the shop to complain and have received no response. I overpaid for the quality of the product and will never use this flower shop again.
